Normally never have a problem with bet365 but on this day the 31st Jan 2025 I made one deposit of £20 (Reference2055135836 bet365) at 23:10 came out my bank didn’t show on bet365 app waited 8 minutes still nothing so made another deposit at 23:18 (Reference 1232313574 bet365) same thing happened I spoke to Bet365 on the app they said to wait 10 days for a refundor contact trustly so I went on there website submitted manny request said 24hour for a response it’s been 6-5 days n still nothing I have got anything in Writing to show I’m gonna get my deposits back there no help at all I spend a lot of money on bet365 and normal don’t have a problem till now

Bunch of crooks I’m winning and trying to restrict my bets making out I’ve problem gambling yet I’m winning not losing.Have the traders last year dictate how much I could put on a bet so I stopped betting with them.4 months pastThen start sending me 100.00 matches free bets and then I take I win there start winging again. Absolute joke of a company three times they applied restrictions to my account apparently for safer gambling. however this last time all my bets were placed before 2pm some were the day before at 7.30pm they ban my account while in play lock out everything so I can’t do anything for 24hours telling me to phone

I’ve been in numerous sportsbooks and eventhough the interface and app are good, the customer service has been terrible. Today they closed my account for no reason whatsoever and refuse to provide any justification or information as to why my account was closed. Horrible experience. With sports betting now legal and many options out there, I would suggest go elsewhere. There are able to lock up your account at anytime without any explanation and this is something that can leave both your wages and money at risk when relying on such a business.

Worst of them all!! So I had a few months in traction..joined 22 sites, deposited 100 quid ten times in each. This was by far the worst return of them all .zero in fact! One time I bet just /10/p a spin../1000 spins..no feature! Lol. Lucky I have the money to waste..interesting experiment for sure! Best returns were coral, bet victor, virgin and hippodrome by far. Steer clear of this site. Ojo and jackpotjoy.

Restricted my account for no reason and refuse to correct this.After an hour on chat it turns out a similar account has been set-up using some of my details (even though I now doubt this to be true) but they wouldn’t expand on this.Was originally told everything was OK and back to normal, then literally 10 mins later I get a message saying I can no longer use cash out or any offers they have.Back on live chat and told that’s the decision that has noe been made and that’s the way it is, even though 10 minutes earlier i was told everything is now ok, no reason given.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.Very unprofessional and amateurish company.

DO NOT USE SAFER GAMBLING OPTIONS. Once you use the safer gambling tools on the site in an attempt to gamble responsibly they will restrict you from receiving any and all promotions from themlive chat clarified that this is the case and took a screenshot.after publishing my review they have have restricted all access and not allowed me to continue playing on the site. took 2 hours in live chat to get account unrestricted because of an agent.

Terrible experience no consistency in certain games .. bonus doesn’t reflect the amount gambled and then if you do ever win anything you can’t just withdraw it on the card you deposited.. no they then want your bank details to transfer it … definitely don’t waste your time and money

Before you read further, find another betting company. Sick of bet365. I’ve had my account restricted when I win then for the second time, their site had a glitch on Wednesday preventing any cashing out. When messaging them I received a generic message which basically said unlucky. Really poor and makes my opinion of them as scammers. Screen shots taken so will raise with trading standards. Now betting elsewhere and I advise you all to as well!

Probably best layout of them allThey definitely have best layout of all betting companies and navigation simple to use through out site …that’s probably why it’s the number 1 site for punters…however I did self exclude from site years back because of altercation with their costumer service…I will be returning next month as self exclusion ends… however their promotion back then was terrible as I can remember… my friend still uses their site and they have recently added free to play game every day which not good he hardly ever wins on it… I’m still on fence on this site 50/50 …it kind shocks me how the number 1 site for punters have so many faults with their site if I was the CEO I would fire all promotion team lol terrible

Been a customer for 2 years. All good at the start. Free Spins, free bets and then nothing. Overall I lost £2800 but won £2400 playing Poker, Virtual Blackjack, Roulette and Sports betting. If i could rate bet365.com zero stars I would. I literally got an email this morning saying they restricted my account till I call them with affordability checks. I was talking to the agent for over an hour first time and he kept repeating the same questions till the call miraculously disconnected. I didnt receive a call back so I called back after an hour later bearing in mind I’m place on a long hold and spoke to another agent in the Responsible Gambling team who said he wasn’t able to assist and someone will call me straight back which nobody did surprise surprise. I emailed the team and Vanessa emailed back saying I should phone for a third time. What is wrong with these people do the not understand customer service. Really non engaging games. full to the brim of really convoluted requiments for any wins, So many games so reliant on so many aspects to acess features and even then on some you still fail in a bonus as its reliant on other features. Champions league , 7 fold. All games were winning with 10 minutes left . Went to crash out and app stopped working conveniently so couldn’t take big cash out offer , then of course when games finished it started to work again. Scammed. Past wednesday, there has been a technical problem on their end which made it impossible to log in. Lost 200 euro, because I couldn’t cash out. They’re hiding behind the TOS, saying the “cash out function is a fun extra, but we aren’t responsible if you can’t reach it”. AVOID.

On Monday 29 January 2025 i made a few bets of champions League games after making every possible ways to make a successful bet i saw how i won a few and that i could cash out also by the other bets i made .i had games i could win 300€ and a few also i could won 50K with only 4 € .Bet365 had made every way difficult to make it impossible to cash out or see the result of the game …by my live bets options i could see nothing but other option as casino ,search bar ,sport i could see that it still refresh.after making contact with the help desk without any result of solution ,they decided to make it more difficult for me to enter my account by saying that they dont recognize the account i had , the funny thing is that is my account was automatically saved and i had logged in almost 30* times on 365…after trying to get a new reset code and make a new password they tried as many way possible to not let enter my account even after i made new password….with new password was not possible and also getting new reset code is also impossible….thanks God i made screen recording that i can look further how to get my money that i won and also show to the judge that this company is a fraud .I am new on 365 and they only could received 20€ out my pocket so i think it will be a big loss of they need to give me 300€ to 50K to a new gambler that was only 7 days member of the account ….they are fraud …dont lose your money to them and since now record every bets you make on other betting apps because they manipulate the accounts .

Last night during the champions league games i was unable to cash out on two separate bets. Then all eight bets disappeared and the screen froze. I have other friends who didn’t have bets on and there accounts were working normally. I think that they were set to lose money so they froze all possible cash outs and they cashed in. Put on a bet on the Liverpool vs PSV , a bet builder with Chiesa to score or assist, which actually happened with Harvey Elliotts goal all so every other site had it down as an assist , however i lost my bet at bet365 decided he didnt assist.This company just steals from people, it wasnt much of a win luckily however it was still a win.Bet365 you are liars and a theif from today i will be deleting my app and using sky bet instead

App and website crashed yesterday preventing any cash outs. Started working again right after the champions leagues games finished. Very suspicious! May they could see a high probably of taking a lot of losses. T&C’s say that they dont have to do anything in these curumstances, not even refund your original stake. This means that if your bets are contingent on being able to cash out then you are taking a risk. Approach with caution.

Scammers, basically the platform “crashes” while bets are on so that they avoid thousands of people cashing out their money during the biggest gameweek if european soccer where 18 games were being played at the same time. Frauding customers in brought daylight for not having their ongoing bets available for 30 minutes and magically the platform was “fixed” when the games were over. Bet365’s response to that? “Oops sorry for the inconvenience”. AVOID this website/app if you are looking for a fair gambling website.
