Shocking customer service complete and utter waste of time trying to speak to someone about the issues with there app complete day light robbery I’d say taking well earned money with no excuse for the problem and there not even going to credit you with nothing back if anyone was thinking of joining these cowboys I’d think again #ROBBERS

The app has been awful for such a long time, crashes when you log in, logs you out and can’t select buttons a lot of the time. Now on time of this they have taken away the cash outs so during the game you can no longer take the money at that time. Along with that you can’t see bets placed a lot of the time. Will be changing companies as a result of this. Shouldn’t be able to scam people out of their money.

Bet365 betting slip and cash out issues just when the euros start, speak to live chat and what do you get, a half hearted apology and no offer of any refunds or anything!! Try to escalate to their Complaints department and get an email from a supervisor stating exactly what the agent had already said!!!!! Surely a big company like bet365 must have a complaints team??? Shocking treatment limiting customers ability to cash out on live bets or even see their betting slips!!!! Do the right thing bet365 and compensate your customers for your mistakes!!!!

Cashout issue dragging for many days and during a main event like the Euro. Worse …. you realise you cannot cash out after placing the bet. No warning or anything. I've been betting with Bet365 for over 10 years and been going backwards for the past 2 years. Other than an easy interface to switch from video to another, they became a total joke. They ask us players to act responsibly, whereas they are grossly irresponsible themselves. SHAME ON THEM!!

Please avoid these scammers at all costs. Removed the cash out option in the Euros without informing anyone placing a bet. People trying to cash out were met with a blank screen. No explanation at all. Must have made an absolute fortune on these days😡

Quite willing to take all your money off you but when you win something they put restrictions in place. Cashed out £1200 yesterday after my first 3 horses won and today the “cash out” facility has been removed from my account. The new App is an absolute joke as well. I’m off to Paddy Power.

I totally AGREE with all these reviews somehow coincidently they have had technical errors for 2 days now right when the euros start! So when I placed my bets each day I could not see them or decide what I want to do. I feel duped! It may mean nothing to the owner! Coates but customer who play fair should get! there original bets back! Where does it say as I cannot see if there is technical issue we will NOT pay out! they have been appalling in the customer service/communication. I waited 1 he on one chat and the other I was dropped off! Still waiting for a call out of decency from a manager not heard yet! This should be challenged by All who have had this issue. Have they no morals or principles??? It’s fine following there rules but they seem to have pulled a fast one on customers abs blamed IT. I have an accurate bet that states England to win, Harry Kane to score, under 13.5 free kicks for both teams combined as well as throw ins at under 22.5. Yet my bet has not come through. My other bet for Harry Kane to score 2x goals has vanished. Cash out feature disabled for some reason?

This is an absolute terrible site, most of yesterday couldn't even get into the site. I had my first 5 games right and no fing cash out. I really thought I was the only one having trouble this bet website. I've been unable to see most of my bets through the Euros. Actually have a decent bet on at the moment with all teams to score that were in the quarter finals, can't see Ukraine scoring but at least there would've been a decent cash out when England scored but now showing not even a bet active!! Absolute joke!!!

During the euros and want to cash you bet out and they just block you and remove all your bets from Veiw then once the games is over everything is miraculously all back and running. And this isn’t just a technical issue it’s every single game Thieves !!!!

DISGRACEFUL! For all the quarter final Euro games they have taken my bets and every time about 15 mins before the game they say they have technical difficulties and I can’t view my bets OR CASH OUT AS THEY PROMISED!
Straight after the game is finished they are always over their ‘technical difficulties’ and my bets are visible again. 😅😅

app doesn't work properly. whenever there's an opportunity to cash out a bet, they disable it so they don't have to pay out. then as soon as the "risk" has finished they switch it back on, by which time you've lost. any attempt to ask what's happening is met by a standard copy/paste reply saying they're working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience. this isn't a recent thing, this has been happening since the europa league finals. we're talking about 6 months plus and it happens several times a day, every single day. it is most definitely NOT a technical fault.

I wish I could give them no star, I lodge a complaint today I placed a bet from 8pm I had cash offer when I tried to cash out MY BETS disappeared giving a technical issue message.

A friend of mine had the same bet on paddy power score 2-1 they gave him cash out £499.00 and I expect the same amount from you due to technical errors and not being able to chat with you.

If you do not match paddy power £499.00 I will take this to GAMBLING COMMISSION, I hope it doesn’t come to that.

I have all the screen shots where your showing technical issues.

Like others said, they blame it on site problem IF you can get live chat but seems to be other, sketchy things going on recently… Used to be great, awful service and way to great customers.

Think it's best to use a different betting company from now on. Nothing but issues throughout the Euros. Not showing cash outs/ your bets throughout games. Just a purescam that nobody wants to deal with. All these complaints can't be a coincidence.

Logged in that was fine but my bets symbol wasn't there plus cash out wasn't either so looked on the history to find sum of my £5 Bets where missing I had them all to both 2 score which tonight games did so and got tomorrow's matches to do the same but not in my history but I did take photos last night of all my bets so got them saved but don't know what to do about it any1 else had any problems like this

Had a bet builder for Spain v Switzerland and Belgium v Italy, the bet for the Spain game had come in and the Belgium game was waiting on 1 corner, no cash out the whole time and waited for over an hour in the queue for the chat for it to then say it’s unavailable. Lost the bet in the end due to there incompetence. Taking money off people when there betting site doesn’t even work!!

Brutal support. App said "quick deposit failed" 3 times which it didn't and my bank charged me extra fees because of this, not to mention all the other cash out issues during the Euros.
Contacted support and after 2 hours and being asked to send screenshots ( which i had ), I was then told I was correct however they wouldn't offer any "Goodwill" for this. Literally what do you have to do then to get one?

Thieves at best, placed a bet on Switzerland vs Spain wanted to cash out in game however due to bet365 technical difficulties I was unable to do this. Waiting in line on chat I was 267th in the que, the wait was almost an hour and then to be told TOUGH appreciate this was not your fault but would not reimburse my stake or even offer a goodwill gesture.
