I made a bit on England to win 2-1 extra the game finished on 2-1 England won at extra time £20 bit I put on for a return of £580. Am not getting my pay out due to an own goal lol is acceptable for the game to won with and own but not acceptable to pay out I think that in wrong a goal is a goal. I should get my money.

I tried to withdraw my winnings after a ticket and they blocked my ticket so I couldn't withdraw the money, they always blocked my ticket as I was trying to withdraw. Then they took the ticket out of my bets and put it in the history so I couldn't withdraw I talked to them and they said it was a software error and notI can do nothing and they can't give me the money. That's what they did with the Euro 2020 Championship and took out the winning tickets saying that they have problems with the software … that's what they always did … they became frivolous and started lying ..

Absolute disgrace bet 365 are, had England to win 2-1 in the end result and apparently England were ment to score 2 again and Denmark were ment to score 1 more. Absolute shambles I have been done over once again from 365, had my final straw with them honestly give up there reviewing it but it always works in there favour. They are full of excuses & let’s face it us ordinary people can’t ever win against them. So Yeah! Bet 365 are awful anyone thinking of going to them don’t even bother! Stole my money!!
Put in bet that England vs Denmark would be 2-1. I selected the "Score Correct", therefore I was not predicting when these goals were being scored but the final results of the entire match. The results came true but Bet365 marked the bet as lost stating all goals had to be in the 90mins of the game and refused to payout.

Don't use them whatever you do, they make up the rules as they go.

Worst platform to ever exist.
Cash Out is non existent, the company take absolutely no responsibility for any form of this being unavailable even when it’s technical problems that prevent for days in end!!! Always a lag in E-Sports, place a bet and BAM 1 second later a goal is scored and the bet is lost, again the company take no responsibility for this.. Live Chat are useless and never help, just defend the company on reasons you can’t have any money back. Platform is shocking & GUI is dated. Never offer monetary rewards or incentives. No wonder Denise Coates took a £421m pay last year. How that lady sleeps at night knowing her abysmal company is stealing customers money against Gambling Comm standards is beyond me. She should be ashamed of herself.

I do not understand why you do not have a 0 star out of 5…. (this is for you trustpilot). So bet 365. They have to many "technical issues" …. special during the E. Finals. Im the same as many, I had maguire score anytime 2-0 so naturally my bet was up n so I went to cash out, boom gone, lost bet, hiding behind technical issues, if a massive company like them, really has technical issues, it would have been looked at and sorted within a couple of hours, if it was genuine, but it's been happening all this tournament, let's see if they publish the technical issues they had, I doubt it,. N I could be wrong but my gut feeling is, when this tournament is finished if by magic, the cash out issues will have gone. Its all about the money they knew they could loose on cash out bets 100%

Been with 365 for several years, always preferred the site to most others, but has cost me loads due to no cash out last 2weeks, last nights semi was last straw for me, had several Accas and a good win bet on Italy wanted to cash out in 77th minute, not available. Joke of a site that advertises itself on cash out. I have withdrawn my balance and as soon as euro bets I still have running, which are strangely are available today for cash out are settled, I’m off !!!

Don’t trust them. They control your bets and that’s wrong. With cash out not working and them not being able to guarantee it as such it’s not worth the hassle anymore.

They promote cash out but yet can’t guarantee it’ll work. Really. I’ve named my wee lassie after bet365. Fanny.

I had a football bet running, 2 up and waiting for Italy tonight. Cash was available all day long and throughout the game. That was right up until Italy went 1 nil up. All of a sudden cash out is not there anymore, instead there's a message stating I have no bets of that kind. I'm absolutely disgusted with how these betting companies can just get away with doing this to punters. My bet wasn't for big money but that is not the point. The cash out option is supposed to give punters the option of making an informed decision about the sporting event they've bet on, these jokers just decide for you. The motto "when the fun stops, stop"
is a sick joke, Bet365 doesn't let the fun start. My account will be closed and I'll go back to using the high street betting shops. Punters who have experienced this kind of underhanded treatment, the numbers of which run into the many thousands, should start doing the same. They're all at it, what's more galling than anything, is that it's perfectly legal for them to do what they want. They rake in billions and billions and treat punters like crap. Tonight (6/7/2021) I put on the £10 freebet on saw it was done and when I went back on it to see if it was on there then I noticed the screen was blank. I messaged my partner to see if he had the same and it was,.but then he texted to say it was back on so when I went on my free bet had been removed so I won't be staying on the bet365 for much longer not happy tonight. Its happend twice now. Not happy tonight.

I agree that the Bet out facility not being available recently has been frustrating but most times the bet out payment is set at a level that suits Bet365 rather than the punter so its just as much an issue for Bet365 than for punters.I have gave Bet365 five stars because I usually just put on fun bets of £2.50 on a game and usually on 50/50 bets like over 2.5 goals or shots on target. I logged on to put my £2.50 bet on the Italy Spain match and have been offered a £10 free bet which i have gratefully taken advantage of (Italy to win with both teams to score @ 5/1). As much as I like a good grumble I can't really complain about Bet365 on this occasion.

Along with everybody else on here, stay way from bet365. Looks like they have gone rogue. Not sure how they can get away with pretending cashout not working. Seems to get disabled when you have a bet thats winning. No cashout and can't see bets. Happened to me on the last Italy game. Had a wedge on but couldn't cash out when ahead then Switzerland equalised and I lost my money. Scamming people. Social media alive with complaints. Seems to be happening in all sports now when you try and cashout a winning bet. Cost me a few K. Been with 356 for years with no problems. No customer service. You get an auto email which basically says tuff…This is a new way for them to make even more money I reckon..stay away

Selective bonus promotion makes no sense. I bet £100 on an accumulator but still wasn’t “selected” to receive a free £10 bet on the Euros Spain vs Italy game. Cash out option has been out of service for 3 days now, just get the same cut and paste response and don't expect to get anything back, its just tough luck. Shocking. Stay away from them. Happy to let you place a bet then make cash out option disappear. I had five winning bets at the weekend which I would have cashed out as wasn’t confident on last bet we talking almost 700 pound in bets which the cash out option would have been a lot of money. I tried to talk to customer service to ask how much cash out was and they just mugged me off from a copy and paste reply. will not be using theses again. Like everyone else – it’s ok to place bets, the site works fine however the ‘My bets cash out function’ has been disabled

Went on a chat with one of the gaming staff online and all I got was “we are working really hard to resolve the issue, the cash out will appear at the bottom of my bet when is reappear”. Zero timescales given when prompted about it.

Have probably missed out on £1000 of winnings so far. Personally I think it’s because of the euro’s and Wimbledon. Pretty sure it will be back up and running by this coming Monday when both competitions conclude.

Bloody unbelievable about the cashout option I now lost soo much in potential cashouts that it's not funny. This website should be shut down they made excuse that there is a technical issue but I know this has happened alot. You telling me with all the money they have they cant hire a proper tech team to fix this error. Using bet 365 Australia and like you all the cash out was unavailable this weekend. Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. They said they are having technical issues and it’s our bad luck . They are a scam and closed my account down and moved on to another agency . All the best fellow punters

Removing the cashout option is a breach of contract..simple…of course it's a gambling company with Denise Coats as head of a deceptive fraudulent company. Will refer to gambling commission, and DTI.. These fraudsters are not content with having a 66% advantage, so sneakily change settings. And pretend it's a software problem. Boycott bet365.

They don't want people to win. Countries should stop them from operating, Their license should be revoked because they are taking people's hard earn money inappropriate way. They have disabled their cashout function throughout the weekend so that people can't be able to cashout.

If you eventually go plus they will look for a way to steal your money. Few months ago, I had luck in winning few bets and they went to my account and took some of my money without any reasonable reason.

I spoke with one of their customer care help through a chart and he said that I took cashout with wrong odd, Joke of a century. I made a bet of two football games, Both over two goals and one went in and the other was about to go in as i played over 2 goals and i took cashout when they second game was playing 1-0 so how the hell did i took cashout with the wrong odd.

I was suppose to win 400 and something euro and i took cashout at about 300 and something euro, mind you I needed only 2 goals to win all the games but decided to take cashout. They went and took my money and left only my stake.

They don't want you to win. Swedish Government should look into their operational activities and ban them from operating if they are operating accordingly.

Do not bet here. They don't want you to win.

the website accepts bets and works well before a big euro 2020 match .. however when each game actually starts all the cashing out and withdrawal options get turned off !
you can still keep betting however ..it seems that section never gets turned off ..
