I have been wagering with this company for years now and have had no issues at all. Depositing and Withdrawing is easy. Their LiveCasino is great, lots of tables to play at. Poker site is good. Sports betting is great, every sport you can think of is available (well not now with the Covid-19 happening). I’m from Canada, not sure how it is in other countries, but like I said…no problems here.

The website excluded my account after their management team reviewed my account winning often… their intention is to make their customers lose so they could have good revenue..the moment their management team reviews your account and notice you win often they will disable your account for good. Which is unprofessional but there are many other trusted betting sites out there to keep us going 😂

Take my word when I say do not play blackjack !! It is physically impossible as the dealer which house is, to continuously practically every other hand, turn 21!! There is no way that this game, in particular when no money from horses coming in to be talked about , is not rigged! I can take winning and losing but you may as well just post them the money and save time as there is no fun or enjoyment in this game on this site and whilst I’m a trier , today has proved it’s just not worth playing.the sports side I must add is great to use but the online side def lets it down

I like a game of blackjack but this is getting oh so predictable.play it and your find when you bust they only have a 13/14 but believe me have a decent hand and no matter what card they need it will be turned over! Never ever had so many 21s turned against me when sitting with 20 in my life ! Even if it takes 8 cards they will get it! I’d love to see the house win percentage especially since racing not on it must be bout 80% in houses favour! I can take losing it’s what gambling is a bit of give and take but no fun when you are actually not taking part!tbh I think judged on reviews we should all just avoid as seemingly there just isn’t a way to win online as no matter what you get in any of the card games the house will beat you

REALLY NOT TO BE USED.

My plan was to bet over 1 year through 10 to 12 long term football bettings with each 1400 EUR (with a strategy, some coverings…)
And after 5 or 6 bets, BET365 just reduced my capacity to bet to 50 EUR per bet and have blocked the cash out function.

If I could rate with 0 star I would.

Poker twister is a massive robbery.
I pressed on a tournament to see what it was (just a massive button saying "God of the money" or something similar) and got automatically enrolled, no confirmation, no rules nothing.
Terrible. During a poker tournament, I am sure that I won with Full House over a sequence, which did not happen and no possibility to see history of the hand (at least that I could find). Terrible. Also had the feeling that I was playing with bots mostly.

I honestly think this is the worse poker site I have played on and the greediest game called twister 3 players put £20 in each they take percentage off before you play and then 90% of the Tim the wheel lands on £40 so they take £20 off you a game disgraceful and the cards are so rigged I wouldn’t be surprised if 5 of a kind came crap site

Awful…. been playing on bet365 for over 4 years. Never won anything over 500 altogether in the 4 years of playing, must of deposited 5000 in the 4 years :,( shocking really in reality when you look through your bet history.
Canceled my account indefinitely, wont ever go back to bet365 unless it's for sports bets. Online games or casinos are shocking. They really are!!!

When I got a straight I seemed to get beat with 3 of a kind on a few occasions I have took screenshot of 3 of them can't get Any1 on phone because of shut down because of a virus so watch wat you do with this site can't wait 2 here wat one of the biggest site in the world has to say its all the truth beware

Honestly. I have never seen a worse site as far as payoffs go for blackjack. You will go up against a 10 or Ace 9 times out of ten. If you go against a five, they will find a way to make 20 or 21. Stay away. Bet365 – you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Had an awful experience. Yesterday morning I woke early to workout. As I'm drinking my pint of water I flivk through my phone. This includes my bank balance….. WHAT THE HELL! OVERDRAWN,,! A little under 5000 withdrawn by bet365 overnight.

It wasn't me. Nobody else has access to my phone or laptop. So I go online freaking out to the live chat. They took my story and said they would investigate. Once the bank opened at ten I was in to their fraud department.

Two days and nothing from either side. I have sent 3 messages to bet365 and all ignored. I will be trying to ring the bank again tomorrow.

I will keep updating this for you guys. If you see anything like this can you give me the link.

Were do i start ok, I get an email from this horrible company saying I had a free no dep £5 bet which really excited me and lifted me up as I’ve been self isolated due to my underlying conditions which hasn’t dont my mental health any good as I’ve git PTSD and suisidal depression and this bet really cheeered me up so I click on the link and try to opt in and it said this offer is unavailable, really confused and upset I go to live chat and speak to a foreigner who I told her what happened she had taken about 30mins to find the offer but did and she told me to log in and go to any slot and open it so she could apply the bonus, I said to her won’t that make me lose the connection with you, she said not but I had a feeling it would which surprise surprise when I went to a slot I lost her anyway really feeling annoyed and upset at this point I get back intouch with them and spoke so a horrible man called Christian I think his name was and I explain everything to him and I just need to add he didn’t ask for any security details from me (data protection) but he succeeded with my dilemma and he said to me that the first person I spoke to said “log into a game to see if its on thair” but that was a lie because she said log into a game so I can load it on their anyways this being about 11/2 hours since the begging I tell “I’ve been made to self isolate due to this virus which isn’t helping with my PTSD, it’s making me suisidal and this ain’t helping, but he decided that because I said I was suisidal he closed my account now I didn’t say the gaming or offer or anything to do with the account was making me suisidal but he seen an operunity to not have to honour the bonus and closed it saying that he had it in my intrest because of what I said. Used to have a good impression of 365 until they readjusted tournament odds on bets I had made 24 hours earlier, no explanation given but I suspect someone in their office cocked up and over extended their position on the tournament. My odds of 11/1 were readjusted to 4/1

I wouldn't open an account with them after trying to deal with their purposefully confused staff who talk as if they are robots.

Surprised that there are so many negative reviews. Found them to be about in line with most of the other bookies. They have decent games and a great user interface. Their payouts could be a bit quicker but can't really complain too much.

I was losing money at BET365 more than 10000euros this current 2020 year and my account is 10 years old.Tryed new betting system which could work to get win using cash out with their new technology option they offer.My account balance started to rise little by little and I won almost all 2020 year loses back.But other days when I logged in to my account they sent me a message which says they disabled cash out new technology function to my account.I hit live chat immediately and asked about rules using cash out new technology function they provide could it be something wrong if I do cash outs for all bets I place?They do not replied nothing straight to this answer and I did not find any rule that using cash out function too much can violate any of their terms.But that is not all I tryed to place new bets without cash out function and they not accept them either!
