This is the best casino I've played, no it's really bad. I have played on many different games and in the beginning you win a high prize several times with a bonus, (600 euro) bet 2 euros. then it all goes down without a good price on multiple games. After having deposited several times, you will no longer receive a prize on top of your newly deposited amount, if you then receive a bonus in a game, it will only give you a low price, if you still get a bonus because they are difficult to find in this casino. It seems like a calculating system. for example] you pay 30 euros you play to 20 euros then you get exactly a prize up to 30 euros. experienced several times. . They only want you to deposit your money .. tip when you win a high prize, payout the prize and go to another casino, or better stay away from it.

Avoid this site absolutely con. When deposited it adviced i would receive 32 spins and a 20 cash bonus. When playing a pop up kept appearing advising the money i was spending was coming out of the bonus funds so i continue to play. It turns out it takes a percentage of your cash balance which no surprise is not shown on the pop up. Customer service useless also do not use!

In all honesty, starting out with this company was great. Problems started arising upon verification. All verification checks that were requested were handed out. Even things such as my fathers bank statements, my diploma for education and a proof of a property sale that belonged to my father. Every statement they asked for they received and they reviewed it fairly quick and now they wanted my October statement which I gave and they’ve taken a week to review. Knowing well and good that they have to pay me out for my winnings. For a large company I cannot comprehend how it takes over a week to review one statement! All in all, decent place to start with but if you begin to win you’ll see how they’ll turn against you and the customer service will also deteriorate. Personally, I’d stick with companies like bet365, ladbrokes, William hill. They’re worthy of 5 stars.

I having been using this site for a fair few months now,to say I'm not impressed is an understatement,not a single decent win after all that time,the VIP side of things are the worst I have come accross (non existent really) and the bonuses are a joke ,10 percent up to 40 pounds when you're someone who spend thousands of pounds ? I know you will never win by gambling but that's not the point,there has to be an element of winning at some point (even I you don't over time).this site take the word losing to another level. I'm so annoyed that this casino has got good reviews. They have completely discriminated against my account since day one. I have deposited way too much to them and they have never had the courtesy to allow me to see even a slight win. I feel so robbed and stupid.
