As with every other review here, seems like they like closing peoples account for no reason. I joined and played for the welcome bonus (might I say they mightve probably rigged it, I lost 80% of what I started with, and everytime I hit the bonus spins I get "logged out" for some reason after a few more spins), and the free spins didn't really win much as well. After I withdrew because of the horrible win rate, they closed my account quoting I had suspicious activities. Not that I'm planning to play there anymore, it feels rigged (trust me I understand probability and this is very unlikely)

I joined when they had a new customer offer of bet £10 and get a £50 free bet. They accepted my account and let me place the first bet but when I came to use the £50 bet credits it said my account was restricted and didn't allow me to bet.I contacted them and they couldn't give me a reason why this had been done.I've now lost £10 - such a scam! Avoid

I created a brand new account, deposited £100, placed a £10 bet, and within an hour, had my account blocked.The only information given was that it was a trading decision, and that there was something about 'the nature of my business' they didn't like. No other justification given. Never had an issue like this with any other site.

Absolutely avoid this site! I took a gamble on Bet365 and it certainly was a mistake. After making my deposit and having a decent time betting while my account verified I was sent a request to verify my account every time I logged in. The auto login didn't work, my bet credit offer disappeared and then my bets would not go through. I sent in a message asking what was up and they told me that there could be some restrictions while my account was verified. Fine. I continued to wait until finally I got the notification to verify again. Concerning. I message again only to be told my account was closed and that I was not going to be told why and I would not be allowed to open another. "Well there it is" I think to myself. I contact the live chat to get my money back. Chat crashed after putting in bank information (hesitantly). I open another chat. They ask for all my account information and my bank info again. That one also crashes. I'm now waiting on another message to be replied to. As I wait I can only assume my initial bets must have returned too much money for their liking. I think I was like $9 in the black not including bet credits I would have earned from my welcome bonus. So now they can sell my info and avoid giving me my bet credits, on top of potentially not refunding me because their site is a piece of garbage (probably intentionally). Just stick with another site or don't even use an online sportsbook at all. Nothing but stress and anxiety here.

Well this company really are something else. The incompetence is unreal. Oh not to mention how they treat customers like criminals. The customer service is non existent.If you win any money they will freeze your account, arrange a call back (Took 2 weeks) and then set a limit. Before you even bet again, they will restrict your account again.All the free spins ect you earn from gambling will be removed and then they will argue your entitlement when you challenge them. I then placed two separate bets on my account ( both of which did not come in ) However before these bets finalised bet365 closed my account for no reason and i could not even log in I eventually got hold of someone on live chat , surprise surprise the phone numbers do not work ... only to be told that they had closed my account , which means that they took my £20 on false pretences of a free £50 credit Disgusting behaviour , and surely can not be legal ? I am now never going to use this company again , and as it was my first bet online ever , it might have done me a favour Be careful if you get enticed by this offer

I signed up and put my £10 qualifying bet on, I went back later to find out how I had got on and was locked out!!!! Then noticed an email saying my account had been closed ''due to the nature of my business'' !!!! Im a 60 year old retired teacher!!! You then have to start the long process of trying the on line chat thing, wait for ages then just be given a load of copy pasted b/s saying they review all accounts and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customers business. Having signed p to few now I would recommend Skybet, Virginbet, 888, Coral, no problems at all betting or collecting any winnings. Keep away from Bet365 and Sportnation

I was able to make around 2k overall profit.In the past with the same user id in bet365.com i won and lost a ton of cash.Now they restrict me and pretty much its useless to play on their site anymore. Also just 1 week back, i got scammed on there casio on a big round in casino. The live got dcd and I was redirected to rgn mode where i dint even know what had happened in the round. -5/5

I am a 74 year old run of the mill pensioner who just wanted to waste £10 per Saturday but my net loss limit was set at at only £10 per month which meant that if I lost my first £10 that was it for a month, after an email, chat line and phone call got it changed to £40 per month. I went to deposit and found I was locked out, Bet365 customer services accused me of having 2 email addresses, implying something fraudulent was taking place. Disgusting company!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it's now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn't forced to make a withdrawal. I won't use bet365 again. For a bookmaker to do this and have me miss racing's biggest day in Australia is pathetic. If U lose and just give them money it's ok but if U want Ur winnings it's crap

Without warning or any contact put a restriction on account for small football betting account. Contacted via chat and after 40 minutes of being xfered around stated it was for verification. Ashley was rude and obstructive and didn't resolve. Requested a callback from manager the following evening- 3 days passed nothing and had to email. 4 emails later and 2 more promised callbacks...nothing! Don't answer questions or respond. When you ask for reasons..." We are busy...". No respect or value placed on customers
