Great sport betting online is dire and embarrassingly one sided.i reckon 70% of first hands the house always starts with blackjack and barely gets any better from you.they say house has a small percentage “ edge” I guess small must be around 70-80% as you basically know when sitting on 20 that even if taking 6 cards they will turn 21! Let’s the firm down hugely and with around 80% voting it as awful surely 8 out of 10 people can’t be wrong!

I’m working on theory that there is no one that looks or even cares bout the online sites, you can’t get a much more resounding “ it stinks” than 78% saying how bad it is! It’s a shame as I have nothing but good things to say about sports betting site but the online games, my particular gripe is blackjack, feels like it’s verging in robbery! No matter what you turn they will beat you it’s laughable but in a bad way! Would be nice just occasionally to feel you might at least have a slim chance of winning few hands!

Misleading and false introductory offer to new customers. Bet 365 misleadingly state that new customers will receive a credit up to £100 to the value of their first bet. We signed up, deposited £30 and promptly made a £30 bet the same day (yesterday). And when I check my balance today, there is no credit for £30 as per joining offer. There is also no easy way to contact them to find out what’s is going on. No doubt something in their small print will invalidate the credit.

Basically it seems to be a marketing con to encourage you to make a large first bet making you think you will get this money back as a credit. It never came.

Con artists. Cashed out football bet in good faith, money deposited to 'bank' later found out goal chalked off. 6 odd hours later they scooped my money out the bank. You may say well the goal is disallowed so you didnt win but if you cash out what happens after is irrelevant. There's already a time delay, then a cash out delay. If i cash out and the goal stands do they say forget the cash out, we'll pay you in full? Do they hell. If i had placed further bets on the match, such as betting on a draw etc and they lost, would they give me my money back? Yeah right. I made no further bets with my ' winnings' but turns out if i did they would be void too- if they were winners, losers im sure are acceptable. Something about a 'clear and obvious mistake' which it wasnt. Of course they dont know this but im sitting at home on me mobile with no access to see the match and have no knowledge whether the goal will be chalked off or not but they do. So they make a cash out offer knowing if the goal stands they only have to pay me that amount rather than the full amount and if the goal is chalked off they can retrospectively take my money

Just tried to cash in my bet for about 1 minute for £11 and it would not let me!!
5 minutes later down to ten men and other side equalized so money went to £1.50!!
These people should be investigated!!!

I cannot help but try to see if the online sites become at least a shade fairer but sadly they don’t.You win and you lose it’s gambling, but my particular gripe is the blackjack as the house win percentage must be incredibly high! Thought I’d try to see if any change but of course not and today’s eye opener was first 6 hands, please don’t tell me the house having 21,20,blackjack,21 then 21 is a coincidence! Had 4 bonuses on eye of horus which is 12 free spins each bonus at £2 stake , my returns were £0 , £4, £0, £6
In between getting the bonus you rarely get a win either, so you would expect the bonus to pay a bit more seen as you can pay a lot just to hit 1!
Wish I had looked at the reviews on here first! The slots actually pay out around 5% even tho they advertise 95% , this is because they class winning 50p from a £2 stake as a win! So by there logic, if you had £2 in your pocket and it all fell out and you could only find 50p of it then you have in fact won money, not lost £1.50

I joined bet365 yesterday, deposited my first £10 received the bonuses t & c’s etc. I was enjoying playing and carried on all day/night as I was bored and on my own. Once I had lost my deposit and bonuses I made more deposits total of £80. I was losing but still enjoying the games despite this and was happy to keep playing. Then I was logged out for no apparent reason – this had happened earlier and I just logged back in but not this time, it just wouldn’t let me. I entered the ‘help’ chat and emailed but their responses were pretty generic and did not solve the issue.
I have used a few online bingo sites during this lockdown. This one frustrated and disappointed.

Love the sports betting but never, and I’ve been on others, have I come across a online casino site that has to be rigged! I play blackjack and you win and you lose it’s gambling, but for every one hand you win the house wins bout 8! You sit with a blackjack they match it, get 20 they can turn 6 cards if need be to get 21! Tbh sometimes you have to look twice to believe what the house turns! Doesn’t take a genius to work out that just occasionally the law of averages says you must win a little , seems not as I’d love to see the “ small edge” supposedly the house has! I play only one game on there firework frenzy. I've spent a fair amount of money on it. Only to realise there a pattern that loops during Gameplay but not bonuses.
I message bet365 and won a small payout far less than the amount I invested. I Message them again only to let them know I've made contact with IBAS and the Gaming commission to look into bet365 slots (Firework frenzy) in particular, only to have my account Closed on me. I got no help from IBAS or anyone else. Online gaming is a Scam in the end. And Bet365 are the biggest Scam artists of them all.
