Honestly bet365 has offered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Out of all the betting sites I could have gone with I’m so annoyed with myself that I made an account here! Account was blocked with messages saying under review when I needed to access my account. Customer service unhelpful with generic unhelpful messages. Avoid this company and don't invest. When the time comes to release your money you won't be able to. I was not able to access my account 6 weeks after relentless trying. It was after I involved Mrs(vanessajace 0 ât Ģ máî!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money. Couldn't be more thankful.

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I wouldn't even give bet 365 a 1 star rating. At first I had an account & they kept telling me to verify myself. For about 4 weeks they let me deposit money & bet but wouldn't let me withdraw. They let me bet and was taking my money even though they hadn't verified me. Now they have stopped my account. I have money in the account that is my money but apparently they won't let me withdraw it until my account is fully verified. I used a bank statement and they still had a problem with it. So generally they have stolen my money from me because they say they can't send it back to me unless I verify myself fully. I wouldn't even bother with this bet app more hassle than it's worth plus they're thief's. I prefer to use the app BETFAIR

Coming to markets and odds, Bet365 is in the top 10 for sure. It also makes it a great sportsbook the fact that is safe and secure and has quick withdrawals.
However, the website can be a bit messy when scrolling down, and you can get lost with all the info. Also, I've only had a one-time experience with customer support, and it wasn't great – even though they were friendly, they were slow to reply.

Looking at the reviews made me realized that , I have mad a mistake and signup with them . They suspended my account after winning 25 thousand US DOLLARS . It’s been over days and my account is still suspended. I have provided them with all the documents and even reported to NJ GAMING COMISSION . no position feedback as of yet and the customer service department of BET365 is terrible. Generally good UX and odds amongst the best . Also have some great Offers from time to time mostly on football like the £50 In Play Offer . WhichBookie rate highly and it works well on mobile with or without the App but i think the App is better.

It's a complete scam. I was playing here since more than 8 months. Recently i placed 2 withdrawls, one was dated 24/11/2020 and another 15/12/2020. Even after 1 month the withdrawl amount dated 24/11 was not credited into my account. Inspite of contacting customer service a no. of times they do not give any satisfactory reply. Lastly yesterday (27/12/2020) they did something unexpected and decided to give bet credits worth inr 4000 in my bet 365 acc. This was so frustrating.
Regarding withdrawl dated 15/12/2020 its now more than 10 days and still i haven't received it. Upon contacting customer service again they said they'll put a trace regarding this but i know what they'll say at the end.

Guys plz never invest here. You won't be able to withdraw your money from BET365.

This website supposedly has a max payout of £2 million. I tried to place a quadruple football bet Premier league, Europa league, FA Cup and League cup advertised at 2500-1. I try to put £10 on this and they accept 10p and refer £9.90 then refuse to accept the bet saying it is at their discretion and quite a rule from T&C’s Ridiculous it is well within their win limit they advertise the odds 2500-1 but essentially say you can only bet 10p it’s a con. Don’t bother if you want to place a bet with decent return but really 2500 – 1 🤣

Scam 100% they are a thief. Once you win money, they will say ur account is Under review with restriction. When U call the customer service they will ask the team leader to reach U,indeed never calls again. Treating us like criminal, all I want is just my 960dollars. Honestly for someone who’s been an avid gambler for over 14 years..this site is by far the worst out there! Their slots are awful (RTP means nothing) their football is a joke the cash out is there for them and them only (so they can save money) 9/10 it doesn’t even work because they have some sort of mental breakdown and a game ends up suspended for 20 minutes and by then a winning bet can be seriously f*cked! I opened an account 3 weeks ago and had a small win $670
2 weeks ago and still have not received my funds. After numerous emails and phone calls I'm getting generic responses and no answers. The funds are not visible in my betting account either who has my money.
