Over the last few days I have placed some good football bets, they have offered some reasonable cash out value, so I have cashed them out. Then today, I had another 2 good bets with decent cash out value, but when I tried to cash them out I was logged out of my account directly and told I have reached my user limit (which is 8h) and that I could log back in tomorrow. First problem is that I was logged in for a maximum of 3h, MAXIMUM! Spoke with customer service for an hour, absolutely useless! First I complained about being prematurely logged out, they would not present me with any report of my login history, even though they clearly keep it, there is even a timer in the top corner when you are logged in! I then requested a complaints and a claims contact, they said “I’ll liaise with my supervisor” then cut me off the chat. Bet tampering and fraudulent behaviour at its finest!

They banned my( April 23 )account they couldn’t give me a decent enough answer just saying irregular activity, maybe the real issue was I won £1100 ,an withdrew it , an left £90 in account, bare in mind I have been with bet365 for 18 year !!!!

After playing for 5 years & loosing over £10k on B365 slots, I finally got a win over £500. B365 then restricted me to £150 a month max bets. Yep! they punished me for winning! I moaned on googeplay, so they blocked my app login! What’s the point of a casino that takes all your money, but if you win a fraction back or complain, blocks your account! Serious gamblers need to totally ignore 95% of the reviews given on here – they are all from casino junkies that are lashing out for doing their money.I have/have had accounts with loads of on line bookmakers over the years and BET365 is head and shoulders the best.They’re not perfect and you’ll sometimes run into problems like with all sites, but there overall product is different class to the rest.The amount of in running and cash out events they offer is at least double anyone else offers. If you bet with them loyally you get regular free bets added to your account – most importantly without any ridiculous conditions like having to use it on an acca etc.Withdrawals are quick, all within a couple of hours at most and they obviously have all the safer gambling tools that in fairness all sites have nowadays.One slight negative is the way the on line chat has gone in the last year or so. They used to be extremely good at this also but have gone down the route of lots of their competitors and started using a useless chat bot on first contact that can be hugely annoying. You’ll also have some long wait times on occasions but this is only really due to the fact that they’re the most popular on line bookie and have the most customers to deal with.In short, totally ignore most of what is said on here, the site is the best out there for anyone betting on sport. If you’re a casino junkie, there’s 100’s of other site’s for you.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I created an account, made a deposit, and they immediately banned me. I never even got to login. They refuse to explain why. Read the other reviews of this company. They do this constantly. This company is a scam and there are far better books to use.

I am absolutely sick of how poor this betting app is. I have two betting Apps Bet365 and Sky bet. I cannot access Bet 365 all the time it just does not load consistently. I had unsettled bets that were taking place in November, and to my surprise when I logged in in my account they were gone, with the money I bet and everything. The bet history was erased too. My activity shows how much I spent and in which month, but I can’t see my bets anymore. Customer service is slow, puts me on wait half hour at the time, then I got logged out and lost the chat. Very scammy thing. Won’t be using it again, and they took my money!

Very surprised by so many negative reviews.. in my opinion, Bet365 is one of the best out there.. Been with them for a while, played slots mainly, so far it’s all been good, not a problem at all. I have won over $10K cad on Bet365, by betting a few hundred dollars a day and winning over and over… but the reason I stopped using 365 was because they began to stop me from cashing out early while my team is many ahead. The button says “Cashout Unavailable”.When I first started 365, the TV commercials show a guy cashing out early and this had me intrigued. I thought ‘wow what a great option” and I used this method many times to get my cash before the game ended or before my team starts to slide. It’s been about 4 months with absolutely no issue cashing out until recently.I messaged 365 on October 20th 2023. I told them my Phillies were ahead by 3 points in the 6th inning beating the Diamondbacks. It was prime time to cashout and get 150 bucks from that.They turned off the cashout button on me for 4 whole innings while my Phillies slid down hill. Bet 365 claimed “we cannot guarentee the cashout early button will always be available” and then I started going off about how the cashout button is unavailable when bet 365 advertizements and commercials on TV state otherwise.So after winning so much on Bet365 for so long, they turned on me and most likely made a custom bot for me specifically to block my early cashout opportunities. Straight scam for new customer deal. I opted into the bet $5 for $150 deal and then still had to activate it within my settings in a very conspicious spot. Since I had opted in I didn’t think this would be necessary, and didn’t even think about it, then proceeded to not get the new customer deal. Make sure you go through the labyrinth that is their app to ensure you have the new deal active even if you opted in. Good way for them to ensure two bets out of a new user.

If you win, they will restrict your account so you can’t put a bet on more than 50p… if you lose they remove all free bets, games and any other incentives.
