Signed up Friday, today being Saturday I’ve just withdrawn 7000.00. Played blackjack and won mainly on side bets. Awful site. reverse withdrawal should be removed, 2 hours later refused need more i.d after i sent that, 2 hours paypal isn't owned by me which it is, then 24 hours later still there, Avoid this one, too much Messing about. reversed a bit then bit more bit more, need to improve the withdrawal times..

This is the worse site I have used they offer a sign up bonus then no free bets ever after that in sportsbook they give nothing when most other companies give weekly bonus. The navigation and the loading of games in casino is terrible payouts are low it’s just nit worth bothering with far better out there 888 sport are the best amdngive me a huge bonus every week and thats even when you win. The worst thing is paying out your returns it takes for ever and regularly over a week from when you have returned. Avoid at all costs.

Really don't think this is the site for me…..apart from when I first started playing I seem to have difficulty hitting free spin rounds within games. Call me a cynic but I feel like I was being duped in the beginning into believing that the game play is fair but with and RTP of around 20% over nearly 5 months I have nothing to rave about!!
A very poor experience to date which I'm not sure I want to continue with.
Finding contact details for the site or online chat is impossible!!
By the way, you advertise yourselves as an award winning site which is fair enough but you've not won anything for 6 years….maybe claiming to be award winning should have more transparency and companies should be restricted to making the claim for a maximum of 2 years.

I can understand losing hands but when the claim their Vegas blackjack is 99.6% payout but do nothing but lose I'm not tolerating it. Every hand dealer has blackjack or hits to 21.its sick beyond a joke…. Must have lost 20 hands in a row yesterday and same today. Totally unacceptable. Bad casino. Lowest payouts on slots I've ever seen. Impossible to win anything. 100's of dead spins in a row and even if and I say if, your lucky enough to get a bonus, the game still doesn't pay out. £300 on a 60p spin and literally every spin was a dead spin, highest win was £3 and when I was lucky enough to get a bonus I won a whopping £2.20…Promotions are rubbish and 30x play through for a poxy £2 bonus with a low withdrawal cap. Overall a load of rubbish and certainly would not recommend… That's unless you enjoy throwing money away to greedy rip off companies like these lot!

I started playing with 32Red about a week ago. I'd likely give them 4.5 stars rather than 5, but they are pretty close to a 5* so far.

Bear in mind, I am legendarily unlucky when it comes to slots. I've been in a lot of casinos in my life and can likely count on one hand how many times I've actually hit a bonus game and won a little bit.

Due to wanting a little extra money for some new furniture, I got the hairbrained idea that I could try some online casinos – basically only tapping the ones that gave a "no deposit needed" just to see if I got anything. I did, surprisingly, win a tiny bit, but only £40 over about 10 casinos.

Then I tried 32Red. And I won. Often. And a decent amount – currently my small wins (minus losses) total about £320.

After reading some other reviews on here, here's the TL/DR (too long/didn't read) for any possible future customers:

1) BONUS MONEY: Read the fine print. If you get bonus money (from a first-time deposit or any of their daily deals), there are stipulations on that. You have to play through the value of that bonus 30 or 40 times before you can withdraw it as cash.

Also, there's generally a max on how much you can take on a bonus, so if you've kept playing and hit a bunch of smaller jackpots, you may only be entitled to a fraction of that amount. Play bonus funds carefully.

2) WHERE'S MY MONEY!?: Okay, so 32Red is a business. More than that, it's a casino. They want you to spend your money with them, and their wait time isn't at all different from most other online casinos.

With my first withdraw, it took about 2 business days for them to process it, then another 2 business days for it to show in my account. My second, much larger one just happened this Friday. It wasn't processed until today as 32Red apparently only review these Monday-Thursday. I expect to see the funds in my account by Wednesday.

As long as you aren't in a rush for your money, it seems absolutely fine. Granted, yes – they do take your money from your account immediately, but considering my win rate, I'm willing to throw them a bone on the slower wait time to receive my winnings. I just don't reverse my withdrawal requests and force myself to wait patiently.

3) GAME LOADING: This is the reason for me docking half a star.

I play on my phone. It's brand-new with a pretty solid processor. Unfortunately, some games (the Zombie Vegas one as well as Lara Croft) just plain don't want to load and end up causing 32Red's app to completely crash. This hasn't been a huge deal, but it has reduced my choice of which slots I might want to demo and/or play.

4) GAME CHOICE AND BONUSES: Fantastic. These games are different than many other sites and their bonus games are a lot of fun. I've found that I hit the bonus games pretty regularly, so even if I hit a dry spell of playing, I can generally make it up in a bonus win down the road.

This NEVER happens to me in real life casinos or other online casinos. Honestly, this is the first casino where I've felt I have a little bit of luck.

All in all: Play smart. Remember this is a casino, it is a business, and they want your money – so make certain you read everything so you don't get disappointed. Take advantage of the bonuses they give you, but know when to walk away to make the most of them.

The payout staff only work four days. They claim they work UK banking days but refuse to payout on a Friday so money sitting in account all weekend. I don't appreciate having to wait SIX days to get my cash

Withdrawal put in on Thursday still there on Friday. They told me doesn't get sorted on Fridays. Yeah sure.
The staff only do normal bank days. Friday is a banking day is it not but they refuse to process that day??
