This bet company is a fraud I had xhaka to have 1 shot and in 60 minutes I to the game my bet was marked red while he’s still playing This stopped me from cashing out When I chat with them I was given a stupid answer That he had a goal that was disallowed so because of that the market can mark him as not playing anymore but he was still on the pitch playing for 90 minutes If I’ve money I’ll sue this fing company for fraud Anyone wanna help me sue this mono company?

I tried virtual football for a little bet I eventually got my winnings up to 2600 banked it all then went back to next day to have a little small bet again and the virtual football wasn’t there I come Back the day after and it was there I tried again with low steaks and they have rigged it so no one wins on it at all now u have teams like Finland beating Germany and Brazil Liverpool loosing to Watford chelsea loosing to Brighton they have rigged the betting so they get more profit I would recommend everyone to stay away from this website use a diffrent company far more better these are the worst company I’ve betted with by far

The absolute worst of the big betting sites.Gone so downhill. Bets unsettled after 5 hours. Speak to customer service who just press the usual automatic replies and then just leave the chat before you’re happy with the resolution. So so rude.Terrible terrible customer service.

I have tried and reviewed almost all online casinos. this one is an established betting site, I’m not a fan of their selection of Casino live games, very few Evolution and mainly Playtech. My main issue with them is their verification procedure in which they send sort of code to your address. I requested one weeks a go and never received it, my winning is just stuck there with them and if you contact the support they say they want the code while the site said you can upload a bank statement but doesn’t give you the option to do so. lets how it ends with them I will update this at a later stage depending on whether I will ever receive that postal verification code or not.

Well just looking at all the other 1 stars I know I’m not alone. Played there casino games. Ony 2 games thai flowers megaways and the other eye of horus. Played £1play and £2 some times even £3 play just to see if it would kick start anything. Not on your Nellie. Deposited 150, 100, 95. All on separate accasions. Different weeks. Never did I once get a feature or bonus game. The RTP was few and far between very low returns. I’ve closed my account with 365. Because it was totally taking the hit n miss. How they get away with this idont know. 365 days of the year ripping players of. Fair play totally non existent. I urge all who see this review to run 365 miles away from bet 365. I bet a parlay on the Toronto -St. Louis game.. William Nylander scored in overtime and Bet 365 did not stand by the bet, and refused to pay out on the Nylander goal, even though THEIR OWN rules say that overtime is part of the match!! I spent 2 hours on line with their chat people and they refused to stand behind the bet!

Their support agents are completely inadequate. They mishandled my verification and the funds that were in my acc were stuck for over 2 months. I wasn’t able to use my balance or withdraw it even though i got in live chat for few times and no one actually resolved my problem. It was like chatting with bots and sending me short irrelevant to the issues team plates. I don’t recommend you to use your services. I want to mention the names of Aleksander and Mitko and complain about their poor service and their passive-aggressive behaviour.

Rejoined bet365 after 5 years had a little luck and was in profit the they restricted my account so that i could only place very small wagers £1.20 or even 72p.They only allow you to place a wager if you continually lose.After speaking to others it seems this is how they treat all their customers who are in profit.

Bet365 has a great scam going. Say you have a 3 game parlay, they will show one of your games as a loss, even though it was a win, thus not allowing you to cash out if the possiblility came up. See images as example. They will the keep you in customer service hell till your games lose or you win outright, at which point they have to pay you. Complete scam.

I got an email saying “your account has been restricted following a TRADING DECISION” and multiple attempts to have a case review are futile. Twice in the last week I have had to email this Company to ask why my bets on horses where the meeting has been abandoned have not been refunded. By far the worst company to bet with. Avoid at all cost. I put money into my bet365 account to use on a Sunday football for fun. Moved 200 bucks via e transfer. Was waiting for verification nothing. Money never went into my bet365. Checked my bank account and says transfer was accepted by recipient but nothing in my bet 365. Reached out to the company and they explained to me my bank had the money. Got my bank involved and they even informed that bet 365 took the money. This went back and forth for awhile. Right down to the point where bet 365 told me call my interact provider. Which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Bet 365 even acknowledged they were having issues that day with e transfer and yet still took money from people and put the blame on myself and my bank. After all said and done I walked away and deleted the app. They will steal money from you and then blame everyone else for their mistake. So beware. Go with another betting service. These guys are f****** trash. All the 1 stars they are receiving says it all.
