Avoid using the site! Worst company for customer service, you get ignored and the staff purposely are unhelpful. Restricted my account after giving feedback on a game. Poor customer service and the games are fixed. Customers do not matter to them and have no managers who understand the mea6of customer service, said they called me to sort out issues they never did and when I called the call lasted 25 minutes with useless woman putting me on hold for most the call not resolving anything. Would give them no stars if I could.

Absolutely brutal business to deal with. My account was fraudulently used and I was taken for Thousands of dollars during the Covid Crisis. Bet365 refuses to even discuss with me the details surrounding the fraudulent activity. So disheartening to deal with a company that couldn’t care less about their customers. Zero compassion for me as my account was hacked. Please do yourself a favour and look to one of the other Gambling businesses to deal with as this company treats you like less than account number. Terrible to think there’s businesses like this out there.

Almost impossible to believe the online games are honest.

On blackjack have witnessed dealer hit blackjack SIX times consecutively and got 20+ hands hitting on 15+ but not going bust one. Whereas hitting on 12 as the player has (I'd estimate) a 90% chance of hitting 10.

Restricted my account then stated they had called me , they didn’t , withheld
My funds until they stated I had spoken to them! No supervisors available so couldn’t release these funds. Awful experience I suggest to go seek a company that puts the customer first !

I’ve stupidly spent £300 on a slot game called diamond mine, I’ve played this game a lot on other sites. I must say the game plays a lot better on other sites. They say when the fun stops, stop! 365 is pretty decent overall. Good odds, decent limits (if ur not a winning bettor) and wide coverage. However their practices can be quite scummy from time to time, talking about voiding, fixing odds and pain in the ass customer liveservice. Deposits / withdrawals are fine and verification as well – Decent.

I made a withdrawal by bank wire 16 days ago according to bet365 the bank details had an incorrect digit in account number (I have used this account to deposit funds) worst customer service ever robots reading from a script the last 13 days all I've had out of live chat and customer service is (we appreciate your frustration we will email you when funds are returned back to bet365) I have never had any problems with any other casino sites with banking or withdrawals I've only got bet365 word that my details were wrong stay well clear from this site if you expect any kind of customer service they couldn't give a toss. I had to contact Resolver.com to act as a third party to receive an email to acknowledge there was a problem

They are basically robbing C#*TS they have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They say all there games are regulated, which is a load of rubbish, there is no loyalty in anyway, and if you complain they just put blocks on your account.
Why the gaming commission allows all this I don’t know. There are much better sites to play at, avoid Bet356 at all costs.

These guys are scum, the whole gambling industry is. I don't understand why these people are allowed to get away with business practices that would not be put up with anywhere else.

My account was temporarily restricted and then, upon presenting proof of my source of funding (I'm not even sure why they were asking for it at the time), I was questioned further and then indefinitely locked out of said account.

If you wanna place £50 on someone to win the game or the race, simple stuff like that, you'll be fine, I'd had that account with them for 10 years or so with no trouble. But get yourself a system and start using the place to actually make some money and you'll be kicked off within days.

It's about time the gambling industry was properly governed by unbiased, 3rd parties. Having had extensive experience with the poker side of it and now some proper experience with betting I know for certain that they are a law unto themselves, they can do what they want and they get away with it. The house really does always win, even when you win!

I had been with this site for years.
The casino/games are absolutely awful, spent thousands over the years, most I've cashed out is about 80.
The bonuses have always been shocking, I've deposited 400 in one week before and only received a £5 bonus, my sister deposited £5 and received 10.
The bonuses happen once in a blue moon aswell.
But the reason I've closed my account is because I've been 5 months without having any bonus at all, I went on live chat to see why and the customer advisor was awful, she was rude, blunt and very slow at responding.
I asked why I wasnt receiving bonuses anymore and she said because I closed the gaming section of my account I am no longer eligible for loyalty bonuses… this is after I've deposited around £50 every day for the past 5 months.
They also took it upon themselves to limit my account.
All because I wasnt enjoying their gaming section and closed it.

I then asked her to send me the transcript of the chat as I thought her service was appaling, she said I needed to close chat. I've done that, waited, and she still hasnt sent me it.

When you lose money then they pamper you. When you start winning more often, then they will use all kinds of excuses to limit your account and finally close your account. Even MGA and GC do not provide you with help if you are from certain juridictions. I really hope bet365 has its license suspended.
