I was set up with an agent during this years super bowl (2023). Everything was explained to me by him and I agreed. I personally, place multiple sports bets across many sports. So after about 8 months, I finally have back to back winning weeks, and now my agent locked my account and is refusing to pay the money. I always payed what I owed on all my loses and was on time each week. This was never an issue until this week when I got up 6.4k. He started accusing me of multiple logins at one time and stating he is not paying anymore and locked my account. I would advise anyone to be setup through them. To be ghosted like that is completely unprofessional especially after I have been nothing but a loyal customer. Completely disrespectful and disgusting to ousted out of that much money that I won honestly!

Spent almost two hours trying to sign up, contacting them giving all my details...... Only for them to tell me I wasn't allowed to use the site.. I asked why? and they said "It's our right to refuse customers" not giving me a reason.. Bizarre company, I wouldn't waste your time...

If i could leave 0 I would. Allows me to make bets but then magically I’m an “unprofitable” account. It also took me over 5 hours and multiple people to get an answer, then they don’t even give me a full refund of my account. Garbage customer service, garbage company. I’m more than willing to bet they’re breaking gambling laws as well.

Just joined bet365 . Deposited 10 pound qs soon as I deposited I got booted out the account and every time I try to log in it says I've entered wrong details. Requested a code to change the password and password changed then exactly the same problem . 4 requests later and still saying its wrong. So basically let you deposit then they lock you out the account . I will be contacting my bank

After lengthy hours chatting with the responsible gambling team on Bet365 and endless questioning; which felt like an interrogation. Over two days talking to around 8 people. On one occasion I was left waiting in chat for 90 minutes, even though Mawgan said not much longer to wait. I eventually got to the core why my account were restricted? They informed me one day I had spent 16 hour continuously gambling on Bet365. I said I may have not logged out. They replied no you were placing bets continuously for 16 hours. I said I do have to eat and use toilet, plus I walk the dog. Their were adamant I gambled for 16 hour continuously. Their tried to force me into self exclusion. I told them why do I need self exclusion when I enjoy gambling and it not an issue for me? Christopher repeatedly tried getting me to agree to self exclusion. I informed him it is a tad tedious and boring now and you have no intention of lifting restrictions. I informed him that I wanted delete my account, but they do not permanently delete accounts. Their only get you to self exclude or block you. It should be mandatory that the account should be permanently deleted along with all information and personal details. I discovered that it is a tactic used to get you self exclude. Self exclusions must be brownie points for them off the gambling commission.I deposited ten pound per day and only gambled in pennies. I informed chat host I imagine you not target the gamblers that gamble thousands or hassle them? It is revenue for them. It the little gamblers their targeting to force into self exclusion to produce statistics to the gambling commission who regulates them. It looks good for them by targeting small gamblers and producing monthly statistics to the gambling commission, If you get a message if Bet365 requesting you contact responsible gambling team. You can be assured their will try force you into self exclusion. It is all a political game of control for them to produce monthly statistics to keep their gaming license clean. Gamblers Beware!

One of the worst online gambling websites to ever exist. I have had a horrible experience trying to withdrawal money. They had what I thought was a very generous new player offer giving away essentially $100, but now I realize that they could've given away $1,000,000 and it wouldn't have mattered because the money is impossible to withdrawal.

Due to their technical problem on 3 October I couldn’t cash out 550€ bet although I had already put automated cash out still nothing. Tried to communicate with their customer service and they were sending me automated answers and cheap excuses. Same thing happened during the WC Final which is twice a “coincidence”. It’s not trustworthy and almost a fraud.

I tried singing up with bet365 and it didn’t work. I emailed them and I was told I was not allowed to play on there site. All I did was sign up as a regular customer and they said management made a decision that I could not open an account. This makes NO sense at all. I’m shocked.

I have used bet365 for years and to be fair it has been good, had some big wins on the footy and never a problem. Put an in play bet on tonight and they were offering me £75 to cash out for a £20 stake. Took screenshots so evidence that the app had a glitch showing the wrong score until the end of the game and therefore I couldn’t cash out. They admitted they had a glitch but said tough, you don’t get even your stake back. I’ve closed account permanently and won’t be going back. Will use a competitor instead.

Absolute shambles of a company! Every big game day like the champions league the betting site always seem to go down for the final 10 minutes causing you not to be able to cash out. Happened a few times I’ve let it slip. Fed up of losing money now because of this. Take your money to another site.

Tried to deposit $100 on 22/09/2023. Have since found out that there is a minimum $200 deposit. My money has gone missing. 4 emails and 2 phone calls later cannot resolve this. Their complaints department is somewhere overseas and takes a week to action. Still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks. Not good enough.

Someone must of been on a big win tonight as the site ironically went down. I was on 2 bets one for 667 pound the other was for 286 pound. I tried to cash 58 pound out and was working fine until I tried to cash out then bam it goes down. It's disgusting and you never see this with other sites. Sure know how to treat their customers at bet365. I would of went on chat instead of leaving a review but the agents are clueless and fob you off everytime. Games and casino are a joke too. Avoid these.

My husband opened an acct and put 50 on it Last week. After making zero bets and only a few days after opening the acct he received an e mail to say his acct was closed due to nature of his business effective immediately. After live chat with a bet365 person the only way I could get the 50 back was to give all my banking info not refund the visa he had used. Not going to happen. I will not give my bank info to them. STAY AWAY from this site. Rip off! They have our 50 and closed acct for zero reason.

Giving a star is generous. Absolute rip off company. Signed up on Saturday as a new customer, placed a bet and it lost. Placed another bet and it won but then this morning (Sunday) I received an email at 10am stating- 'Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect'. What business are they talking about? Ive done nothing wrong, I dont have another account, I wasnt doing anything I shouldnt have been doing. My theory is that they realised I was going to win some money here and there and I wasnt just going to throw money at long shots and accumulators which barely ever win. It would be nice to see them investigated and the profile of their punters examined. My guess is they would have a plethora of gambling addicts and losers who every now and again take something back only to lose it again few days later. Absolutely shameful company, spend your money elsewhere!

I used the app twice, i can never log in. I cant even place a wager if i wanted to. I don't how they can say live chat when you can only chat with a virtual assistant and you cant even ask it a specific question. I rest my password several times and still cant log in. STAY AWAY... it goes to show that if you have a company has money for lots of advertising they will rope anyone in.

Awful company. They suspended my account without any reason only I won 4-5 times and withdrew money thereafter my account has been restricted. Avoid Bet365 you will be suspended after win some money.

This is just a fraudulent website, they just put my account on restriction after my first bet. Boom just like that. They are fraudsters and scammers. Stay away please!

absolutely horrendous. they have an internal complaints procedure, you complain, they talk about it and that it. luckily I found out how horrendous they were due to difficulties trying to open an account. reading all reviews I feel I've had a lucky escape.

What a terrible site DO NOT USE!!!!! I opened a new account as a new user and won and they closed my account instantly telling me is was suspended and when i called the basically told me tough. Joke of a company and total scam. So many better options out there trust me!

These people shouldnt be trading, I loged on deposited £10, placed a bet, then they closed the account for no reason. If I was to win I would have to apply for my winnings and only if they agree shall they honour them. Absolute con, stay away

I have been with Bet365 for some time now and have had no problems whatsoever. I mainly use their games/casino and pretty happy with it all. They have a free game every week, on which I have won free spins quite often. Depositing, withdrawing has always been a smooth process. Can only recommend them!

Even 1 star is generous!! I contacted bet365 as I had a message to say, my account was restricted. When speaking to Lucy F, she explained my account had been locked, and I could not unlock it and could never rejoin as their customer. It was something to do a decision was made by their trading department and when I asked Lucy if I could speak to the trading department, she said customer services are the ones who deal with it and I’m unable to speak to the trading department. She reckoned she had spoken to her supervisor, who advised the same (I don’t believe that for one second), and there was no way of escalating this to have it reviewed, and even when I added further questions, she eventually just ended the conversation. WHAT A SHOCKING SERVICE FROM LUCY & BET365!!!!!!!!

I have had bets voided claiming I had an advantage, i challenged this as it was impossible but they will not accept, this has happened before and I feel like it is the biggest rip off site. Also it glitches so much when using it on mobile. The touch screen goes off so you place bets accidentally at the wrong amounts. It’s full of algorithms to trick you and you get no results. I strongly recommend they be avoided, you’ll only get huge disappointment when their mistakes cost you.

And even if you hit the bonus (which you have a better chance of being struck by lightning) you might win $2. Absolute high way robbery. I hope all the people of BET365 have all the bad things in life happen to them and only them. FUK BET365

I've never been banned from any site, game, real life location in my life before. Unbelievable. Talked to support via chat who REFUSED to give further details. Rude and garbage. AVOID this scam company.
