Man this site is kind of a joke!!!You get one time to win and that’s absolutely it! Literally one time do they allow you a actual FAIR game. The rest is totally controlled and it’s obvious. Every game plays exactly the same, to point you win exact same on all bonuses which is absolutely nothing! Could be a good site yet they refuse to allow you to win a thing. I had no problems with this casino until now when I try to withdraw $1,900. They claim to have instant deposits/withdraws when you use crypto. They never asked for my documents,ID,etc until now when I try to withdraw a decent amount. I never would have deposited here in the first place had I known they were going to do this. I specifically play at casino’s that don’t ask for personal documents if using crypto because I don’t want my info on file if they get hacked and everywhere I read about this casino said they don’t ask for all that, and yet here we go again. No problems until I try to make a significant withdraw.

I like how u can deposit without chatting with customer service and I thought I liked it for accepting smaller deposits but they lied about it because they’re adding additional fees just for accepting your money. Absolutely rotten customer service, follow through and theft. On 11-11-23 I was playing in this casino just as I have for a couple months. All seemed smooth, except every-time you want to withdrawal, then it’s a headache. But I was playing my normal game betting big, within the hours put in over 4 eth. Finally I got the biggest spin I’ve ever had! 4 scatters, which pays .5 eth but then gives 15 free spins. Which is massive, I’ve only hit 3 scatters and 6 spins and I usually win 1-4 eth, so you can imagine how much I thought for this one. We’ll not only did I not get paid out , I didn’t get my bonus spins, alerted customer supports immediately. Literally they strung me along for 15 hours a day for multiple days, telling me “tech support and upper management would be getting with me to make it rights because I have all the documentation and screen shots and more. We’ll fast forward 10 days and they never emailed me or reached out and plan to completely steal from me.

absolutely awful customer service, and if im honest i wouldn’t touch this site with a barge pole. half the games dont work for some region lock nonsense or being extremely buggy, the deposit bonus i was given did not activate, and unless you want a scripted email or a chatbox that doesnt work when their site doesnt work, i would stay away at all costs.

Seem to do what ever they can to screw you over. When ever I bet $100, the bet goes through, bet 101 the bet will fail 100% of the time despite the table limits being 10x what I am betting. Their response from support was we’ll get back to you. Meanwhile I am down significant money and no way to recoup it. As soon as I am even I will be pulling my money and moving to a different casino.

I actually really like 7bit casino. They have really good bonuses and offers. Their VIP program is great. The one thing I would change is the way that their games populate on their pages. You constantly have to click show more, and then only three more games show on the page. This is on mobile of course. But that’s the only thing that’s frustrating. Other than that compared to other sites I think they’re great!

I didn’t like the long withdrawal time and the lack of good games. The new Ontario laws are unacceptable – we pay THEM too much money to make inane decisions for us THAT WE never asked for and they don’t do the things we want. Well, for starters I would like to say that the cashout times are really quite quick for the most part and I don’t have any complaints. If I had to pick something to improve on it would be the customer support chat. When I try to use it I almost always receive the chat bot and very seldom do I resolve my issue with that as it is very limited to interactions with patronage. Another side note would be the omitted gaming providers from time to time that are just randomly unavailable without warning which is somewhat painful as they are usually the ones I enjoy the most. Overall, I think 7bit casino is the top dog when it comes to online casinos and would definitely recommend!! 10/10
