Very upset I won and withdrew $700 $200 and $500.They sent me a confirmation email about my win yet 7days later and still no money in my account. I have emailed them and tryed live chat but they will not reply to me How do I get my payout Since doing this review I have gotten a email stating my bank wont let them deposit the money yet ny all slots acc says thus was a success refund and my bank say no problem there end. All slot casino had a promotion where they offered 100 hours of free spin. My hour had not complete and the game had given me an error message 2521. I cleared my cookie and used the trouble shoot still could not into 9 mask(which is the promotional game) contact live chat i was advised their nothing they can do??? BEWARE THE PROMOTION is a scam. This is a follow up on my last review of All slots Casino.I made a withdrawal on March the 18th of 2,000.00They then claimed they needed verification documents even though my dashboard stated that no verification was required at this time. I sent in documents at least 6 times. After writing the last review, I was sent another email address to send my documents to which I did. I was then sent an email 7 days again stating that my documents had been verified. I was then expecting to be paid the $2,000.00 but to date this has not happened. I have sent 2 more emails requesting payment and have not heard from anyone. My next step will be to find out who regulates this online casino and what the penalties will be when I report them . I know it is a fortune lounge group casino so I will take it from there. Bad Experience

I have played at All Slots Casino for a few years now and have had no problem until March 18th. I won 2000.00 and cashed out. I then received an email asking to verify my documents. I went to the site but was unable to upload the documents because it stated that no verification was required. I then sent my documents to the email stated and have never heard from them. As of April 12th, I still have not been paid out. Remember that they know who I am, I have played there for a few years. I sent documents to the email address 6 times now. Not happy and will never play there again.

READ THE COMPLICATED FINE PRINT. They don’t clearly let you know how many credits you have to play through before being able to withdraw!! Their examples are hard to understand and no matter how long you play. I won over $200 and wasn’t able to withdraw a penny. Never play this slot app. It is most definitely a rip off.

I’m very disappointed with All Slot Casino. I created an account long time ago, but then forgot I have an existing account and I created a new account and deposit money in it and played with it. But later on, out of nowhere they locked my new account and didn’t refund to me saying that my account was a duplicate. They unlocked my original account that has zero money instead of unlocking the new one with the money. All in all, I don’t trust this casino anymore and afraid of making a new deposit and they lock my account again and maybe for no reason. They have to make a refund for people before they lock their accounts even if the amount is $10, for example.

Everything has changed in regards to withdraws .I have been a member since 2014 and only since 14/07/23 have I had issues withdrawing $500. It’s been a total there policy is in 3steps so this delay times…I have been beyond time pending and they still are telling me I have to wait another 7days!!! Sucks but make sure U read there policy on everything because it’s a nightmare…there’s so many more good casinos out there, But I’ll be posting all over the review sites of Allslots ridiculous changes without any sort of front page advertising about this or even a curtsey to send an automated email to all players of changes…This is what happens when you get greedy and loving the ok interest life. Honestly wouldn’t have taken much to keep me as a customer because it’s pretty straightforward site. Butttt I love prizes and gifts and even though there is a prize wheel it basically never wins and I feel like I’m always just under getting anything from loyalty points. Hi there everyone, if your reading this I will explain exactly why I’m giving them a one star. I have been playing on this casino for 7-8 years. All of a sudden the casino change their rules. I have won a lot and lost a lot but, they always helped out with a bonus if It was available. Now it does not matter. They now have stopped bonuses. So In my opinion after all the years, I was with them they now treat me like I’m new, No respect, disappointed and kinda’ pissed off. The sign up process took me at least few minutes, and they seemed to have a focus on making sure I was a real person, and then I had to download the casino and install it on my computer in order to play. I got some kind of bonus for signing up and depositing money, but I didn’t follow the details as it seemed a bit convoluded and I just want to play some damn BLACKJACK! Anyway, after about 20 minutes or downloading and signing up, I was playing a legitimate and pretty fun game of blackjack on my computer.
