Bet365 Review

Have been a customer of theirs for years, losing overall as most of us do. A losing bet of a significant sum appeared from nowhere in my history. 100% had not made the bet. It was on basketball, a sport I know nothing about and have certainly never bet on.
Phoned and complained, spoke to a nice young lady, who had to keep on putting me on hold and speaking to her supervisor
( who of course would not speak directly to me). They refused to refund the bet. I have cancelled my account, but of course they don’t care. Just look at how much the Chief Exec earns and her bonuses and her house and you’ll see why. There’s a lot of competition out there, you don’t need to touch this lot with a barge pole.
Oh and of course, better gamblers than me who start to win decent money have their wings clipped by only being allowed limited stakes.

Bet365 are without doubt one of the worse bookies to open an account with. You will find yourself very quickly restricted (no Best Odds Guaranteed, Free Bets etc) after a few bets win or lose. The same thing happened with a colleague from work and a friend.

Low odds on sports bets .Do not give enough time to lay a proper bet on live roulette and will crash if u try n repeat… As for slots well what a pathetic way to hand ur money over to somebody the worst bar none and I've played in pubs the worst I thought until 365… Keep ur money in ur pocket these people will rob u blind if u gamble with them… I've got money to spare and I play for fun but these people are blatantly ripping u off and the conservatives who have close ties with owners are quite happy to let them rob the poor to line their own pockets. Used the transfer via there account number and sort code only £20 thought I wanted to test them out. Never even got the funds sent them on the 18th December 2019
still not there today!! Asked for so much information that I provided also asking for information that I didn't even have they could of easily found me. I sent the screenshot of the Banks transfers with my VAN easy to see I paid you money you owe me money. They are 20 quid up from me. As a new customer I feel lucky reading other horrible reviews. I am going to tell everyone I know not bet with you!!

Brilliant range of sports markets good prices cash ins etc but that's it the gaming tabs are a graveyard for your money slots aren't too bad but table games etc are heavily in favour of the house I at first thought it was just a run of bad luck then decided to try something I decided to bet on streets at roulette to test my theory? I left out 4 5 6 34 35 36 and 0 to my amazement the results were 31 32 0 34 6 6 20 5 5 5 36 19 4 15 35 35 call it bad luck if you want I call it legal theft .I repeated this several times with results very similar whichever streets I omitted the majority of results were in favour of the house .I repeated this at several bookmaker sites and have come to the conclusion at least highwaymen wore a mask !I will never play online casinos again ever I will use the betting platforms as I like a bet but play table games only if your pockets are very deep or your made of money

I have been a customer of theirs since 2003, and they have have fortunes off me. Had a few wiining bets, and my account is now restricted with all the bonuses and free bets. Bet elsewhere.

It is o.k for Sports betting with loads of markets but the in play betting not so good….. but find the casino & games dont give you the same value…be careful with these stick to sports betting on this site and limit your spend or avoid the casino.

I had an account and suspended it for 6 months as I didn't intend to use it again however there was an offer on so I decided to use it again. I called up to reactivate my account to be told I couldn't. I asked for an explanation and was told nobody at bet365 would give me an explanation. I don't have a gambling problem, I haven't broken any of the terms and conditions in fact there's no reason to refuse my account. I asked to speak to a manager and surprise surprise there wasn't one. I asked for a call back so i could understand there reasoning and I was told no. They were disrespectful, repeated the same phrase again and again that they were obviously reading from a script and quite frankly were very unprofessional. My advice is NEVER bet with bet365 they are a complete failure.

I deposited money, i won few games and they blocked my accoount

I asked them why on live chat, they said that they cant provide any information, I have no idea why my account got banned. I was only betting for sports, they just bann you if you are winning,

They blocked my money but good thing is i gave them my credit card, and now i went to the bank and said i got scammed and now im chasing the funds,

but they required utility bills and stupid information for me to withdraw , just to keep the money, they are scammers , and im not a stupid gambling morong i was in oxford university and have a wealthy family, these are just scammers ,

all they want is people who play for 5-10 pounds and keep losing , only way you can win is to play big and they block you.

they want losers to play thousands of hands for 5gbp so they can win in the long run..

There is a lot to like about Bet365. I get the feeling that there are a lot of customer service people working there who really are doing the best they can with what they have.

The problem seems to be with the customer experience technology and philosophy. I had an interaction with a customer service adviser, who really did try to get to the bottom of my issue, and we got there in the end. We were both hampered by how sluggish and outdated the live chat technology was, and by how many loosely fitting saved responses were required.

I would ask the customer operations management to see what you can do to support those on the front lines better, as this will directly lead to happier customers. You could maybe start to turnaround this trust pilot score.

Absolutely liked them ar first until i had an issue recently with credits not going into my account after winning. The customer service is beyond awful and patronising. Had to call several times and got a goddawul pathetic little man (same chap 3-4 times? Odd in itself) who repeatedly used gambling laws as an excuse to ask bizzare questions when restrictions were placed on my account? I actually spoke to the operator again and specifically said that anyone call me back except this guy. But what happens? He calls me!! Very conceited man with delusions of grandeur. I hope Ms Coates actually cares? I doubt it very much and shame on her as gambling a big connection for me and my widowed father who is 87 now and probably paid for your house. Karma will prevail.

Very bad experience with bet365 , even i was loosing money they were offering me credit bets later when i was start winning they decline my money every time some time I can’t bet and before i was betting 50k-60k at one time later they were rejecting even 100 dollar now I can’t bet , I asked them about this problems but they were saying its all about traders. I've been a member for so long now, going on 5 years, and the manager Jake B as I've won a lot of money, said that I could do with a self exclusion for 6 months, as I thought this was absolutely ridiculous, he went on to say do you decline it accept this offer, as I thought there was a better offer out there because 6 months is a very long period, he said after this 'well the other option is permenantly be excluded' so I said if there is no other option ill take that, he said 'too late, I've permenantly excluded you'. I think the whole process has been absolutely ridiculous and hasn't given me any consideration as ive been a member there for ages! What an absolute joke! This is one furious member, I've done literally nothing wrong apart from study horses! If you can't handle a person winning! Don't set up a betting site

I received notification that Bet 365 had used Equifax to confirm my identity. Unfortunately, I had not applied to Bet 365 so someone appears to have stolen my identity. Bet 365 have been useless, refusing to provide information about the fraudulent application to help me take protective action. They seem more concerned with protecting the data of the fraudster than in helping me to protect myself. They even refused to take responsibility for any fraud occurring after I drew it to their attention. Is this how the CEO made her millions?

Locked my account said my birthday is wrong tell.you call up and unlock only to get them to say birthday is wrong on verification and hang up on you.
Just be prepared to get locked out and money stolen .

Everything is great until,
I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with that website, looks legit and perfect should be the leader but once you are winner, believe me
You will not be happy with the service at all, there will be always new ideas to bother you, I started betting with them long time ago, always losing. but lately I started to win, using a strategy to bet on small odds, I find out that I am being an enemy to those people, there will be always an excuse so I can't bet, I travel a lot and I can't bet when I am travelling…etc

Had a winner which made it £77, put another bet on and guess what, i could only make a £5 bet, absolutely pathetic, so scared you are going to win money from them. Do not bet on European soccer or play black jack or any games that’s out of our control. I’ll tell you why. Most of the soccer teams are sponsored by bet365 so this site can easily influence what happens in the game. I’ll give one example I made a $2000 bet on a soccer team that was +2000 odds which would win me $40,000, it was 1-1 and it hit the 90 minute mark so extra time. My team scored which I was so excited then a minute later they disallowed the goal. This not only happened once this happened twice. And whenever I bet on a draw that had very high odds like +1000 and better the favorites would always score towards the last 10 minutes of the game and those goals were never disallowed…. so you guys tell me what you think…
Now don’t get me started about black jack just try a few sessions you will understand, they will let you win the first session so you get addicted then after that I will lose 19/20 sessions. Almost every time I have 19 dealer will have 20. I get 20 dealer will have 21. I get 19 vs a 6 dealer somehow gets 20. I’m not saying this happens every single time, but it happens so often that you think how is this possible. Maybe just a bad session? But you keep on playing and every session is so similar always a bad beat.
I also had a friend who won 100k in 1 week because he just started getting lucky betting on hockey then he cashed out about 90k they immediately lowered his bet limit to $5 he can’t bet anymore than that so he stopped using it.
I had another friend who won about 10k in football in 1 week they banned her account for no reason just because she won. These are just some examples of how bet365 are scam artists. I’d advise using any other site, I just want to share my story, I recently deleted my account and asked them to delete my bank information and they will not delete my bank information they said they will keep it for “auditing services”. I wonder when money will start disappear from my account…. wish I never signed up to bet365

They put restriction on my account and ask me to call im calling everyday talking them and call charging everytime 10 usd. When i ask them to call they always telling they trying to call ne mothen 3 or 4 times they cdnt connect me like that email they sending. Wasting money and wastin time

The first sportsbook I've ever used and to this day I put a large chunk of my bets through them.

Let's start off with the positives:
1) Site itself is very stylish and clean. Both desktop and mobile versions are great and easy to use. I've had some issues with mobile application, so four stars for the app, and five for the desktop.
2) Lots of sports and matches are covered, and there are a large number of markets available for each. Little to no trouble finding the games I want to play, four and half stars for that.
3) Odds are competitive, but I wouldn't put them on the top. Still, no complaints, four stars.
4) Live streaming coverage is the best of any sportsbook I've ever come across, five stars.
5) Fair and competitive cash-out. You can cash-out your stake in full if you want, and they offer cash-out for way more markets than most sportsbooks both pre-game and during game. Full five stars.

Neutral points:
1) Withdrawal speeds are nowhere near the fastest I've come across, but I've never had any trouble getting money to my account when I request it. My big problem is that they only seem to offer me the option to withdraw money using the method I used to deposit last, rather than offering me the chance to withdraw using any method I've ever used. Three stars, I guess.
2) They have some good campaigns and offers but they aren't well advertised, so you might sometimes be in dark about them. They do reward loyalty to some extent, but they are by no means a market leader. If there's one positive that comes from this, it's that they won't spam your email, so I'll give them three stars here as well.
3) They have welcome offer for new customer which is pretty much the standard and what you'd expect anywhere else. Three stars.
4) Customer service? The thing is, I've never had to deal with them. Maybe that's a good thing. I'm not sure.

I don't really have anything negative to say about them. I've heard some high-volume players having trouble with them and while I would never deny that considering how badly some sportsbooks treat winners I've personally never experienced anything of such. Overall I'd give them four and half stars. I would recommend Bet365 to any gambler.
