Won a bet and withdrew it on the “early cash out” feature. Following it going to VAR they took the funds away despite me withdrawing the funds early! Very poor advertisement and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I have been playing Blue Wizard for a while. Lost most of the time but at I could play a while. Recently I won about 6,000 in a week game was given bonus, good spins. Closing account and saying “ due to the nature of your business” don’t actually gamble much, normally grand national and odd horse bet, kept my money in the account the credit I won. Then told under section 17.1 terms and conditions they can just close accounts. I confirmed yes they can, but also as a customer and an account holder I am also in my rights to ask for the exact reason and to be made aware of the account closure due to “your nature of business” I just get told “I know it’s disappointing and vague but that’s all we know” 😂😂Being accused of something they can’t even state to as of what and all for winning £30 on a horse nearly a year ago 😂😂

It seems bet 365 actually needs to be looked into by gaming board , my complaint is exactly as others that’s been happening a lot. I had two good weeks off wining big money every time I played, after first week all offers and bonuses were stopped, ( no expectations, just informed by message) Second week two good wins , then I tried deposit next day , I was told I was not using my account properly and it was being closed,Then I received balance payment into my bank and my account was blocked.

This website genuinely deserves these reviews it’s an absolute joke.When I tell you the spins are rigged it’s a 100% fact no matter what slot u play you can tell, if there was a slot with 99% RTP you’d still go 15-20 spins without a win and the bonus games are set to give you as little as possible no matter how many wilds you have earned or spins or anything that increases your chance to win will be countered by them absolute joke!

Opened an account and had to verify using 2 forms of ID (because I had deposited via Apple Pay). This was a pain as you have to share sensitive information (sending photographs of your passport and driving licence). I had placed a £10 bet and won. Used my bank account to withdraw money (again not an easy process). Enquired where my free bets were as a new customer opening offer. Received an email to say my account wasn’t verified (which it was as I had an email to say I was verified). Was asked to upload my 2nd ID again which I did and again received an email to say I was fully verified. Still no free bets so I contacted customer services again only to be told my account was now closed due to negative verification . I checked and it was still open but now with £1.50 free bet, so I again contacted customer services and then this morning I received another email about negative verification and my account was now closed (which it is) and is irreversible and I could never open an account again (not that I would, but beyond insulting )feed like all I’ve done is shared sensitive information with a scam company. Feeling exposed. Disgusting betting site. Avoid!!!

Works fine, once every 3 months, then you cant place any bets cause no matter where you are in your province, THEY SAYS YOU ARE OUT OF THE FKN PROVINCE ! Poor customer service that are happy to close chats without resolving your issue. Asked them to delete my account and details and was given a poor response that it’s not in “bet365s rules”. Shocking when it’s a legal right to remove your information as per GDPR from any companies detail list. Gambling sites are a huge avoid in general but bet365 is probably one of the worst

Been with bet 365 for years have footy bets 50p to £1 every week always had around £8 in the account and played the free footy games 4 or more goals and the super 6. Out of nowhere i had a email saying under there terms they will stop my free games, had rude replies stating there decision is final! Tried to register online. I submitted personal details and a photo of my d.licence for verification only to find hours later that my account had been closed before it had been approved. No explanation other than a licence is not acceptable. No reason for rejection given but now Bet365 have my personal information and a photo of my licence. My ID could be at risk but they refuse to discuss the matter or provide guaranteed reassurance. I would avoid Bet365 who appear to operate a questionable process

Signed up to the Poker app in December. Its a decent welcome bonus. Played around 30,000 hands and made a loss. You get loads of pocket pairs here but you will hardly ever make trips on the flop. The board is nearly paired every other hand. The players here are terrible. It’s very frustrating you can’t take their money because the software is designed to make as much rake as possible. It plays almost like a fruit machine. The virtual roulette is a joke. I cover around 14 numbers. Not one win in like over 15 spins. Overall I’m about £400 down. Would have been a lot more if my horses had not won. I won’t be coming back to bet365.

Recently opened an account with bet 365 lots of games and a good sports site, on my first visit I won £100 on the slots withdrawal no problem and very quick since then lost a few bob on the slots which I accept that is the chance you take as a gambler but what I will say is don’t expect to see the feature on there games anytime soon as you may rarely see one. The other feature of this site is it is like big brother is watching you receive through online messaging ensuring you realise how much you are playing like all gambling sites, tick box excercise? I do except that some people are addicted to gambling, but they tar us all with the same brush, sad in this day but unfortunately that is the way big brother is going. Used to be 5 stars and the best around, Back around 2007 for many years onwards this was hands down undisputedly the best.There is no such thing as customer service here and they will use the T and Cs to get out of everything where possible. Positives are horse race, BOG and lucky are good (double odds one winner) Some sports offers such as early pay-out are a plus but overall there are better and more reliable betting sites available and unless absolutely necessary I would avoid.

Tried to open account and make a deposit. Got the error code SD01. Started a live chat with an agent. They promptly said that a management decision is that I am not allowed to deposit. Got an email a couple of days later saying that my account is being closed “due to the nature of my business”. My business was attempting to open an account and make a deposit, using their offer. As for my day to day business I work in a warehouse. Very odd, and very disappointing attitude towards potential customers.

This is a joke. Took my deposit on two separate occasions. Using different bank accounts and methods (Apple Pay & Debit Card). Took the money out of my bank account and not put it on my Bet365 account/ neither reversed it back to my bank. Stop taking peoples hard earned money.After communicating with somebody at Bet365 via their customer chat support (which is absolutely no use at all btw. Absolutely useless). The only thing they communicated was that it was all my banks fault. After going back to both Monzo and Starling they have both informed me and confirmed that Bet365 have received the money and on both occasions have not processed back to my accounts.Anybody got any legal advice because I am happy to take this all the way!No customer support what so ever!Absolute joke of a company.

As my withdrawal haven’t arrived since 3 working days I tried to MSG informing that I have not received my withdrawal yet.they say the fund has been left form bet365band is probably with your bank for process,I contacted my bank through live chat and they said we don’t have any such transactions yet and also advised we don’t keep any transaction pending or delaySo I informed bet365 that my bank didn’t receive any such transfer yet ,bet365 says I have to wait 10 more working days to receive my withdrawal ,total 13 days now,I only say this is the worst betting site I ever seen,I highly recommend live betscore bet app ,the fastest withdrawal bet site,I receive withdrawal within 24 hours .

Sadly bet365 are more than happy to take your bet if you are losing. If you start winning they restrict your bets to £2 and £3 absolutely corrupt and avoid at all costs. Go to a reputable bookmakers that take wins with their losses.How they get away with this seems illegal to me but somehow they do

Betting sites and casinos need to be rechecked with authority because they have to much information on the players. To reopen my account I give my 3 last address,bank account last four digits,don’t remember my user name and here we go.PROBLEM,questions like “do you remember date when you open account,post codes,,last 4 digits of old bank I used. Do I have welcome email with username when I open my account?? I understand they need couple of info like,address,name,date of birth… But this is a joke!! To much personal info they asking. Just had an acca on and my cash out was at 920ish had one game playing and my team went up 1-0 then all of a sudden it would not allow me to cash out for over 30 minutes, I wanted to cash out but no it was not showing it, then my team got a goal against them how convenient for bet 365 the game ended and it lost my bet, your a bunch of scammers 365 and you know it, needless to say I wont be betting with you again, odds are in your favour as it is but to scam people who might actually win something is sad, underhand and low and as a company your discusting.
