I dont write reviews but Bet365 probably is the worst betting app i have tried. I been waiting for my withdrawals and the customer service is basically useless. No one replying to my emails as well. Bet365 will hold your money when you win as long as they can.

If I could give less than one star I would. The platform is user friendly but when it comes to failure of the software then it’s buyer beware…The cash out function works intermittently…and it’s always in their favour…when it fails, you lose, simple as that…won’t bother again with this platform…and the customer service is less than poor…automatons who read from a script no matter what the complaint, no good will, always chasing the profit margin…very, very poorly run website…

I have seen so much bad publicity on this site, unfairly in my opinion. When I withdrawl longest it's ever taken is 25 minutes. Only downside I'm restricted to a grand a month. Wish it was more but hey ho. Use the site it's super fast payout when you win.

Cash out never seems to work when bets are still running when cash amount is quite high. They say it’s in your terms and conditions. Funny how it happens to so many others?

Never ever put money on bet365 this people are real scammers they can manipulate your bet very easily an say you that you have placed a wrong bet or a cover bet it's a request to everyone don't even put a single amount on this. I have the proof as well with me. When I was chatting with the rep they simply said it's your mistake saying you placed a wrong bet when I talk about the proof this people now are asking to send the screen shot but I have the whole conversation with them recorded.. real scammers

I am taking them to court. These guys are criminals. I will make sure I expose them. I placed a bet today for £945 for them to score 0.5 goals. They scored, I cashed out and even withdrew only for me to come back much later to see the money had been reversed. I told them to void the bet because if such happened and I was not aware then they have technically kept my original betting funds without me participating. The supervisor who called me was rude and unhelpful, They kept closing the chat while I was still chatting, at some point they wrote to me that they will no longer respond to my emails. This is unacceptable. I am submitting my claims form with the courts tomorrow and I urge anyone experiencing the same to take legal action. Don't bother with Ibas, they are very corrupt.

Hi, We are being taken for absolute fools playing slots with these companies. Bet 365 need to get a grip. The slot games in their Casino are absolute rubbish and it has been the same old same old games in there for some time namely Age of Gods, Epic Ape etc. They need to get new games in there. I play other Casino's which have more new games to offer. They also need to upgrade the topping up of your account whilst playing slots. If I top up my balance in the Casino slots I do not have to refresh the balance and can continue playing the game with no interruption. Outside the Casino you need to refresh the page before you can carry on playing this shouldn't be as my other Casinos don't do this, so sort this mess out Bet 365. We are being taken for mugs . Why does it take between £20 – £30 before free spins activate and when they do you hardly ever get your money back this is a total rip off. Another way we are being fobbed off is the amount you now get for a win used to be around 5pence now in some cases it is 2p for say a 20p bet. The reels are now more, instead of 15 it is now 20-30 sometimes more. It is no wonder their Managing Directors can sit on their backsides and rake in millions. Been a customer for a long time but I have had enough of being ripped off and standing no chance of winning my money back.

I have had a shocking experience with bet365 . I joined a few years ago then I could not log into my account yesterday . I contacted customer service and was told my account is closed due to a trading decision and I am no longer allowed to bet with bet365 . I’ve been a loyal customer for many years . I’ve also had many issues in the last few months , bets dissapearing from my bets , cash out freezing , bets not settled properly . And just get told by the customer service read the terms and conditions . It’s not been a good experience with this betting company

They offer bet credits to join, but you can't ever withdraw this for any money, therefore, what's the point on having them???

My god after so long I decided to check the reviews again. Seems bet365 hasn’t learned.

I have a group of friends finally pandemic is more free time socializing and I met my friend at the bar which he had some friends there

I’m still huge on sports but only bet proline cause of what bet365 did to me in the past.

So we were talking about betting and they were talking about bet365 bowlshit and all the issues that come with it.

I’m not gonna explain what bet365 did to me again cause it brings back the worst memories and reading there reviews make me proud cause they truly deserve all these negative comments and I heard there legalizing sports betting in Canada so bet365 should lose lots of customers

I can’t wait till they lose millions of customers. Bet365 deserves to be bankrupt and May god bring justice for there injustice.

Before I left bet365 for good I was with them for like almost 20 years and never cashed out once nor won once

I can go in to details but I’m actually sick and tired of hearing myself say it. Just know every part of there site is fraud.

There customer service is a joke but even worse there management and supervisors are an embarrassment

I've been betting on this app for the past 2 months.

I've made over 30k. Was banned (restricted) for NO REASON

I contacted them to inquire why they restricted me. I was told "You are not a profitable client"

I guess that means they only accept people who lose and anyone who wins will get kicked out.

Which means you have ZERO chance.

Screw this app and I hope more people will continue to expose this company for it's fraudulent treatment of its users.

If you win, you will never be able to withdraw your money, they design it to make it impossible to withdraw it. I have winnings sitting in there for over a year.

@Kevin – As you made an £10 each-way bet (£5 to win/£5 to place) you would've only got paid out on the place part hence the £14 I presume (it looks as though the £56 was the total return if you selection actual won the event rather than placed).

Hi, just wanted to vent. I placed a bet on the tour de france 2021 at the start of the tour for carapaz to place. The returns would be £ 56 on my each way bet of £5 ( £10 total). This return showed all the time until it was time to pay out. The returns suddenly dropped to £14….. i contacted the chat and was advised the returns were correct. Feels like a scam to me.

Absolute worst. They closed my account abruptly and refused to let me withdraw by my normal withdrawal method. So much for trusted betting site. Awful experience. Rather go for something like pinnacle.

Well bet365 is of no doubt one of the best betting companies in the world with hundred percent transparency. I have covered a good amount of winning with my bet365 gaming portfolio, but all this was not achieved by my own doings, it was achieved with the help of a tipster who found on Instagram by name PETER_BUGY also who I believe have access to fixed matches,I have record a good huge amount with his winnings on my bet365. I have been on this site for 8 years not once have I had a problem as long as your credentials are complete and correct it has the best security to protect your identity and they do the same thing for there own security and there is a phone number you can call if you do have a problem like for instance if you happen to get a new bank card number you have to speak to someone to update your bank info before you can withdraw this happened to me and took 5 minutes to fix. Great odds for sports betting, but they will take away the cash out that they offer if it's in their best interest. One step away from highway robbery. Their customer service if you call is absoloutely excellent. Their automated customer service is just an outsourced department that copy and pastes their terms and conditions whenever you raise questions.

Overall it's a great site for sports betting and would be a 4.5-5 star if there wasn't so much lying and changing of what their site offers from day to day while you're betting.

After the day i registered i've placed 30 euro on my account. I've placed 5 bets and withdraw 63 euros.
1 hour after the withdraw i have tried to login and it says your account has been closed. Monkey company stay away !!!!! They didnt even tell my why they've banned me

Contacted them in the live chat and they acknowledge the system error but couldn't help at all. Then requested to speak to someone of a higher authority. Even that person only said "We are sorry, we apologize…..but nothing can be done." What the hell is this. Bet365 should be a website with Live stream on the bets. If there was an error with the system, and they acknowledge the problem, then they should be accountable for it. If there was -20 stars, i would have given them that. Bet365 dont even worth zero stars.

I wanted to experience online football betting and opened an account with bet365 and deposited £400 with an offer to match £100.
Firstly, Winning or loosing on penalties is NOT considered a win or loose and I lost out to nearly £600 in winnings
Secondly, They never gave the £100 joining credits as promised

I am much more confident in high street betting shops than online betting after this experience.

I would say stay away from this company as they didn't keep up with their promises. I have full documented evidence of every step so TrustPilot don't remove this review if they send you a legal notice. I can share screenshots of all my interactions with them.

Bet365 is very Reliable!
Bet365 is very reliable and I have made several wins with them, each time I win, am always being paid out so fast, within the past 2 weeks, I have won over 250,000 dollars and I have been paid out efficiently, all thanks to a guy I met on Instagram with username ALEXDURKI_ who gives me this real betting tips on the agreement that I pay him after win! This is the least user friendly and transparent app I have ever used.

They don’t tell you the ins and outs of their bets, and then they don’t pay out.

I bet on Italy winning over England in the Euros on ‘Overall results’ and they wouldn’t pay out, saying ‘penalties don’t count as overall results’. Common sense says otherwise, since you don’t give a description for your bets.

Either way, I’ll never spend money with them again – and you shouldn’t either, they will just cheat any way they can to keep your money.

Misleading bets you bet for someone to win a game and if the game is won on won on penaltys you don't get anything. Cheap way to get out if paying bets

Great user friendly app. Used for years. Treat you well unless you start really winning. It’s not a straight up fair bet with these guys. They are judge and jury on any disputes.
Feel cheated and customer service is terrible. Off the bet fair I think as the name sounds appealing

If you win, they restrict and ban you. They only want losing accounts. They have an algorithm that denotes all accounts as a keep or bin. It's not a fair playing field by doing this as gambling in itself is a risk and nothing is a given. But jez, what an absolute joke of a company.

I placed some bet for euro 2020. It closed my account straight after without any notice. I only found out when tried to login on it and the stupid system keep telling me the details aren't. i went to their customer service, then they told my account has been closed because the trade team is no longer willing to accept my business. This is so interesting. They said they don't want my business, they took my money and closed my account, and that's what they said they don't want my money. THIS RUBBISH COMPANY IS A "FABULOUS" FRAUD.

Just closed my account with BET 365 on severl occasions they have taken back money from my account due to their errors. Today was the last straw they paid me on a race which had 4places then decided to change to 3 places no explanation and take back the money from my account .If i were you stay away from this site and fine somebody else who wont change the rules on the day

Yes it has been infuriating lately with the so called system errors leaving everyone without a cashout option or even the ability to see their bets, but things seem to be back up and running again so hopefully was just a temporary blip.
Overall I can't fault bet365, can't recall a negative experience I've had with them. The free bets they have given for England games (and the Italy v Spain game) during the euros is a fantastic gesture, all without having to spend a penny. No other sites have had similar offers that I'm aware of.
I love the vast array of markets on offer on football games- free kicks, throw ins, team offsides etc, that many other bookmakers do not feature. However, it would be nice to see them expand the player shot on target market to feature players other than just the strikers, and also perhaps to be able to choose a player to score a header, have headed shots on target etc.
The only other sport I bet on regularly is horse racing, and 365 always have best odds guaranteed on virtually every single race, and the each way extra feature is fantastic, paying up to 10 places on bigger races.
Bet365 are the biggest and best around in my opinion, despite the odd technical problem, and will always be my go site for sports betting.
