Thought I’d give them a try. Can’t get my head round how they’re so big. App is awful. Payouts are slow. Results are woefully laggy to settle. And they’re just basics/essentials for any betting platform. Can’t see what the appeal is at all

left bet365 for a while to stop gambling. Tried to renew but said i was banned for life. Never won much at all made a loss if anything over 15 years. They are rude unhelpful and should not be allowed to operate. Look at the feedback on here no replies at all. Really do not care about customers .do not gamble with them.

Bet of a football full time result. The team won but as I bet full time and not result, meaning after extra time, they wouldn’t pay out.Complained, but with no response i closed account. Will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible site, would not recommend. Decided to permanently ban me after one week of tennis betting. I had significant funds still in the account and they’re saying the can’t withdraw it to my credit card, when every other sports book I’ve used can do this. They are a bunch of scam artists. They do have good live betting so its unfortunate that they have horrific customer service and internal policies.

Don’t use Bet 365 App!!I used Bet 365 and would trade large amounts of money between £1-£500 each individual bet. I had won a bet which left my account with £486.10. Upon selecting a new bet I had been promoted with a value of £486.10 already set up to place bet. I had selected the value on the app with the intention to change it to £150. Before I could change the value the bet had placed and had unfortunately lost within 1-2 minutes not allowing me the time to retract my bet. If I had retracted and cashed out then I would have immediately lost around £100. This glitch in the app had happened a few times previous log but for much smaller sums of money so was less important to me. I informed Bet 365 who told me that they would not even look into this case as all bets are taken and they take no responsibility for any issues that may have resulted from this.

Like others, I opened an account and deposited £10 with the promise of £50 in free bets once I’d wagered the tenner. I’ve bet £9 on football so far with £7 of this resulting in small wins. Just seen the same email others have received in my Inbox: ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect.’ One of my bets was put on after the email was sent, so the account clearly isn’t closed in terms of bets being made, just in terms of free bet offers being honoured. All I can think is that they aim to entice people in with an offer they have no intention of honouring and then hope that those same people stay on betting with them despite being scammed. What a great business model for generating new punters! Pathetic!

All was OK, but after I won around 3000$ they blocked me by imposing huge restrictions, especially ridiculously low betting limits that are making betting almost impossible.The only explanation I had was “This decision was made following careful consideration by our trading team”.Sometime ago, one month before this, they asked to install an application to verify the location (as if the browser can not do this by itself). Now I even suspect that this app is also used to spy. I don’t know, but I suspect.So, if you intend to win relatively important amounts of money, I don’t think you will be able to. Otherwise it’s OK.

What the hell is this . My bet was locked after winning one game and my second game hasn’t even started and it didn’t allow me to cash out. I contact customer service about this and they did not resolve this and just shut the live chat after not giving any support on my request.I have screenshot all evidence of my bet locking up and the customer live chat if anyone wants to see feel free…

I got permanently banned for “incorrect details”, after talking to support which took hours mind you, they informed me that I filled out something that permanently banned me with no chance of re-appeal. I’m 19 and eligible to gamble in my province so I have no clue what could’ve possibly led to me being suspended indefinitely.

Ive had a seesaw relationship for years with 365 ups and downs and all within a particular sustainable bracket. However i recently won 8k on a fluke spin on another uk gambling site and since then i,m being sucked dry even on low stakes and sensible play. Yet were told its all legit. Google do gambling companies share player information with other gambling companies i.e player win/loss and you will see that they do , Its all A.I folks. I have had exactly the same experience. I placed my first bet today and 6 hours later they closed my account so they don’t have to pay me the £50 free bet bonus. The email said it was due to the nature of my business. How do they know what my business will be after one bet ? I went on the live chat who told me as the account was closed with no option to reopen they could not give me any further information. Its like being found guilty of a crime you didnt commit without any chance to defend yourself. Surely the government watchdog on gambling needs to do something about this. After being a loyal customer for years, play have a go on slots weekly. So deposit weekly not much around £50 usually less. Well had a £200 win this week on a game, which was great. So I’ve been getting absolutely sucked on the slots for ages!! Been playing break the bank again and not had a bonus for about 4-5 months!! I had enough and went to live chat and told them that I’m basically getting robbed and I’ve had enough! They said they take this stuff very serious and I asked for for games play deposits against my withdrawals.. they said they need a couple days and I said cool. They very next day, and literally my first spin I bonus!! Been waiting month for it and it drops on the next spin after I complain!! The bonus was crap and returned £160 from £1.. For years I thought no betting site compared at all to Bet365 but my experience in the past few months lead me believe they are Mickey Mouse now. Yesterday I took advantage of a position pitcher pitching in the bottom of the 8th inning and I put $400 on the Astros to score a run at +260 odds. As soon as I won, I got a message from them that the traders have taken a look at my account and restricted me to a max bet of $5 and no more cash out option. When I went on live chat, they offered no explanation and didn’t even have the decency to be honest as to why. I’ve taken advantage of this scenario with position players pitching in blowout games on several occasions but all I did was take a bet they offered. In the end the result is, if you win enough, you get banned pretty much. As a regular 50$ to $200 bettor, restricting my bets to $5 max was insulting and just plain rude. As long as you are losing, you’re welcome to bet, but god forbid you win, and win regularly, then it’s adios amigo. This is an awful coMpany now. They also use responsible gambling as a reason to ban players from betting as well, it’s quite pathetic that they stoop so low as to use a real addiction problem and throw it onto people to ban them.

I saw three tips for horses so I thought I’d open a bet365 account and put a fiver on each for a laugh. They were favourites so very short odds. The first two came in! But then I received an email along the lines of ‘due to the nature of your business we’re closing your account with immediate effect or until active bets have expired’ since I put £20 in initially I placed the remaining fiver on another favourite. It lost, as did the other tip. However the £50 ‘free bets’ weren’t honoured as the account had by then been restricted. On the plus side of the £20 I deposited I won £21.77. a total profit of £1.77!!

Just registered a new account after 6 or 7 years of not playing here. I was able to deposit $500 from my RBC account, but I can’t access the games after depositing lmfao!!! And when I wanted to make a withdrawal instead, it says I need to create a new email address as my existing email is not accepted LMFAO!!! Really? I tried but still it is not working! Opened an account (have used Coral before, no issue and only bet around once a year on Grand National etc). Account opened via app and I placed a bet £20 for England/Germany Ladies Euros final. Bet accepted. less than 1 day later, email as per many others on this site ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect’ No explanation, even when emailing them, I have never ever used them before so can not possibly be some historical reason.
