This company banned me after a few modest wins. I have noticed they are now sponsoring videos on oddschecker.com. No surprise because they are pricing up races well in advance of other companies and if there is an obvious gamble taking place, they cut the odds - and the other bookies follow suit. That would be fine if people like me were allowed to access their early prices but we aren’t. They are killing horse racing.

Similar to some others, I'd had an account for years with no issue, generally losing out, as you do.After a couple of nice wins in a week for a only a few hundred, in Jan 23, I get an email saying my account has been restricted (down to pence), without obviously explaining the real reason.I asked them to close the account back then, which they said they would, but today, 11 months later, I get an email saying my account has been closed with immediate effect after a review. Erm, that should have been done in Jan!Moral of the story, make sure you lose, coz if you win, you won't be winning with them very long.

I signed up for an account on BET365.com on 28th November 2023. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward but I took a few days to do my research before making a deposit. From the reviews on Trustpilot, I became very skeptical but after speaking with a friend who has been using the service for a while now and is happy with the service I decided to make my first deposit of USD 100 yesterday 6th December 2023. When signing up I was asked to submit my ID which I did and it was verified. Today I was asked to complete the address verification which I did, it took a little back and forth but in the end, I am now completely verified. I must point out that the customer service was very helpful and patient "Thumbs up to them". I'm not ready to make a withdrawal as yet "only now started using the site" but I will update this article when I am ready to make my first withdrawal.

Went through verification process, sent all kinds of personal documents which I was told were accepted. Still having errors logging-in, saying account not verified when I have emails from them saying it was. Spent two days going back and forth in correspondence only to be told that my account had already been closed! Now in the process to try and get my deposit back which I was forced to do when opening the account only to be told that I cannot make an withdrawal as this is restricted and I have to wait for a postal verification or a call. Easily took my money but making it very difficult to get it back. No explanation why they refused my application. Complete waste of time!

Had an account for years and occasionally the odd problem.Under regulation 17.1 they can close your account at any time.Well that’s what happened today using the reason above for account closure.You could say that I wasn’t making them any money that they would consider me a good punter for them.RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING does not apply to this lot.Gambling is a beautiful game and it can be fun at the same time but these mugs have taken all these elements away.Profit before customer satisfaction says it all.

What a shocking company. My sister works there and they have meetings with the aim of messing with customers heads. They are told to target confusing customers which causes errors in judgement while betting and more profit for bet365. Different tactics to confuse and overload of thoughts etc. She says they are taught to say certain things to customers which triggers certain things in order to maximise customer losses and profit for them. Terrible place and immoral tactics.

Had bet365 account fir 12 years doing odd bit of sports betting.. They offered me free spins. Won £2 and started playing adventures in Wonderland. Lost £1000 in 1x hour. Advertises a 94% return. No way. Results of this roulette based game utterly fixed. The camera switches mid-spin when the wheel looks like will land on a bonus. The result when this happens every time is that it lands next door on the lowest possible win. Utterly blatant disgusting cheating that Bet365 are complicit with I shut my account with them. Customer no more and will let all my mates know about this scamming grooming tactic.

He tried to withdraw my Money to his account which only come to light 3 days after getting and setting up a new phone. It has been I er two weeks and bet 365 still won't give me my account back they say I'm in a queue to get a call from the security staff or someone but they don't give a time and you can't call them. I am skint from the thief also using my credit card and transfering money via my Paypal . bet 365 aren't helpful. I work in a call centre and there's no excuse for the way their staff work, and speak to you like it's your own fault

After a month they keep sending me repetitive emails advising the team is working on my refund, asking me bank data etc over and over again. And all to just get my money back. I cant imagine what would happen if I won something actually .Run away from this company its fake and worth no stress .

This site reduces how much you can bet each month, it seems if you win too much! You don't even have to bet too much either, as they decide by %.Also, if you have phone issues and deposits don't go straight in, they contact you and ask if you have money issues.I withdrew 30 pounds but this didn't appear in my account within 30 minutes, but they then started asking if I had gambling issues. It was my money!

I've never been worse treated by customer support.For THREE MONTHS I've been trying to get a withdrawal, after Bet365 shut down operations in my country. With no possible to play, there's no reason to keep funds in my wallet. Since bank is only withdrawal option, they asked me per email to enter my bank details. I know several from my country who has received withdrawals from Bet365 with same bank details, so I thought I'd be quick and okay, and support seemed nice and helpful.Fine, so far, so good. However, for THREE MONTHS I keep being assigned new support persons, where everyone asks the SAME QUESTIONS and want the same information all over again - on repeat. They don't seem to care enough even to read the previous 1-2 emails with information I sent to the previous support person. And with every person, there are lengthy periods of wait, before a new person arrives with the same questions and the same lengthy delays.Three months has gone, and I still am no closer to receive my withdrawal of over €10000.Quite shocking. Seeing bad reviews surprises me I've never had a problem depositing or withdrawing and love the sound effects on the app. A bookie I trust 100% just wish they hadn't had to stop the PayPal deposit method but I guess that was because of the clowns that voted us out of the EU.

tried to register and deposit funds into my account - This couldnt be verified by bet365 - no issues at all at my banks end - they approved the transaction - i now have to wait 28 days for bet365 to cancel the transaction to be able to use the £400 so that I can use it from my bank account ! what a fcuking rip of company this is ! I would avoid like the plague !

Over the last few days I have placed some good football bets, they have offered some reasonable cash out value, so I have cashed them out. Then today, I had another 2 good bets with decent cash out value, but when I tried to cash them out I was logged out of my account directly and told I have reached my user limit (which is 8h) and that I could log back in tomorrow. First problem is that I was logged in for a maximum of 3h, MAXIMUM! Spoke with customer service for an hour, absolutely useless! First I complained about being prematurely logged out, they would not present me with any report of my login history, even though they clearly keep it, there is even a timer in the top corner when you are logged in! I then requested a complaints and a claims contact, they said “I’ll liaise with my supervisor” then cut me off the chat. Bet tampering and fraudulent behaviour at its finest!

They banned my( April 23 )account they couldn't give me a decent enough answer just saying irregular activity, maybe the real issue was I won £1100 ,an withdrew it , an left £90 in account, bare in mind I have been with bet365 for 18 year !!!!

Has anybody else noticed that bet365 block you out of the app so you are unable to cash out. When the game had lost and nothing left to cash out straight away I could log in. They really don't like you winning.

The company will rob you of your money. Sometimes when you withdraw they don’t even cash you out!! Don’t get me started on the customer service it’s a joke - absolutely ridiculous! Never am I using them again. I’m still chasing up funds that I am owed and getting absolutely no where with them do not use bet365.
