Joined up today and deposited £30 , my balance jumped to £75 , i guess because of a joining bonus, so i was happy until the first game i played, a notification came up to inform me that i was playing with bonus funds!!!! wagering requirements and all that bull. I instantly felt uncomfortable ,like i was playing with their money and not my own so i withdrew £27 and …..i am still waiting !!!!! I am a member of over 10 online gaming sites and have never had this experience , well worth avoiding, I have always been paid out in the hour. What a dismal experience, well worth avoiding !!!!

The choice of games are good, I really enjoy this site and i’ve had some good payouts better than a lot of other sites at the moment. withdrawals can be in your account the same day if you withdraw early enough, or it will be in the the next day or Monday if you win at the weekend, but tbh I like that as it stops me putting it back in again and I know I will have money later. The free tipping point game I get a lot of 12 and 15 free plays but you need to wager the winnings from it which is a lot. This is my go to site.

Avoid the sports betting at all costs. Not one offer will you receive for what you deposit and the odds are terrible. It’s takes weeks to be paid out. They’ve blocked my account without a reason why. I only play small bets on the slots and limit my deposits. They say to email for an answer but I can’t find an email or go onto the site to query the support team. Disappointed at the treatment of customers so I’m leaving a bad review.

I would give it zero stars if I could!! Absolute scam of a site. I ‘won’ £43.40 after depositing £10 and after withdrawing the funds weeks ago have never seen a penny! Avoid at all costs. I signed up thinking this would be an honest and professional game site. At first they wouldn’t accept my full uk driving license, and when I contacted customer support they had put a deposit block on my account before I even sep up banking, then told me I had to wait a year for the next review and they couldn’t guarantee the block would be removed! The withdrawals on this site seem to be getting slower and slower. I use PayPal and on most sites it is in my bank in couple hours or less. I understand this site withdrawals are pending for 24 hrs but I made two withdrawals Friday afternoon via PayPal and still pending. Maybe the accounts department only take money over the weekend but do not give out! It is a shame because I like the site in general.

If you have a deposit limit on your account you can’t use Paysafe card to top up! Because the site is glitchy and Paysafe makes you refresh and when you do 32 red thinks you’ve topped up when you haven’t so blocks your from topping up again. This has been going on for years so I only go on here now about once a year or so cause of how glitchy it is

I joined 32red a few years ago and after a break I went back recently to try my luck and boy is it trying. There isn’t a massive variety of gaming providers, lots of games but all from the same providers so feels a bit samey. I don’t remember this being the case previously but it has been a while so I could just be forgetting, its possibly why I took a break from it in the first place. I never bother with bonuses so I can’t comment on those but rewards and loyalty points all come with 30x wagering which is pretty grim considering you’re only getting a few pounds back from play. For eg, £1000 is roughly 1000 points which is roughly a tenner. You can only use loyalty points once it reaches 1000. In years gone by I’ve had some ok wins but in my recent visit, its been pretty poor which obviously makes playing a bit dull. This is the risk you take and I am fully aware of that however, what makes it really pants is that few wins I have had, withdrawal takes for-ev-er if using debit card so be prepared for that. The My Account section is minimal, which I always think is a bit sus. If you want to review your gaming history, it remains a tiny sidebar and games aren’t listed as the games, just numbers. Transaction history is only shown as a summary, no breakdown. Lack of transparency in this section to me, is a red flag. Some pro’s for balance. If you like jackpot games, they have a lot. Website loads well and verification was fine. I have not needed to use customer service to date. Overall, I’m not impressed with this casino, its not the worst but theres not many reasons to stay either so I will likely give a go now and then but with long breaks in between.

Lots of deposits and lots of winnings…. no issues at all with payments – that was until I won £10500 and I got a message from them that I have duplicate accounts, and with have closed my account and kept my winnings and any money on my account. If i do have a duplicate account is must be form years ago and why hasn’t this flagged up until I won a significant amount of money! Withdrew £68 and played with £10 won £40, then lost the £40 hehe. So £68 was withdrawn to my account! Had fun as well. Some of their tables are rigged but you can use it to your advantage.

I’m seriously considering getting this site looked into. I’ve deposit £800 since December 23 and have never won more than my deposit. The wins are not even worth withdrawing.
