If i could give zero stars i would when i login you see special offers like bet £5 on a ftball match get freespins but all of a sudden these offers are missing when i login, so i asked them on webchat why? couldn’t give me a reason but they stop offering them to me for a indefinite period so i asked again same answer no reason given. If i was losing hundreds/thousands of pounds a week you would understand i barely lose £10-£20 a week if that, and here’s the best bit i can still bet on everything but they won’t give me any offers go figure that one out

I had a real bad experience today with bet 365 and their team. This was due to a mess up with their system and opta meaning that I couldn’t cash my bet out and it lost in the 96th minute. However, I received a call from Jordan later on tonight and he was very professional, empathetic and they offered to pay the full winnings from the bet, even though it lost. Jordan was amazing and even if he couldn’t offer me any payout, I would still be saying the same. He explained the issue fully, apologised for it and took the initiative to fix this drama. Betting companies can take your money and leave you high and dry, I will now only use bet365 thanks to Jordan, his supervisor and the 365 team. Thanks again

ABSOLUTE ROBBERS!I placed a bet on a race that offered 4 places each way with them. The horse duly finished 4th, yet my bet was settled as a loser.They clearly advertised 4 places on the oddschecker website, hence the reason I placed the bet with them.VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY ORGANISATION. I never cancelled a single one of these, oddly enough the casino that acts as tho they care about responsible gambling were the ones who cancelled my many attempts to cash out, the casino would not allow me to play responsibly by withdrawing my winnings EVEN tho I had DO NOT reverse withdrawal’s selected, you know to play responsibly!!You would think that after what they did that day & the thousands I lost as a result of the many mistakes made that day by refusing to allow me to withdraw my money EVEN when alternative options were readily available for example e-transfer which i suggested repeatedly. One would think I would have gotten an apology letter with a nice fat bonus thanking me for my continued business even a small percentage of what I could of cashed out had they allowed me would of made me a happy customer but sadly when bet365 is mentioned I remember this incident and warn my friends with this very real example unfortunately I can’t tell them that the casino made up for their mistake in any way whatsoever.I tried to cash out my $6000.00 winnings they kept cancelling my withdrawals and returning the money to my player account even tho i had DO NOT CANCEL withdrawal option selected all said and done i was only able to cash out a fraction of my winnings! I’ve had a gutsful of this site. Always enjoyed playing virtual Blackjack. The dealer hits 20, 21 on almost every hand. You take out insurance and the dealer hits 21 another way. The Dealer hardly ever goes bust. The Poker App is terrible. Very poor players who hit their miracle cards almost every time. Completely Rigged. 💯. Taking my custom back to Corals.

First review removed for “Honesty”. Lets give this another go. Firstly the UK government has given these criminals the right to “Self Regulate” their own casino (bit like giving Ronnie Biggs the keys to the bank to lock up !!) Deposited CAD$100 via my debit/Mastercard, couldn’t place my bet, so tried to withdraw the funds. Turns out it’s a UK site and instead of just refunding the amount back to the card, I need to fill out all my banking info and I mean ALL, including my banks Swift number. WTF? They’re going to wire it back to me, minus, no doubt, a big fat wire fee. Spent almost 45 minutes on chat trying to get it straight, and there’s a chance the wire will be rejected because the rep wasn’t paying attention when I messaged him a critical info change. So if the deposit is rejected I’ll have to go through all this hassle again, and it will take two weeks+ to get my money back from a company that took it from me in about 15 seconds. This company is garbage. My advice-STAY AWAY!!

I can only advise everyone to check Gamblerado before making a deposit. It saves you a lot of trouble and brings you higher winnings… Unfortunately, I only lose with them. Then I had a look and realised that their rtp is also extremely bad. Then it’s clear that you can’t win. What a pity!

Bet365 has really gone downhill, at first I really enjoyed the site. You could deposit a few hundred and play for awhile, there was a nice win/ loss ratio where you would at least get some entertainment from it. Lately it’s been spin after spin of losses, it’s become extremely difficult to get a bonus and when you do it’s just a few dollars. Their “loyalty” spins are laughable. Deposit thousands of dollars and get a few spins once in awhile where you don’t win anything anyway. I do expect to lose most of the time but you literally feel like you’re being robbed while playing their games.

Shocking company… Opened account was verified deposited 100 mid way playing a game game was stopped account was closed I was able to withdraw 76 out but not the full 100 as they said if I had won when playing they would have paid out… Wouldn’t mind if I lost the 100 st my hands playing but they have basically let me open an account decided after they had gained a few pounds to close account immediately… DON’T USE

Used these for years, never again! Had a team 3-2 up on a early pay out was never given as a early pay out had £240 cash out as I went to cash the other team made it 3-3 and my cash out went down to £18 then the remaining team I had conceded very late in the game to draw, then once it all finished the early pay out game had ticked at full time, absolute scam of a company I won’t use these again!

Quite possibly the worst betting platform in the UK, imagining depositing money in your betting platform not trading forex or even sending to an international bank account. I sent a little £5 into to place a bet on the football, you know what I was told, wait 24 hours and it should show in your account. I don’t know who they think they are but as soon as receive my deposit and withdraw it because bun a betting with a company like this, I’m closing this account. Then chat session froze .. but before that the agent said she would add it manually .. now I’m just getting a run around .. there is lot better ones than this .. don’t waist yr time !!

This site bet365 has become the shittiest. I opened an account with them recently, for a maximum of 2 weeks. The first 3 days from the little money I ended up winning a nice amount. I withdrew from them, the withdrawals were ok, the money was in the account in an hour at most. After 3 days they restricted my account, and they checked my account, and they placed restrictions on my betting. Without any explanation. This site is disgusting. 12 years ago it was an ok site, I lived in a country in Europe where this site has been operating for 12 years. During that period from £500 in a month I made £20,000, I had no restrictions on my account, I could bet £2,000 or £3,000 on a single bet and they didn’t bother me. I have no idea what happened to them in recent years, they probably changed management and are creating this crap. Sa. You know that bet365 is a mess these days.

Used to be a brilliant app. Over the last 3 months it is now terrible. I can never see my horses to follow due to the constant lagging. Have missed countless opportunities to place a bet because of this. On big bet days can’t place a bet due to same problem. To many issues to mention. Had enough now and have pulled my balance and shut the app down. Shame as was easy to use before.

If I could I would not even give them a star I have never been a member with them. And made account then I logged out and never could get back in. I talk to customer service and they where no help at all only said due to terms and conditions I was terminated and could never reopen account. I’m trying to ask politely how come and they couldn’t even tell me the reason. I100 percent know that I haven’t did anything wrong and they couldn’t talk so we could fix the situation.

I was a customer for around 4-5 years until a few days ago. I thought they were a good company to bet with, but they closed my account without telling me why.I don’t mind a company closing an account if they have good reason, but there was no good reason, and I expect an explanation as to why they would do this, but received nothing but threats that if I opened another account it would be closed instantly.I’d had a good November and was up a lot and December was quite a good month too, so it could just be that they only want losers.My friend loses thousands every year on horses on Bet365 and yet he has no problems with his account.There’s very little regulation for these betting companies so they just do what they want. It’s the wild west l, and they are the cowboys. The only recompense is to go to the ombudsman which is paid for by the betting companies so good luck! 😂 I had a good experience with Bet365 for many years to be fair, but just closing an account without being told why. That’s odd behaviour in any type of business.
