This casino is ok. I’ve won and lost here. The one thing that I don’t like is when you get a VIP host and they refuse to close your account. That’s when it’s not ok. Casino has a 3x wager requirement on any deposit, plenty of other casinos available without such ridiculous scammy practices. Live support will never help with sorting problems and I am a so called VIP member but don’t get treated at all like one my offered bonuses for deposits won’t be added for days sometimes over a week and if I want to play and deposit anymore the offer will be cancelled so I lose out either way overall not happy with casino!

On August 27/28 2023 I participated in a special Weekly 30 Free Spins bonus.I won $301.14 CAD that needed to be wager 45 times ($13,551.3)There are only a few games you can play with bonus funds, which I did. Used the registration bonus a while back whitch I didnt realy win off whitch is fine. Recieved a email about getting 50 free spins for $1 so I did my $1 deposit with the code in the email no prompt that the code was not applicable or invalid so I went ahead didnt get 50 free spins and this also ruined any chance at a first deposit bonus. Ok so I deposited around $40 worth of bitcoin here yesterday morning and by lunch I had won around .026 so I requested a cash out and had it cancelled 3 times so the last time I contacted my “dedicated VIP host” to see if they could streamline the process o and the reason for my cancelled withdrawals I found out via live chat was they said I had to o play through .00025 times ten which was a mistake as I don’t use bonuses so my VIP manager assured me it’s on the way then at 530 this morning I get an email saying my cash out was approved so i check my wallet and nothing so I log back in and check the hash on the transaction and the hash is from a transaction they made AN ENTIRE MONTH AGO ON APRIL 4TH I reached out to the VIP manager again she sends me the same hash and ever since I repeated myself again telling them thats not my address or my transaction because that is one of their own from April 4th it has 41 inputs!!! I have been a VIP player on 7bit for 5 years now. Today, I had 36+ LTC improperly removed from my account upon attempting to withdraw. When I asked agents why this occurred, I was given incorrect information or flatly refused to answer my questions despite everything being easily provable due to time stamps in the system. In short, 36 LTC was removed because I allegedly surpassed the limit during play of my Monday Reload bonus. Indeed, I did pass the limit for the bonus but it was not by 36 LTC. In fact, I have screenshots with the 7bit agent giving me the exact time I finished my bonus and my balance at the time I finished the bonus. I had a balance of 28 LTC (including 2 LTC I had deposited to get the bonus) when I finished the bonus. The maximum withdrawal is 10x more the deposit. Therefore, 20 LTC (22 LTC including the deposit of 2 ltc) is the maximum I could win during this bonus. I won 28 when the bonus finished (which I have on screenshot). 6 LTC should have been subtracted. How could it be possible that 36 LTC is taken away from me when my balance AT THE END OF THE BONUS was 28 LTC — which is less than 36 LTC. After the bonus is long complete and I submitted withdrawals (because I checked and because it happened 1-2 hours after per the time stamps showing my game activity), I continue to play. During this play (no longer bonus play), I hit a 40 LTC jackpot. I proceed to submit my cash outs. About 10 minutes later, I am playing and i get kicked out of the game based on an error. When I log on, it says my account has been suspended (which I also have screenshots of). This is when I contacted support and, when I do, I begin receiving the email notifications saying my withdrawals have been canceled and that 36 LTC has been removed from my account. I’ve spent nearly 2 hours on chat with Dante and Crystal to no avail and to only get contradicting statements. Finally, I was able to get the information about the time I finished the bonus and my final balance, which unequivocally proved exactly what I was stating. I made a lot of deposits and they all go through quickly, but when I finally have a good win and made some withdrawals, they’re holding my withdrawals with no reasons and cannot give me a valid reason why I’m not getting my payments. Very good. Easy to verify. Withdrawals taking 6 hours to 24 to hit my account. Even the first withdraw. They only thing I don’t like is switching to English all the time. As the title mentions, this company has spoofed reviews on Reddit. I found this because I was bored with Stake and wanted to find a new home. I didn’t look at the reviews on Reddit, and I saw that they were all similar and botted. This site’s chances are pretty good; they just won’t let you withdraw and reject your money without returning it to your balance. I would not recommend and ask TrustPilot to put this as a known site if possible. I wish I looked at the TrustPilot reviews rather then Reddit, don’t make the same mistake.

This is extremely hard for me to write. I am a single mom to a 2 year old boy and I thought my break finally came through when I ended up winning 14K. I had a deposit that got stuck on the blockchain. Im still new to the crypto world so I contacted 7bit to see what was going on. All they did was repeatedly send me their save responses when I had questions. I wa stoked to be patient and wait. They final resolved the problem after my account was disabled. Mind you I have been emailing. Back in forth through the whole time. Once they fixed it I made my cashout tht I had been telling them I was trying to do from the beginning. The pending deposit stopped me from withdrawing. SCAM,SCAM,SCAMSigned up this morning deposited $250AU played for a few hours. Ended up with $1000AU in my account. Attempted to withdraw & was informed I needed to upload a ridiculous amount of ID before I can make a withdrawal. 7bit casino requested a selfie photo of me holding my drivers licence showing front & back, photo of my bank card front & back, utilities bill showing my name and address. I reluctantly uploaded everything they requested , I logged in to my account where it showed image’s successfully uploaded, I then verified my mobile phone number and email address and profile showed green tick indicating everything has been successfully verified. It’s now been more than 12hours and numerous withdrawal attempts to get notification saying withdraw rejected followed by the same automated email again requesting I need to verify my account. I have no doubt they do payout, however I believe it’s only small amounts.just enough to ensure some positive reviews. Because after reading a bit deeper anyone who attempts a larger withdrawal is not going to find the outcome very enjoyable
