Their RTP is very poor and you have to play £1000s to be lucky to win a jackpot. They also have bonus features that you have to constantly keep putting money in to get the full feature. My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason, I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure, I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested. My husband has been trying to make a withdrawal since Sunday 11/08/24 and they say that he needs to confirm the address even though it has already been confirmed with the driver’s license. Again another casino site that used to be so much better than it is now. I recieved a £3 bonus that i had to wager 30x (3×30=90) i won £132 in total, went to withdraw some and couldnt because the whole amount was apparently still bonus funds 🤔 so i played on and kept checking. It was only when id gambled a further £111 i got the notification that i was “now playing on cash balance” i had £21 left. Made a complaint and was basically told by a very rude customer services man that it was my choice to play on!! When i explained i had no choice because not a penny if it was withdrawable he told me to prove it 😡 said he wanted screenshots of the notification and wanted screenshots of there being no cash balance available to withdraw until i lost over £100.
