Bet365… I will keep it short and to the point.

1. Real time betting is same as every other site for the key games like football. But lousy for others like basketball and American football. Inputting the wrong time left! Constantly.
2. Once you start betting heavy and winning they will close your account, without a review or reason why.

Honestly I've completely lost faith in the jurisdiction of these gambling sites. They're allowed to cleverly mislead you and they just get away with it. bet365 have an offer saying if you spend £50 you'll get 50 free spins wager free. Well they're not wager free if you have to spend £50 to get them! Another thing that's sneaky about this offer is they don't mention the value of the spins. They're literally the lowest value possible for any slot on the whole website – 10p! They're supposed to state any significant terms and conditions and if I go though the hassle of reporting them to the ASA they'll probably get told this but I'm not wasting my time. If they're not trying to mislead then why aren't they transparent and simply say 'wager £50 and receive 50 free spins at 10p'? Is it because a lot will probably think this offer isn't worth spending £50 for? Probably!

Avoid at all costs. I signed up as their offer matched your deposit, to only find you have to jump through 5/6 hoops and send loads and loads of documents for them to approve it, after I sent all this info and jumped through their hoops, they still didn’t give me my money because it was out of the seven day window.
Don’t be conned by them. Worse betting company ever!!!!

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. They let you loose heavy stakes
When you win they put a cap on your stakes and they don’t give you any of the facilities that they advertise like best odds.
I was placing bets on horses regularly stakes of £500 plus lost about £10k in few weeks suddenly had a lucky streak won £3k they restricted my stakes to £1 saying the traders had made the decision it was a business decision but if your bookmakers you’re there to take wins and losses they are just criminals with a license I will complain to my MP how they are coning people

Bet365 IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY – This is a genuine review – please take 5 mins to read it.

Having hardly spent any money this year, I decided to have one last hurrah of 2020 and 'treat' myself to a stint on Bet365 Games. I had been awarded 20 free spins, from which I won £87 and then headed for a favourite game that I had previously had 2 very nice wins from on other sites. The game is good and fairly exciting and I enjoy playing it. Using the Superbet feature, it has a RTP of 96.78% too, which means that over the course of 'x' number of games you get 96.78% of your money back. NB: I ALWAYS check the RTP on a game and I never play anything that is either:
1) Random or purely based on the luck of the draw – like some Casino games or Bingo.
2) Requires any skill – like Poker or Blackjack.
3) Requires any combination of the two – e.g. sports betting (where studying form meets dumb luck).

Now, with RTP, it might take a few spins or a few thousand spins to get to a point where you're leaving with either a nice win that gives you something above and beyond your stake back or at least the advertised 96.78% of it back. So, if I'm ever down £££ on a game, I am quite pragmatic about it and will just more or less play that game until my current budget runs out and then go back to it over the subsequent weeks or months until I get my RTP back. You win some, you lose some and I consider just over 3.22% – or even 4 or 5% – of my money being 'lost' as the price one pays for having some fun playing slots in the comfort of your own home.

So, I go straight to the aforementioned game on the Bet365 Games site. Playing the Superbet option also makes this game become a 'progressive game' where you complete progressive missions. I had been staking £5 a spin and had completed 2 out of 3 missions. The last – and best – remaining mission was still to come; the Free Spins Feature. Having played the game before I know that this feature pays a lot, sometimes a helluva lot depending on what the multiplier on the free spins is (randomly x2,5 or 10 of each spin's win) and also depending on how many further free spins you trigger. Also, it would 'complete' my missions and I would automatically get to select several 'moneybag' multipliers for an additional guaranteed 10-200 x my stake. All good! So, since completing the 2 missions I had staked a further 40 spins worth or so (£200). The final mission would be coming up soon and I'd call it a day once I'd spent what was in my account. With playing £5 a spin it's fairly easy to start racking up the deposits, as I always try to deposit only a about 40 spins worth of money on each deposit, so that I can decide whether I want to continue right now or whether I want to come back to it.

And then THIS happened!

Basically, I was suddenly kicked out of the site mid flow. I received an email telling me someone would be in touch or I could call an 0800 number. When nobody contacted me, I rang the number. What a thoroughly weird experience that was! They wouldn't tell me what it was regarding, but said that I needed to pass security and that I needed to speak to somebody in "that team". [What team? The woman who took my call wouldn't tell me – only that "That team are busy right now, so will call me back"].

When I did get a call back it was the most patronising, intrusive, horrendous woman (who sounded about 12), who has – as far as I'm concerned – attempted to shame me into just slipping away quietly whilst Bet365 suspend/close my account and make off with the money I have invested into that game. "Have you ever thought about taking a break from gambling? How does it make you feel?", she asked.
WTAF? No, I haven't really, cos overall on profit and loss +/- I'm up on the deal and I enjoy it. But thanks for making me feel like a filthy, dirty, abnormal pariah, when previously I had no such thoughts!

As if it's any of their business, I am financially solvent and my credit rating is excellent. I choose not to spend ridiculous amounts of money on shoes, handbags, make-up, cosmetic surgery, stupid extensions, lip fillers spray tans or nails. I don't drink or smoke. I don't waste money on car leasing or the latest phone contracts every month. I DO give money to charity every month. Oh…and I do gamble (filthy, dirty, shameful gambler, as I've now been made to feel by this horrible woman).

The idea that Bet365 is doing any of this for my benefit is laughable – or it would be if it wasn't so utterly immoral. Their FAUX CONCERN is a smokescreen for KEEPING CUSTOMERS' MONEY.

The horrendous woman called back today (it was supposed to be within 24hrs) to inform me that they've reviewed my account and won't be reinstating it. Hahaha.

I just reiterated what I told her in our initial conversation on Sunday. You either refund me all my game stake/deposits and close my account or you reinstate it so that I can play that game out and get my RTP money back.

Bet365 decided to finalize the payout for the 2020 us election even though there are open lawsuits in 6 states, and hundreds of thousands of votes still in question. In addition to this, the US constitution specially outlines there are no finalized results until the electors cast their votes on December 14th. Since Bet365 has decided to make up their own rules, and not go by the US Election laws. The key question is who won the most of legal votes at the time of election . That question has not yet been answer. Illegal vote is not a vote .And Bet 365 have not given a definition of what their phrase “at the time of the election” means. In any sense of this phrase though, the election is currently in progress. Votes are being found, counted and separated from illegal ballots. Im going to get organized legally and sue for my money. Paddy power, another betting site, made a similar mistake in the 2016 election and ended up paying out millions (google it). Had an email just off them threatening me that all because I ain't needed to use my account for 365 days plus I had been in a not so nice place they said they will take £2 fee off me each week / month.. I withrawed 400EUROS, my bank cancelled withdraw and send them back to bet365 account. Bet365 dont want to add that money to my account balance. I wrote to support, but all they can say is "wait, we didin't received the money". I am waiting 1month and nothink is happening.

Settled market in favour of Biden when other sites still have the market open. This is based on the sentence in their rules here:

"Settlement of all bets will be based on the total votes cast and counted at the time of the election, and not on any subsequent legal challenge."

Given that the US presidential election is determined by Electoral College votes, the phrase "total votes cast and counted at the time of the election" clearly refers to this. This has not happened yet.

These people giving BET365 negative reviews are either bad losers or they simply don’t understand gambling at all. BET365 are without doubt the best bookmaker in the market. They offer BOG on horse racing, extra places, loyalty bonuses and good daily promotions with their feature 4/1 races, not to mention their Grand National and football specials. They also take Lucky 15’s etc and pay double the odds on one winner.

Those harping on about Biden are mad. Until he is sworn in he isn’t president. You can still bet on him on the exchanges at 1-20.

By the way BET365 also have instant withdrawal up to £2000 assuming your bank has subscribed to it.

They are also generally best odds on Horse Racing.

Please tell me any bookmaker that does all that? Answer you won’t find one.
