I,m not going to say theyre amazing at 365 as they dont phone/email me as other casinos do at 830 in an evening lol, However had a few wins over time and the payout speed is lightening fast . Over time ive had some good bonus rounds of 2K so all pretty volatile and can hit good at any point or can be super flat. I,m seeing the negative reviews and can only think people are playing too much and expecting a win which you cant really do. This is one of the worst scamming companies I have come across with.. I opened an account with them , and placed a bet, meanwhile they asked me to provide passport copy and proof of residence, which I did.The next day I have won a substantial amount , only to get an email from them my account has been permanently suspended without giving any explanation. After having a conversation with their useless customer team , they said the address I provided wasn’t correct( even though I sent them a copy of my tenancy contract and bank statement) and my account will be suspended , and I have lost my money for good.Please do not use this criminal website!

I won’t be back to this sport betting casino.I’ve been playing online casinos for years. Being a customer for over 3 years I never had an issue then last month I had few high priced wins. Not big stakes 81$ and 51$ wins then all of sudden wanted to do some gambling awareness BS. Answered every question instantly. Then my account was restricted. I ring up restrictions removed. Week later get email saying need to speak to me. They rang me I answered first call. 15 minutes asking everything from salary to house value to savings etc. got email saying everything ok sent to management to review then week later I’m restricted. No email no communication. I ring up they wanted my driving license. I sent it. Then wanted tax return. I sent from ATO showing salary with how much tax was paid. No not good enough they wanted full tax return.. For goodness sake I’m a 20$ win bet person… in end I told them to shove my account up their backsides! I don’t drink I don’t smoke I don’t do drugs… I have little flutter… then a representative says their terms and conditions they have the right.. to carry out this affordability checks.. do credit references checks…. I’m not asking for credit!!!!! I understand protocols but this is invasions of my privacy and what company has right to do a credit check when your not asking for anything.. my house value, number of properties, savings have absolutely f all to do with anybody!!!! This day and age where big companies are getting hacked…

They make the account verification process as difficult as possible so that the users cannot withdraw their money. Today I did the Account Verification Step 2 for the fifth time and like the other times the message I received was that my document is being reviewed, and that they will contact me as soon as possible after completing the verification. Each time I received an email message saying “Thank you for providing a copy of the following document: ID card. The referred copy has been successfully verified.” When I go to the site to withdraw my funds they say I have to verify my account and throw me back into Step 2 only to get me into the same loop over and over again. Bunch of unscrupulous thieves!!!

Cash out and then find 365 wants there money back , To be fair the bet lost at the end of the game , but whilst the game was LIVE I was offered a cash out bet virtually to the full amount of the winnings, after cashing out and the bet ending 365 took back winnings and put my account into a negative balance after I had withdrawn money from my account, surely snooze you lose ,, so beware 365 will make cash out terms in their favor and not honour live bets .

I opened an account to make a bet for a couple of £100s. I made the bet, and everything seemed fine but the following day I couldn’t log in or recover my password.I got onto chat, and I was told that bet365 had decided to close my account. They didn’t give me an explanation why they had closed it while it still had had a live bet, or why they hadn’t told me about it.I made a complaint to find out what happened but bet365 just kept repeating that they wouldn’t reopen my account – something I didn’t ask or care for. They are far from the only betting company around and I wouldn’t want to deal with someone who closed my account without saying anything anyway.Beware.

Terrible customer service, agents sound like a robots, zero empaty or willigness to help. Also you have to wait 30, 40 minutes sometimes to reach them cuze of the queue and if you dont answer in 30, 40 seconds, they will end up the chat on you. I rarely contact them to complaing about something, but every time I do, is always a terrible experience. You guys shouls hire people that really wants to be a customer agent.

No clue how gambling like this is legal. So extremely predatory. My friend got banned/limited from using it because he was winning too much too often. So essentially they’ll keep you around if you have problem gambling tendencies, but if you know what you’re doing you’ll get banned. My friend was able to at least get his funds out. Such an extremely predatory company, it just makes me sick to think how they’ll be people losing everything over and over that they won’t go “sorry dude you can’t play, it seems you have a problem” but will cut off betters making money consistently. Asked a customer adviser named “Jodey” if they still did the loyalty scheme which she told me it finished in 2019 then proceeded to inform me tht i am not eligible for any offers or marketing because i basically spend to much?!! Wish I can give 10 negative stars. After downloading all the stuff they tell you do it worked AS SOON as I deposited $200 all a sudden the geo location don’t work then my account is locked or wrong user name or password which I just made so wasn’t my issue on my end. Then talked to 4 people then told I’ll get an email from a supervisor. I get an email from tech not supervisor telling me to do this and that, so I do this and that and still don’t work. I contacted them a 5th time to do as they said. Get my money back close account redo said account. I do that, deposited another $200 and guess what… username or password wrong or locked. So 6th time I contacted them to delete account. So I give up it’s a sign To not play. Not to mention I never got my deposit match of 100% and after a week of going back and forth you would think they would offer me something for my troubles I’m not asking for a $1000 even tho I wish ha but not even a cup of coffee or a nickel for something that took days and not even that but my issue was never even fixed. So please don’t stress ur self out and don’t play here. The adding of money via credit card or withdrawing money is an extremely painful process. They require info at odd times and the uploading of documents to verify all has a 24 hour turn around time so if you want to bet and have an issue the same day as the game.. forget it.Score bet is a much better app I found after

HORRIBLE – DO NOT USEI’ve used many Sportsbooks over the years and decided to try Bet365, which is easily the worst I’ve ever used. Disregarding the terrible formatting/navigation of the website, I’ve never had so many issues withdrawing my winnings. AND support was ZERO help, not even concerned. Decided to just tackle the issues myself, which took weeks as the site wasn’t functioning…It was beyond easy to deposit of course, but I had to try FOUR different bank accounts before it was accepted – unbelievable, I literally had to “Phone a Friend” and use their bank account information.Bet365, enjoy your time as the next Blockbuster. Do not ever use Bet365. You will lose whatever sanity you have left. A year ago they put restrictions on my account because I dared to have a small win and withdraw some money. I thought I had closed my account but apparently that is not possible. They are now saying that they will start charging me a monthly fee for not using my account. Have tried Phone, Live chat and email to get my account closed. All they do is keep passing you on to other departments. 2 days solid of being messed about and my account is still not closed. I will be blocking any payments they try to take. They are a bunch of crooks with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A miracle has just occurred. Or so bet365 claim. My account has finally been closed. I’ll still be checking my bank account on a regular basis to make sure that they are not helping themselves to my money. Something I would advise all people who have ever had an account with Bet365 to do. I do sometimes go back to companies I have used before but this lot no chance. I made an account in bet365.com. Deposited some money and bing, they locked it. Sent them all documents they asked for verification. They were rejected, even the same ones have been accepted elsewhere.Now 365bet’s customer service has been telling me, I have to contact them via live chat to get my deposits back. Everyone knows it is not possible, as to get to the chat one needs to log in. Haven’t got any reply, how to do that.Looks like honest internet casinos are rare, very rare.
