If Trumps wins they will have no choice but to pay out. The clause they are claiming to have didn't exist at the time when betting was open. Even after BIDEN made 270 (fake votes that were never officially verified) they kept bets open. BUT just when it seems like Trump has a chance in court days after the election !!!! There is no customer service worth getting in touch with. I tried to phone,email,live chat. They held my funds for a week or more before i could access it. As soon as i could i took it out.
Sent another email telling them what i was doing. Guess what no reply apologising to say they were sorry.
They do not give a damn. Better off without them.

I have placed a bet for a significant amount for Donald Trump to win the US Presidential Election. I am very much disappointed to see that bet365 have settled the bet stating that they have gone with the total number of votes casted and that were counted at the time of election. Given that the result of the election is on hold due to the pending challenges and decision from the court, it is unfair to settle the bet based on assumptions and unreliable media reports.

This is very unprofessional way of handling the bets and to be fair, bet365 should hold until the official results are out or pay compensation for the unfair play.

My honest review:

I have played on many sites. I play bingo, this site is absolutely awful. You will NOT win. You need a spend £100s to win a tenner back at least. You will constantly lose whilst seeing the same names pop up every day, I’m glad I only played her for a few months. Il stick to my other bingo sites which yes you will lose but you will always win, not on Bet365 though you will constantly lose, slow playing games seem rigged. I’ve never experienced such loss in my years of playing. I’m not a bitter loser I’m just stating the facts and hoping I can save another person from falling for the trap of this site. It shouldn’t be legal. 99.9% reviews on here are negative. They ain’t lying and there’s a reason why they are all bad. You have been warned. If you want to carry on and play then do so but don’t expect anything back.

I made a bet for $100 for Donald Trump to WIN the US Presidential Election. I bet only $100, but it is my $100. When I went to see my bet, it was no longer there. So when I called Customer Service, they told me he didn't win the election???? What??? Today is November 12th and the election has not been decided. The Electoral College has not voted so why did they take my bet? What happens if Trump wins??? They said oh well, he had to win the most votes?? That is not what this bet entails. I would like to have my bet placed back into my account until the final decision has been made. The election has not been determined despite what the media outlets say.

This is insane that they took this bet away before a winner was officially determined. If this bet, which it does not say, was based on most votes, why would anyone bet as the Democrats predominantly win the most votes due to New York and California. The most votes does not determine the outcome of this election, but the electoral college does when they vote to officially name the winner.

I too am pissed, so if anyone is experiencing the same thing and wants to pursue legal action, please contact me. This isn't about the money, its about the principle!!!!!

They have settled my bet on Trump as lost before any official results. I called them and they said in their rule “ Settlement of all bets will be based on the total votes cast and counted at the time of the election, and not on any subsequent legal challenge “ . I totally don’t understand what happen with my bet if total votes they based on that need recount because mistakes or cheating vote ? When I bet , I just bet who will be winner of US presidential election. Doesn’t matter how , if Trump become next president then I expect to win the bet . There is no any sign show that I have to read the rule before I bet on politics.
Its similar like this : when you bet Tie on Team A vs Team B in Soccer game . There is only 1 goal in the game for either team but VAR checking denied that goal . Result 0-0 Then you expect you won the game because you bet on Tie . But they settled you lost because their rule not base on any decision from VAR goal checking . It sounds crazy ?
Go back to US presidential election bet . We didn’t expect that crazy rule . We still dont know who will win at the end . So they can’t settle all bets on Trump lost at this time . What happen if all votes they based on that all cheating and fraud vote or something wrong with counting scanner …and recount ….then Trump win ? They called the win as a BIDEN win BEFORE any offical result. They got their decision from the media instead of doing their own research. Best to go with Sportsbet in future as least they are waiting for the actual Supreme Court outcome instead of these bet365 FOOLS. In their rules which I bet they updated after hearing about the obvious fraud taken place, it says bets based on the time of election, which would be the election DAY, in that case we should have won because TRUMP WAS WINNING ON ELECTION DAY. A Trump win isn't likely but it's also not confirmed. I understand that the winner of an election can be different to who's inaugurated (see Bet365 Rules) but so far, there hasn't been a certified President Elect. As far as I can tell, they are deciding the winner in the court of public opinion. In their rules, they state that they use figures published by CNN. CNN has only forecast and not confirmed the result. The associated press does not declare winners of elections that will be – or are likely to be – subject to a mandatory recount. In instances where a recount is not required by law but a candidate requests one, the associated press will not call a race if a margin is 0.5 percentage or less. Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin & maybe Pennsylvania will be subject to a recount. Nothing as yet is confirmed or can certify a "winner of the election". If somebody can get things going, you can count me in with proceedings against these crooks.

This site is terrible for any kind of live chat it shouldn't even be operating really. Can't even get an answer for withdrawing money and instead of puting money back to my account it's asking for address of bank and all this other stuff, my mum opened my account when i was young and has since passed away so now it's inconvenient trying to track down all the information they want, not to mention have my questions even answered. Better not to play at this casino. I spent hundreds here and they make it so hard to withdraw that you give up waiting for their response.

On the fifth of march, I lost an immense entirety of funds to this company. I was sure the issue wasn't from my end since I had guaranteed setting my stop loss before I put the trade. However, when I woke up the next day, I found my trade had surpassed "Stop loss" and all my cash was no more.
Promptly, I kept in touch with the help group and they affirmed they couldn't take care of business. I was just karma to have taken the screen captures of every one of my exercises and I sent it to mr Hampton via kelvinwayney (at)aol com “as my report. They investigated the issue and after certain weeks I had the option to get all I had lost .

Horrific experience…I only really ever play roulette when I gamble,usually set a deposit limit of 30 pound a day,anyway,I signed up with bet365 for the first time to give them a go….wish I hadn't bothered,their roulette is rigged beyond a doubt…over a fortnight of 30 quid a day for zero fun,I understand roulette is HEAVILY in favour of the house…but this was taking the YOU KNOW WHAT… I'd littrally cover 75 percent of the wheel and I'd miss all my numbers…then when eventually it hit one…yep..it was the one with the least on it…2 weeks at 30 pound a day….I could afford to lose that 30 pound…all I ask for is a few decent spins for the 30 pound to last an hour or so….nah,it took the 30 pound within 10 minutes… seriously you'd have to see what it was doing,there is ABSOLUTELY no way the numbers were random…so it's back to ojo and 21 for my roulette,at least they are random spins because invariably £30 lasts me a few hours on their tables….
Still my fault for trying bet365 out,had my fingers burned….this is just a friendly heads up….stay away from there roulette….WISH I HAD.
