I deposited $ at 7bit it took them less than 5 min.to except my $ I played and won about 400$ that was at 2pm its now 515pm still havnt recoeved my $. They play this game with people in hopes that I'll reverse my withdrawl. But all it really does is make me not want to play there ever again.

To start off, this is the worst experience I’ve had with any of the 10+ casinos I’ve played with. Which is honestly sad as I had high hopes for this sites.I requested a withdrawal 5 days ago. Apparently their crypto provider went down and they could not process withdrawals or deposits. Understandable, as it’s a third party issue. My problem here is that the issue was resolved for days now, their site says “instant withdrawals” and their support chat stars off by saying “ All issues with crypto transactions are resolved Crypto deposits and withdrawals are super rapid “.Yet I have not been paid and have been lied to by every agent I’ve spoken with. They giving me the same cut and paste response that it will be in my wallet shortly. They also said they still have issues with the third party and with withdrawals. Again, at the top of their support chat it states “ All issues with crypto transactions are resolved Crypto deposits and withdrawals are super rapid “. They are lieing to their customers, there’s nothing else to say about it. Their customer service admitted that them posting “ All issues with crypto transactions are resolved Crypto deposits and withdrawals are super rapid §” was dishonest. 7Bit, how can you do this to your paying customers? You need to process my withdrawal now, I’m sick of the lies and excuses.

I can't say that this is an incredible casino with unique features because retro and neon is a bit of hackneyed topic. On the other hand I was surprised by the attentiveness of the managers. Bonuses are slightly more generous than in onther casinos) plus there are enough games for players even with great experience, like me. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Upon making my third deposit on 7bit, I used a promo code that I received via email from 7bit, in which the decision to use 7bit on this particular occasion was based solely on my assumption that the information in the email was true, accurate, and would be honored by 7bit upon making the required minimum deposit. To my surprise, after making my deposit, which included the promo code I received via email on July 16, 2023, I did not receive the free spins as promised in the email. Upon initial contact with support, I was told that because I had made a bet with my deposit, and then contacted them after making one bet, that they “cannot issue a bonus on a played deposit” and next time I am to contact them before making one single bet. My response to this explained that I had no clue about that rule, and come to find out after I read the T&C, there is no such rule stated. 7bit then says to me “unfortunately this bonus is no longer available you should have contacted us earlier,” in which my response informed them that of course it’s not still available but it was still available when I made the deposit; this is the point I keep reiterating, apparently just wasting my time in hopes of a resolution that never ends up happening. The next email from 7bit is telling me I made the deposit on the 17th and the bonus was good only for the 16th, in which my reply included a screenshot of my transaction history which shows my deposit on the 16th, and a screenshot of the email with a real-time countdown until the bonus ends showing 9 hours left from the time I made my deposit. Most recently, their response is stating that there was a ”technical issue” and my deposit credited later than it should have, precisely on the 17th. However, my transaction history along with my emails will tell you my deposit was received and credited on the 16th. Who knows what weird thing they will say next, but I’m certain it won’t have anything to do with the free spins I was duped out of.

And for all this time I have accumulated a huge number of comp points, I forgot that they can be changed at all LOL))) Yesterday I made the first swap for the whole time and received 5.6 euros for 400 points. A small amount but it's still a nice boost for me since I play with small bets.)

So I have been waiting two days now for my withdrawal first my deposit took about four hours to be added to my account. And then now I have been now on the second day of waiting for my cash out request it's been on pending I've never in the past experiences this with the casino but this is very upsetting as I still haven't received my withdrawal from my winnings and keep getting told it's just a problem on their part and I would be receiving it soon . After this experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to go through the hassle as I am now it's a terrible experience.

I have had a pending cash out going on 14 hours now. Their customer service is almost impossible to speak with and you have to click the right options in chat to be connected to someone. Even when you’re connected, they are not much help. They told me multiple different reasons why my cash out is pending and apparently now the system is down. Not a good first impression.

I love this website and have been playing here over a year, but recently they wont’t let me cash out. After 6 hours I finally cancel it and end up playing back all my winnings. Customer support is no help, they say it is in the queue to be processed every time you chat with them. I’ve played on several other sites and none of them take that long and to withdraw your funds.

having lots of experience in gambling i can easily say whether casino is honest or not just by checking several nuances)))🙌🏻 and in 7bit i didn't found any sus issues so started playing in march 2023. for two months i got lots of average wins of 100-200 euros and two times i won really good getting 2,5k and 3k in buffalo trail.sooo im sure this casino is worthy with winning chances and timely withdrawals) thanks

if i evaluate all the important points of a 7bit casino i would rate the site 4.5 out of 5. i did not find significant shortcomings but personally i think that the interface is a little old scool. on the other hand it gives a nostalgic mood with a reference to those casinos that I visited years ago)😊
