0stars. Today again their system crashes couldn’t cash out. Cost me a lot of money. Shameful, customer service ridiculous. It’s common theft.
But amazingly you can always deposit money. Don’t bother with them, rob dogs.

If you are going to use this website for Live betting. Forget about it!! Once you place your bets it happens quite often frankly that you cant do cash outs. It says "Sorry this service is temporarily unavailable" i understand if it happens for couple of minutes, but when it happens it does long probably for hours ruining your chances to check your bets and the option of cashing them out. Sky bet is by far the best betting site. AVOID BET 365

By far the worst site I’ve ever used they are no more than common thieves, they stop you receiving bonuses every couple of weeks blaming responsible gambling although the never asked for proof of funds or anything else, this happened 7 times in 4 months the cash out is also a scam every time a bet is doing well with a good cash out opportunity the cash out is unavailable I’m amazed the gambling commission allow these cheats to operate I have now filed a complaint, do not use this site under any circumstances they are so anti customer and the customer service is abysmal stay away

Customer service is awful, was basically accused of being a lying when querying a cashed out bet that had been removed from my account then posted as a lost bet even though it had already been cashed out. Online chat was rude and unhelpful.
Asked to close my account and was met with condescending questions will never use bet365 ever again!!! All over £13.21

Honestly if I could give this site zero stars I would, I bet on a team winning and after they did it still says I lost, I contacted them and they told me that they had made there own definition of that the end of the game means, basically tricking people to bet on thinking they’re winning, honestly it’s a joke of a site and I will never be using it again, hopefully it gets shut down soon.

This is probably the WORST of the WORST casinos. So I deposited some money, placed a bet, and then from nowhere they just returned my money and my bet did not exist anymore? So I got mad and was going to withdraw the money again. Problem 2. There was only bank transfer for some dumb reason. I placed a bet on Czech republic to win against Netherlands but the system changed my bet to DRAW ??? How the hell is this legal! I placed a bet on my team wining and I am sure of that ! They literally stole my money. I’ve been asked to verify my account and an envelop was supposed to arrive to my place, however I never got it. Theyi refuse to show any tracking information, the envelop never arrived, and my money was kept away from me. A genuine scam.

Dreadful company. Been playing casino and games for a while, I’ve had a few wins but all of a sudden it’s like they have flicked a switch and stopped any wins. I’ve also noticed that if you are about to get a win, it glitches and throws you out. That is not fair, if it’s your time to win, then you should. I pressed cashout and then pressed confirm it was processing it then stopped and offered a lower cashout I did the same again and it did the same again so turned it of bet lost but as I cashed out and confirmed it should pay out I'm emailing them but no luck so far this kind of thing has been happening a lot to me lately

During the euro 2021 football Bet365 are having a software nightmare…. Absolute rubbish…. England v Scotland could not access my bet information, could not cash out at anytime. Same for Portugal v Germany. Places one bet … it placed the same bet 3 times…. Couldn’t alter the bets, could not cash out when I wanted to and can you contact them….. not a chance…… when I did the game was over….. did I get any sympathy or help…. Not a chance …… have to look up another betting option that is reliable

I had a multi bet with Bet365 and was about to cash out. And all of a sudden I was locked out of the “My Bets” section of the app. With a message saying “Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable” therefore preventing me from cashing out my bets early. And so conveniently when the match ended, the @my bets” option was available. But unfortunately one of the games had lost so I was unable to cash out in time as planned. And lost all my money. I contacted Bet365 and all they said was, “yes we know of the technical malfunction, but we won’t be refunding you your money” . They’re essentially saying that anytime anyone has a substantial bet, they can can have a “technical issue” and block you from withdrawing your money until it’s too late. Absolutely illegal and unethical. Avoid Bet365 at all costs.

Shocking. Ten minutes before the game was finished I had a decent cash out was only waiting on a corner to win the bet but thought I'd cash in anyway as I went to do it the bet dissappeard completely and then I couldn't access it again as if I never had a bet. I complained to them an the girl said it was a technical fault an that the bet would settle when the game was finished. Avoid them.

Appalling! The cashout facility takes ages to update and then won't allow you to cashout and twice now, my bets have just disappeared mid game, 'due to a technical issue'!

I had under 25.5 free kicks in the belgium v Denmark games and there was only 22 in total, yet they classed it as a loss. I got in touch with them and they said there was actually (home)18-9 (away).. I told them every other sport app said there was 22in total and that another bet I had, had under 26.5, so they should void that aswel. They didn't have an answer and only offered an apology and said they would give me my stake back… Complete scammers and happy to take your money, yet won't correct their mistakes.

Like a lot of other reviews I would give it zero stars. Twice in the last few weeks the "my bets" option has disappeared meaning I am unable to cash out. On both occasions it was part way through an accumulator that it looked like I would win. I have never known this to disappear when one of my bets is looking like losing. Judging by the amount of people ahead of me in the live chat queue I am guessing I am not the only one.

Bet365 was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $11000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

Disgusting betting company. Gave a free bet in the morning which i used on a ITV race. Later in the day I won a £50 ITV offer on another race and went to place my next £50 bet on the next ITV race (like i had to under the terms) only to find this next ITV race was also the race my free bet I placed earlier was on. Anyway as expected I lose my second bet (which should be refunded on the ITV race) expecting the promised £50 refund only to find they refunded me the £5 from my free bet instead!! Even though that bet was placed this morning before i even won the refund and also no Bookie ever refunds stakes on free bets, they used this as a simple oportunity to avoid redunding my £50 – Utterly shamless money grabbers bending rules to there own desire – steer well clear

Absolute shambles and should be ashamed of how they treat customers, I put two bets on yesterday and on both bets no cash out was available, I spoke to customer services and asked would there be any compensation for this and the answer I got was no, cash out was correctly unavailable, this is awful customer service and considering the amount of money I’ve bet with them and there not willing to do anything is a joke!

Quick enough to take the money when something goes wrong but not willing to compensate in any way shape or form!
