However, the bonus came with excessive restrictions that were never clearly communicated to me at the time of deposit.When I realized that my initial deposit was now locked due to the bonus, I tried to cancel it. Unfortunately, the casino informed me that canceling would mean losing my entire deposit, which I find incredibly unfair.
