Tried opening an account. Immediately they would not let me log in. They claimed that they can close my account at anytime for any reason. Before making a deposit? Before placing a bet? Used these for years, never again! Had a team 3-2 up on a early pay out was never given as a early pay out had £240 cash out as I went to cash the other team made it 3-3 and my cash out went down to £18 then the remaining team I had conceded very late in the game to draw, then once it all finished the early pay out game had ticked at full time, absolute scam of a company I won’t use these again!

Quite possibly the worst betting platform in the UK, imagining depositing money in your betting platform not trading forex or even sending to an international bank account. I sent a little £5 into to place a bet on the football, you know what I was told, wait 24 hours and it should show in your account. I don’t know who they think they are but as soon as receive my deposit and withdraw it because bun a betting with a company like this, I’m closing this account. Bet 365 sucks . I signed up . I made my deposit .. I spoke with agent. They tell me a needed a min of 20 .. so I deposited more . Then chat session froze .. but before that the agent said she would add it manually .. now I’m just getting a run around .. there is lot better ones than this .. don’t waist yr time !!

This site bet365 has become the shittiest. I opened an account with them recently, for a maximum of 2 weeks. The first 3 days from the little money I ended up winning a nice amount. I withdrew from them, the withdrawals were ok, the money was in the account in an hour at most. After 3 days they restricted my account, and they checked my account, and they placed restrictions on my betting. Without any explanation. This site is disgusting. 12 years ago it was an ok site, I lived in a country in Europe where this site has been operating for 12 years. During that period from £500 in a month I made £20,000, I had no restrictions on my account, I could bet £2,000 or £3,000 on a single bet and they didn’t bother me. I have no idea what happened to them in recent years, they probably changed management and are creating this crap. Sa. You know that bet365 is a mess these days.

Used to be a brilliant app. Over the last 3 months it is now terrible. I can never see my horses to follow due to the constant lagging. Have missed countless opportunities to place a bet because of this. On big bet days can’t place a bet due to same problem. To many issues to mention. Had enough now and have pulled my balance and shut the app down. Shame as was easy to use before.

If I could I would not even give them a star I have never been a member with them. And made account then I logged out and never could get back in. I talk to customer service and they where no help at all only said due to terms and conditions I was terminated and could never reopen account. I’m trying to ask politely how come and they couldn’t even tell me the reason. I100 percent know that I haven’t did anything wrong and they couldn’t talk so we could fix the situation.

I was a customer for around 4-5 years until a few days ago. I thought they were a good company to bet with, but they closed my account without telling me why.I don’t mind a company closing an account if they have good reason, but there was no good reason, and I expect an explanation as to why they would do this, but received nothing but threats that if I opened another account it would be closed instantly.I’d had a good November and was up a lot and December was quite a good month too, so it could just be that they only want losers.My friend loses thousands every year on horses on Bet365 and yet he has no problems with his account.There’s very little regulation for these betting companies so they just do what they want. It’s the wild west l, and they are the cowboys. The only recompense is to go to the ombudsman which is paid for by the betting companies so good luck! 😂 I had a good experience with Bet365 for many years to be fair, but just closing an account without being told why. That’s odd behaviour in any type of business.

Terrible company to bet with I made a bet for a large amount of money I picked the Giants and Raiders to win and right before the games it switched my bet to colts and saints. I swear on everything it switched my bet right in front of my face and locked it in. Emailed them multiple times and called multiple times before someone actually answered. I’ve been betting with them for a long time they said there is nothing you can do but cash out if you get the option and they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. Absolute disgrace of a company. They have no problem taking your money but when you have the cheek to start winning they reduce your maximum stake to £10 per bet. And when you try and find out how they justify this they just passing you on and then disconnecting you should it be telephone or live chat. All casinos that feature Pragmatic slots from time to time will be operating unlawfully whether they know it or not. Pragmatic, periodically lower the payout rate of all there slots, this is happening more frequently and can last days at a time. Anyone that’s played Pragmatic slots over a period of time will have experienced this. Bonuses won’t drop in and if they do, they payout poorly. Pragmatic are paid by commission on the amount there slots generate which of course benefits the casinos too who can operate unaware Pragmatic are doing this.
