Dodgy.Seemed ok, but failed to respond to a self exclusion request. Then claimed not to have received it (despite being sent proof). Anyway, just be careful. Use at your own risk.

Dangerous!!!Don’t adhere to social responsibility guidelines. Not blocked by blocking software such as bet-blocker. Ignore self exclusion requests, then deny receiving such requests. Reported to regulator.

Beware!!!They don’t respond to self exclusion requests. They also claim not to receive emails, despite evidence to the contrary, and despite managing to receive every other email.Very dangerous site. I will not give up on fairness. Don’t care about ££s… but I do do care about fair treatment.

Decent site. Poor responsible gambling treatment.As a recovering gambling addict, I use bet blocker on my phone (this site does not get blocked!!) as such I had a lapse.I then contacted them to self exclude, which they failed to do, allowing me to deposit/gamble 24hours later.Still no reply from them. I am in contact with gambling commission to provide screenshots/documentation.

Currently playing here, the slots have a poor selection, no slingo, no play after live chat shuts at 11pm uk time. I also noticed that if you click company activity at top right here, they have had quite a few bad reviews removed, this sets alarm bells ringing for me, instead of improving their play on their site they remove bad reviews promoting their site to a higher rating than it deserves. No doubt my review shall drop to one star after a few more deposits.

Lol at the five star reviews. People actually name checking members of staff and even saying account managers are friends. I’ve never read so much dross, how can trustpilot allow it?My take The odds are truly terrible. Check oddschecker and they’re always near the bottom. How can you rate a company excellent when there’s no value?There is no live streaming on any sports at all which in 2022 is unacceptable. Why was my original post removed?? I’ll say it again, this place is an absolute sham of a casino, none of the slot games play the same as they do on other casinos, the dodgy extra long spins that go erratic after a few spins..at least they don’t hide the fact though lol I mean it’s blatant ..absolutely fixed not to pay or give you the bonus.All these ridiculous positive reviews (obviously the same people, probably staff lol) I thought trustpilot was a TRUSTING, genuine place we could leave our honest opinions and share our experience of the place but there’s something dodgy about the whole thing..wondering how long this post will stay up ?
