I made 2 £22 deposits both of which failed. I received one refund of £22 however the other one still hasn’t been received. I made this on the 23rd September. The team have emailed saying its been refunded on Friday however no funds have been received. I’ve contacted the bank and also 32red many times and I’m absolutely no further forward.I wouldn’t waste your money on this website. I recommend double bubble bingo, William Hill, jackpot joy or bet Fred.

Like all sites, just don’t do it. Slots don’t like paying out with high wagers. We all know usually when spinning with £1, you normally on a bonus scatter, most times out of ten, get around 40 quid. Doesn’t seem to work with 5 and 10 pound spins.one example-Stupidly running out of money so went for a couple of 10 pound spins and got the scatter with my last spin. Brilliant thought, win my money back at least. I won 18 pound!!!! Stick to 50p to £2, you’ll still probably lose but least it will take longer

I am very much like most others on here by giving a 1 star review.I’ve played on “More unusual suspects” at 30p per spin and probably gone through 700 Spins and never hit 3 scatters once even though I have achieved the extra pick bonus.I switched to 2 fold gold and played at 25p per spin, I’ve gone through at least 350 Spins and still not achieved the bonus.I would stay clear of those 2 games if not the full site.

My favourite casino by far at the minute don’t agree with all the negative reviews. Had some great wins. Obviously I’ve lost on occasions but that’s gambling. Recommend many folk to stay away. I joined over a year ago I’d say or close to that. Spin very little 10p,20p and honestly I’ve never won. Ever. I’m not greedy but I’ve never had anything. I’m rewriting a negative review I’d wrote a while back. I’d spent a lot of money with no wins but things have changed. I’ve recently logged back into my account & had a few bets over the last few weeks & I have to say credit where credit is due: I’ve had a few half decent wins, (losses too of course) & absolutely no issues receiving my winnings. Absolutely shocking how many dead spins there are on this is quite unbelievable. I counted 45 dead spins in a row before it (eye of horus golden tablet megaways) gave a “win” which was .8% of my bet and this kept repeating. The bonus “teases” are insane but don’t seem to land so accompanied by a winnless spin… simply a glorified dead spin. I won’t be using these ever again it’s mental how this is allowed to happen. Best way to explain my experience of 32 red playing for nearly a year, playing regularly at all different times versus doing the same on other sites. On other sites, even ones where be played on for years I log on, top up and still get that little feeling of excitement will I have a little win. And you win, and loose as that’s gambling. Sometimes a little win so you keep playing and probably loose that but you enjoy playing. A nice win so you cash out a couple hundred quid and on occasion sometimes more than once in a short time a nice win. To me a nice win is 1-2k. Over time your down but you know what your loosing and that’s gambling. You mostly play because you enjoy it. Then I log in to 32 red and I know I’m going to loose repeatedly and even while I’m topping up I’m thinking why am I even bothering because I will loose. When you do win it’s so rare your gobsmacked but it’s usually so low in the minimum of the wins I described you end up cashing out what you staked because your just totally bored of endless dead spins which make playing a boring chore where you pretty much loose, the vast majority of the time. Obviously it’s a reputable site and all that la de dah but my genuine experience is the sheer level of dead spins over and over and over make it utterly boring and to top that your expecting to loose so many times the whole thing just gives you a weird feeling compared to when you play elsewhere. They do pay out quite fast and the site itself okish. As I said it’s endorsed most places as an excellent site, the weeks and sometimes months of dead spins and elusive bonus rounds and when you do get one it’s weirdly terrible is such a buzz kill that knowing what I know after playing at 32 red I would have just never bothered and would have missed absolutely nothing. This company are plain evil. Gambling addict here. I’m on Gamstop. I’ve had a red 32 account before and closed it, yet somehow I’ve had no problem opening up an new account and losing lots of money in a very concerning pattern of depositing. But they don’t care, they refuse to accept even part of the reponsibility and even had the audacity to tell me to seek help in my hard times that they’ve facilitated. Avoid them. They could care less about safer gambling. Have an email saying my deposit limit would be £1500 and I put in much more than that.

Please 🙏🏻 stay away from 32red as they are thieves and misleading. When you deposit it doesn’t say that the payment method has to be in your name, they don’t give a toss about how much this could affect someone mentally and emotionally if the winnings gets confiscated. It’s not a crime if you don’t know something, my only mistake was I asked my brother to transfer the money through true layer is because I didn’t want my partner to know that I gambled if he sees my bank statements. There was no issue while my brother was making payments, and if only like other casinos it said that the card or account has to be in your name then I wouldn’t. I was so lucky to win big and that’s why it became a problem and they just wanted to steal my winnings. Please I’m begging everyone not to use 32red because I don’t even my worse enemy to fall into this situation. They just want your money that’s it. Worse site I have ever bet with in my life they have money from my bank account locked into there betting account 2 months now just over 8weeks I have sent all my details passport proof of address bank card details everything and still my account is fully restricted I have never experienced anything like it in my life.
