I deposited $100, and when I tried to place a bet I was told that there was a restriction put on my account. I tried to contact support, they were only available through chat. They constantly sent me to different agents until I was put on hold indefinitely. Never use this website.

I quite like this app on the whole. But it has an annoying habit of not being accessible for big games, so that’s worth at least two stars off. Plus the UI could be more user friendly, so there’s another star off.

Awful, tried to withdraw $300 using wire. Not sure why they don’t do e-transfers like normal people in 2022 but never got my $300, they said it takes 1-3 business days it’s been 6. Don’t use this crap, lured me in with free bets then took my winnings.

Ive heard it’s good for sport betting so I don’t want to discredit them for that. But personally I’ve just used their casino & it’s been not the greatest. I had high hopes for them. I know the risk of losing & that’s fine, that’s the risk you take when you gamble, but every deposit I made my money was ate through instantly & didn’t even give ANY back & fourth play. Also the game I like playing the most, every other online casino is 20 cents min bet but 40 cents min bet on 365 & you won’t even win at all, like not even a couple cents.

Been a member since 2014 at Bet365 and its the best online sports betting site hands down fast and efficient when placing bets, updates, even viewing live feeds and theres a massive variety on offer. now you might be wondering why are you rating them 1 star then? because where I come from you, show respect I’m about £700 down overall since 2014 which isn’t to bad I only use it mainly for few bets here and there? and recently they’ve been doing a good promotion called “golden goal 4+ goals in a selection of matches earns you bet credit also 6 correct results for 1 million pounds promo? I’ve been doing these religiously for the past 6 weeks and in that time I’m down about £160-70. now only since 2 days ago I’ve been placing multiple football bets around 0.20p 0.30p etc…? instead of my usual £5,£3,£2 accumulators because I’m sick of losing? I’m totally on a Barron run of late havent had a withdrawal in months so this was my new approach? so just logged into my bet365 account today to obviously reveal my golden goals game for Friday and the promotion along with the 6 correct results promo have gone? went to live chat they said ” sorry but you are not eligible for this promotion at this time ” and, I honestly couldn’t believe what I’m seeing? shocking they literally removed my promotions with zero reasoning? I’ve been a member since 2014 I’ve never had any issues? I’m only giving it 1 star because I’m unable to give it 0. I topped up with $10 because I’m new to the site and thank God that was all I added. They gave me a $10 bonus and I played a game of blackjack and won $10. So in all I had $30. Then strange stuff started happening. They locked my account saying I needed to be verified. The verification process was brutal. They rejected every document for very simple things. When they finally approved the account, the money disappeared. Wiped from my balance. It said $0. They then said that I can’t withdraw because of some reason that is in their terms and conditions. So pretty much nobody could help me. The entire experience was shameful and I honestly think the company should be shut down.

Brutal book, up 25K in 12 months and they restrict my account. Tried to make a $100 wager and got denied, tells me my Max wager is $7.52, really Bet365? Still haven’t gotten my withdrawal and have spent several days fighting for it. I’ve been on bet365 for more then half a decade in the beginning years it was awesome, the customer service was incredible the people I spoke to overseas were great… and they bent over backwards to accommodate me anytime I harassed concerns. In the past year they have gone completely downhill to a point I’ve made numerous complaints to little avail I recommended bet365 to a girlfriend in ontario and they ripped her off for 500.00. She opened a fresh account with 500.00 she made 1 single bet for 50.00… they have frozen her out ever since . When she tried to communicate with them she might as well been talking to a brick wall.unfortunately she doesn’t really give a crap about 500.00, so she has failed stay on top of it.when I’ve contacted bet365 explaining I personally recommended it to my friend… there response was negligible. Last Sunday I took Baltimore ravens alternate point spread -9.5 and – they won 24 to 9, I tried to take a pretty good cash out then the moment I pressed cash out bet365 marked ravens – 9.5 as a loss! When I contacted them about my concerns they punked me off and completely failed to address the issue in any meaningful way. I am now to a point where 1 more incident such as that takes place on my account… I am going to start a major campaign to spread the word people should avoid dealing with bet365 completely. Very disappointed!

So, I regularly bet £20-£40 per week on Bet365. Most of the bets are only football matches and the like that I have at least a bit of know how or knowledge of. This is always no issue, win some lose some etc. Tonight I made the mistake of playing their online Blackjack. Complete and utter joke. I play 10 hands and I lose 9 of them. Dealer only ever appears to get Aces and picture cards. Cheating, Scamming B@stards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

Awful site just awful. Joined up got all the offers and they had shocking returns, 200 free bingo tickets won nowt, 50 spins just over a pound then another free 100 spins a few quid. A few deposists with no gameplay or returns.Games section of their site when I clicked on it set of alarms on my anti-virus for url phising so never even got to see this section of website. Too many silly negative reviews on here.I am wager large stakes on horses and have never ever had a problem with Bet365. They are the benchmark for horse racing. Tell me any other bookmaker that offers BOG 2 days before the race. The answer no one. They pay out any amount instantly.A lot of bad losers or people trying to scam.

Before it came to Canada it was a awesome site to use. Now it’s terrible. My biggest complaint was I bet a 4 team parlay and and they name the pitchers so my wager the pitcher listed got sick and didn’t pitch. They lost of course because I went from a strong pitcher to a bull pen day. I won the other three games so I thought I still one because the game I lost before if the pitcher who was scheduled to pitch doesn’t start then that game is voided. Not now with this greedy Canadian organization running it. So now you are betting blind in baseball. Don’t matter who they show starting the game anyone can pitch. How can you bet like that. We look at who’s pitching to make our picks. All done with this stealing site. So much for fair gaming.

Don’t really want to do this as I have been using 365 for years. Never had a problem with it until the last update. Now it’s completely broken. Can’t cash out. Shows the wrong scores. Have to log in and out every two mins to work out what is going on. And after several messages I have received zero response. All in all plough your money in and due to technical incompetencies you lose everything. Real shame as it was by far and away the best app pre update.

Bet365 DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! There customer service is non existent! There live chat is none existent, they do nothing to help. My bets are constantly being settled wrong which is preventing me from cashing out at the true value. You can only speak to a robot. Or leave a text message where you can wait days for a response that’s if u get one hahah..it’s the worst site with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This is the worse site I use, or used to use! Live chat takes hours for a simple question. They freeze your account for no reason then good luck waiting for live chat! Slots do not go lower then .80 cents lol’ cant change bets lower. I would have given customer service (live chat) a No star but they made me put 1 star before I could post this. I joined bet365 because of all the hype & its listed as one of the best online casinos out there (for slots). I had to ditch it. It’s the only online casino I’ve tried so far that I kept putting money into & haven’t even gotten a $10 payout.. It’s really hard to win literally anything compared to other sites. There’s barely any back & fourth play, it just straight up eats through your deposit. Sport betting on the other hand I know people personally who’s had really good experiences, so I will give them that. It probably would be worth it to check out if that’s what you’re into, I would just avoid their casino all together.
