SCAM,SCAM,SCAMSigned up this morning deposited $250AU played for a few hours. Ended up with $1000AU in my account. Attempted to withdraw & was informed I needed to upload a ridiculous amount of ID before I can make a withdrawal. 7bit casino requested a selfie photo of me holding my drivers licence showing front & back, photo of my bank card front & back, utilities bill showing my name and address. I reluctantly uploaded everything they requested , I logged in to my account where it showed image’s successfully uploaded, I then verified my mobile phone number and email address and profile showed green tick indicating everything has been successfully verified. It’s now been more than 12hours and numerous withdrawal attempts to get notification saying withdraw rejected followed by the same automated email again requesting I need to verify my account. I have no doubt they do payout, however I believe it’s only small amounts.just enough to ensure some positive reviews. Because after reading a bit deeper anyone who attempts a larger withdrawal is not going to find the outcome very enjoyable

Worst casino online! I thought they were ok at first but nope. You will lose lose lose and lose some more they claim it’s fair gaming and they have a “license” but curaçao gaming license isn’t worth crap it’s worthless. The worst part is just today I’m down about $1500 and send in a deposit for $60 worth of ethereum well it never posted to my account EVEN though it certainly made it there. BEWARE! I had bonus bought one book of conquistador & after my first bonus buy spin, I retriggered the bonus! Super cool right? WRONG! After the additional bonus completed. It went back to my bonus buy and did not complete the last 9 spins of my bonus buy. Just stopped the bonus and took my money. THEN! When contacting support they want a photo of the incident. After being told a game provider was reviewing my wins to check if there was bugs in the game, etc.. I was told that after I completed my 2 active bonuses I would receive my funds ! This casino does not pay anymore, now that the price of crypto is going up their pockets are tighter beware!!! I have been on the winning side of this casino so I have seen how it plays and wins over years playing on this playform but seems they pay when the market is down, also now that the market is up there casino currency is pegged to ETH so ETH cost 3500 a share I only get 10 spins at a minimum bet instead of getting 100 spins like 6 months ago and if ETH hits 5k a share I’ll only get like 4 spins. Every single time I play on 7bit. I put my bet on the lowest amount I will be winning everything is going good. The second I raise my bet all of a sudden the game completely stops hitting. Then after most of my balance is gone I will lower the bet back and it still will not hit anything. This happens again and again and again. This is not Coincidence this is called cheating. I could see this happening every once and a while. But literally it happens every single time it’s like clock work. So I will say 100 % this is cheating. Honestly that’s it. The last trigger was just like 1 hour ago when they cancelled my withdrawal (again) for my meager winnings. I asked them why and they just replied to just withdraw again.?Customer service exists and replies fast, but it is very clear that they don’t know what they are doing most of the time.You can easily deposit, but withdrawing your money is a challenge. I had to go back and forth with them initially for several days, and it happens all the time with withdrawals. This place seems legit I won some money and they did pay me after about a half of a day which is understandable because it was a decent amount…It was multiple thousands. I have since lost some of that back and I was quick to judge the integrity of their casino yesterday and revised my review in haste and I apologize to 7bit for that. No, I am NOT a paid company employee. I am a real guy who was just trying to find an online casino that actually has FAIR gaming and pays when you win. I joined yesterday and promptly won $4400. They are a scam. They will not accept any document unless it has your debit card number listed on bank statements, which is not general procedure for Canadian banks. It does not matter what you send they make ZERO exceptions. I understand that security is important, but they are violating their own rules. While it seems legit, their requirements are quite ridiculous. I sent my ID, I sent a picture of my face with my card next to my face. Generally names are not printed on the physical card unless it is mailed as well. I picked up my card in branch and they don’t just print names on it right there. These people make NO exceptions even if you provide all other information necessary to prove your identity in order to withdraw. I don’t recommend them. Plus, my bank won’t even make me up a document stating this since they believe it is “suspicious activity”, so I’m screwed. Here’s the answer I got: “Banks in Canada typically do not display the full debit card number on statements, not even in a masked or partially hidden format. They prioritize security by providing limited details to protect sensitive information. If a merchant is insisting on this information, it’s important to approach the situation with caution and consider alternative ways to process the refund securely.“ — this is information I got from a trusted resource. They will not fund you. And are probably gonna comment on this saying it’s part of their policy blah blah. There’s NOTHING you can do. Don’t use them. Save yourself the headache. I will not change this until resolved. But watch out they will probably ask for your DNA too. I’ve been trying to deal with them for almost 2 days. I will be taking action.

After hearing good things, I decided to give 7Bit a try with a small deposit. Played for a while, did well, cleared my bonus requirements, and initiated a partial withdrawal to take a chunk of profits.Kept playing, had some good hits, submitted another to take profits while I kept spinning with the rest.They got back to me the next morning, cancelling my requests and asking me to submit a single withdrawal. It was very bad experience I had with them. I had been playing online casinos for awhile now and I know about clearing cache to have better gaming experience. They are basically just stealing money from people and making up their own rules as they go along. Apparently I was randomly chosen to be re verified conveniently after trying to withdraw my $120 of the thousands of deposits I have spent. They want documents I already provided and on a holiday weekend no less. This after the last withdrawal I had took ten times longer than any other before. I wasn’t given the perks that were promised, and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Now they are holding my money hostage. Erick was condescending and refused to try to assist or even see the issue. His only goal was to keep my money stuck in the system. Of all the crypto casinos I have played at this casino was BY FAR the worse. 1. You can’t bet more than 99.00 EUR or USD per live game, if you try you get a message stating you have exceeded your daily limit, even though there isn’t a daily limit amount set in place. 2. Terms and conditions state you can’t bet more than 200.00 EUR or USD per game, slot, table or live. But you can’t even bid up to thaty much anyways because of the 99.00 limit I mentioned in #1. 3. Many slot machine bet amounts are capped at 5.00 EUR or USD per bet within the actual game. 4. You have to jump through hoops in order to withdrawal your winnings (I am STILL waiting after several days, even after I provided all of the verification documentation). Safe yourself the hassle and enjoy yourself on a different casino site. I won’t ever go back to 7bit Casino again.
