I’ve noticed a trend when I play slots on 365 that if I get a win, the amount won will put me back to what I had when I started playing, for example if I deposited £20 and was down to £7 I would get a £13 win to bring me back to £20. The same thing happens with bonus rounds (free games) the bonus never pays more than £20, and it brings me back to what I originally deposited, this is with 40p or 60p stakes.It’s like they’re telling me, look you’ve won your money back, just take it, but I carry on and lose it with dead spin after dead spin.I’ve noticed this ever since I lowered my deposit limits.

Won a small Superbowl bet, $100, but they won’t let me withdraw funds. They have all my bank details, credit card info, but they cannot get me money unless I have another set of banking info. So I have to go and open a bank account somewhere to get $100 back. They take a deposit instantly but can’t handle a withdraw. Big bowl of wrong! I being on the app for little over a month learning wild loosing. My issues with these dishonest owner. 18 games parlay 9 teams won $6.6k payout if all 18 teams won and after 9 wins with teams +120 add your payout is $8 . How dishonest and disgusting. On top of that winning 30 sec the $8 payout show up the suspended the payout ontill the next team lost so i couldn’t even take the $8. I message support to complain after $2000 lost gambling he decided to restrict my account and deleted the 18 games parlay from my history

So as a new customer I was offered for a minimum deposit of $10, I will get 50free casino spins. With a placed bet of minimum $5 win or lose I’ll receive a $150 sports bet reward. This is as a new customer. So I signed up. Deposited my funds and was ready to play my free spins first then my deposit. It loads goes through all the animations and then states that I have 50free spins. When I hit the spin button. The reels will start to spin but then a message pops up. The message says “server issues”😞. So I re tried it like 4x. Then I said maybe it’s this specific game let me try one of the other 3 that’s available. So I’m I click the leprechaun one. Same loading telling you how to play the game. When I click the spin button same message pops up. “Server issues”. So then I said I need a control test. Let me click on a casino slot game (cause all the other attempts were casino slot games), that is not part of the free spins reward. Well guess what it took my deposit money with no problem spin no message ready for me to push the spin button again. So then I said. Great it’s working now let me go back to the free spins eligible games. I click on the free spin eligible games and it was the same as before message pops up saying “server issues”. I tried contacting support from the app. Talked to a bot then a so called human that was responding like a bot. Got all the way to explaining what’s the issues. Screen abruptly stops and goes to home screen. Now the chat is gone! So I call the Bet365 customer service number. Spoke with a sir. He speaking to gaming. They telling me to go into the app and try again. After asking me to download the game to my personal computer. Like I’m going to trust that. Smh. Let’s just say 45minutes into it. I was completely over it. I stated that I’ve screen recorded my whole interaction and ready to post it. I feel like this is a scam. Then he back tracked to say they’re fairly new and still working on glitches. Then says I can use the sports bet portion and receive my rewards after placing a $5 bet. I’m like I’m cool. Before i started it. I came here, read the reviews and most were 1 star. Ignored and went on opening a betting account with them.They are the Worst. They restrict account. After a week, i am told i cant use cash out feature, withdrawing is a problem and the worst part of this is their customer service representatives don’t give a solution. they say that is what it is and there is nothing they can do. Awful company to deal with. Won an Acca 7/8 teams had won with the last game to be played the next day, offered me £75 cash out. Accepted it but when you click it won’t let you take it. Then the app crashes, log back in same thing happens over and over. So screenshotted the error thinking customer service will be able to help and let me cash out what I’ve won. Only to be be bounced around live chat before finally having my account terminated and they’ve kept the credit I had in my account and not refunded my winning bet. THEIVS! Fuming. If this isn’t resolved will be going to the ombudsman

App is very bad. Always issues logging in. They usually got best odds but they don’t like it if you win. I been betting on horses for few months and all seemed good But I had a lucky streak with a few descent winners then they blocked my account. They would not tell me why they just blocked it for no reason. Thankfully I was able to get my winnings out easy enough. I don’t know why I got blocked. The only reason I can think of is because I had a few winners. Shame really as they do have best odds. It would have been nice to know why I was blocked. Will be going back to paddy power as their app seems much better. Odds not as good but overall much better.

Criminals.twice in two days they have screwed me over.1. Offering cash out of a product, fair enough the first offer changed mid transaction but when I accepted the revised offer and they declined that immediately as well its a farce.2. Voided a bet based on a market being closed? It wasn’t closed on your App therefore the bet stands. Took them a day to void the selection as it only happened when the player started going well.

Maybe a little update as I’ve now sent a report to the UKGC (not like they’ll do much) but these frauds might find themselves in a spot of bother as for the last two months of opening this account they’ve allowed me to deposit off my own personal debit card onto my partners 365 account 😂 so they clearly don’t run “GDPR” checks and are only interested in stealing money from customers. I’ve every screenshot all the video proof a picture of the card used for the transactions and the transactions made, where I find myself over £800+ down without a single sniff. Normally never have a problem with bet365 but on this day the 31st Jan 2025 I made one deposit of £20 (Reference2055135836 bet365) at 23:10 came out my bank didn’t show on bet365 app waited 8 minutes still nothing so made another deposit at 23:18 (Reference 1232313574 bet365) same thing happened I spoke to Bet365 on the app they said to wait 10 days for a refundor contact trustly so I went on there website submitted manny request said 24hour for a response it’s been 6-5 days n still nothing I have got anything in Writing to show I’m gonna get my deposits back there no help at all I spend a lot of money on bet365 and normal don’t have a problem till now

I’ve been in numerous sportsbooks and eventhough the interface and app are good, the customer service has been terrible. Today they closed my account for no reason whatsoever and refuse to provide any justification or information as to why my account was closed. Horrible experience. With sports betting now legal and many options out there, I would suggest go elsewhere. There are able to lock up your account at anytime without any explanation and this is something that can leave both your wages and money at risk when relying on such a business.

Worst of them all!! So I had a few months in traction..joined 22 sites, deposited 100 quid ten times in each. This was by far the worst return of them all .zero in fact! One time I bet just /10/p a spin../1000 spins..no feature! Lol. Lucky I have the money to waste..interesting experiment for sure! Best returns were coral, bet victor, virgin and hippodrome by far. Before you read further, find another betting company. Sick of bet365. I’ve had my account restricted when I win then for the second time, their site had a glitch on Wednesday preventing any cashing out. When messaging them I received a generic message which basically said unlucky. Really poor and makes my opinion of them as scammers. Screen shots taken so will raise with trading standards. Now betting elsewhere and I advise you all to as well!

Probably best layout of them allThey definitely have best layout of all betting companies and navigation simple to use through out site …that’s probably why it’s the number 1 site for punters…however I did self exclude from site years back because of altercation with their costumer service…I will be returning next month as self exclusion ends… however their promotion back then was terrible as I can remember… my friend still uses their site and they have recently added free to play game every day which not good he hardly ever wins on it… I’m still on fence on this site 50/50 …it kind shocks me how the number 1 site for punters have so many faults with their site if I was the CEO I would fire all promotion team lol terrible
