Iv been and played on Betfair for several years and had wins, but there’s one thing that hacks me off, and that’s when your in the middle of a game (vault cracker) that crashed 2 times on me for no reason, had good WiFi etc, this is not an isolated incident and has happened many times leading me to be highly suspicious????

At the beginning of December 2024, my Betfair account was suspended with the promise that it would be released upon sending my personal documents and photo. I submitted all the required documentation, but my account remained suspended. I went to Betfair chat several times to get an explanation, without success. It is an ineffective support that never gives a satisfactory answer or that imposes endless waits, going from one agent to another until the person gives up.On 12/21/2024, I filed a complaint here. To this day, no response.Tired of this nonsense, on 01/04/2025, I sent an email to Betfair support saying that if it was not possible to release my account with the documents already sent, that it should be canceled with the return of my balance to my bank account.To this day, no response.For me, unless I explain it better, Betfair does not respect its customers, it is not trustworthy and if it does not return my small balance, I will consider it as an undue appropriation of my money, which is known worldwide as a SCAM.Position today: account suspended, my money sealed (I have no access to it), silence from Betfair.Will I get a satisfactory response from Betfair?Who bet?

Yesterday morning I was on Betfair website and was reading one of there ambassador football Tips pages - the headline being fouls fouls fouls - or something similar - the article related to the Real Sociaded v Villereal game that evening and was recommending a 9/1 punt on two players (Pape Gyeye & Martin Zunimendi) to have 2 fouls or more each in the game - I thought that was an interesting bet so hit the link button which took me straight to a betting slip - there are saw that the 9/1 odds had been enhanced to 12/1 - so I thought that was a good offer and placed a £6 bet - (thinking if successful I will get a £78 return) - the evening came and the game started - and after around 80th minute marked I checked the stats and saw that there had been a lot of fouls and both my selections had had 2 fouls each - BINGO I thought- what a good article that was that i read this morning on Betfairs own website - what a good function available to all punters - but wait - I checked to see if my winnings had been paid out only to find out my bet had been VOIDED - how can than be ??? No explanation anywhere - I decided to see if I could find a phone number for customer services the next morning - But yes you’ve guessed it there isn’t one - so I tried live chat - With a ROBOT eventually the Robot gave up and said I’m passing you to an Assistant - I explained the situation again and again via messaging - with no real explanation - this went on for over an hour / I’ll pass it to the traders to investigate - eventually I asked to make a formal complaint - and was told it would be passed on to them - another hour passéd more messaging - I was told the odds were wrong - Really - you’ve published an Article highlighting a recommended bet at 9/1 (enhanced to 12/1) and the odds were wrong - an ambassador for Betfair had written an article highlighting a good bet at 9/1 and the odds were wrong???the next message highlighted some betting RULES written by Paddy Power ?? Referring to wrong odds been published / My bet was with you BETFAIR - this went backwards and forwards for most of the morning - eventually Betfair offered to pay the bet at 2/1 and would give me a free £20 sports book bet - and termed it ‘FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT’ I felt I had no other option to accept - but this was still leaving me well out of pocket - My Questions are How can an article on your own website have the wrong odds published Why if that was the case wasn’t the bet voided straight away in the morning before the game started that evening Why in the interest of good customer PR didn’t the bookmaker settle as a good will guesture ??? After all you are called BETFAIR maybe re name BETUNFAIR So just be careful - I was sadly very disappointed

Obnoxious and unhelpful live chat and complaint staff. I don’t know what Betfair are doing to their staff, but they couldn’t care less about customers or issues. There is literally no help and nowhere issues will go if you run into problems so be mindful of keeping any large amounts of money on Betfair. Useless.

Win rates on games are below average. Sitting at around 40% so it's impossible to win or have a fair chance. When you bring this to the attention of the company they basically say yes that's fine but there's nothing we can do, refuse to deal with complaints and end conversations without dealing with issues.Stay clear and use any other site if possible

Ive been using betfair for many years and was happy until after recently by far slots have been the worst.Doesnt matter what you stake per spin the bonus and options have frequency has been reduced.By all means we win and lose ratio month by month is always up and down.But 2025 are you as a company trying to claw things back before things get bad?.Ive also seen the same with ladbrokes and other ppl i know are saying the same thing.

Do not use the casino here but mainly sports betting, I had a bet builder and it started winning at around 70 mins in the match, then at around 77 mins in 3 out of the 4 parts of the bet builder was winning so I wanted to cash out, because I knew I would still get decent return, the cash out button disappeared for the whole rest of the game and my 4th leg didn’t win, my player didn’t get subbed off or anything, the cash out button just simply wouldn’t come up, this is why you should use trustworthy companies, do not bet here..

Yesterday night i bet on game ROMA VS LAZIO 4 BET'S in total, 2 of them ware for 1.3k and 500 pounds, 2 others ware just small amount , i played Yellow cards , since the game started one of the players with high amount of winning bet got yellow card, and entire rest of game bet was suspended till end of the game , all losing bets ware open with few pounds to cash out. Than i want it to cash out because my bed of 1'3k was almost winning just one yellow card left from 4, same with other bet of 500 pounds, also 1 card left to win, but i was not offered cash out price or even cash out option was available , and than entire game i won't nothing either money offer to cash out . How amazing. I joined and got my free spins. I won and could not believe it. I had issues with the registration between the application on my phone and the customer services agent was amazing. Even though the chat kept timing out and it took me some time to get informaiton to Betfair. The chat was open and I dealt with by the same advistor until everything was resolved. What fantastic customer service. Thank you!

All I can say is stay away trust me these will drain you dry on anything they have football slots everything the slots start off great to keep you thinking your going to get features n before you know it you have nothing left as for the football cash outs on this site my god they are the biggest scam I've ever known had a huge bet not doing so great had cash out for ages n they all started winning oh n gues what happened again the bet no longer had a cash out till one them started loosing again all winning right near to end of game therfore would have offered nearly most of the winning amount I would of obviously cashed out becasue that's what I do I aim for profit they said its the markets so I said oh okay so I out this to the test I placed a bet on betfair for football n another on livescore exact same bets n guess what happened was suspended all the way through on betfair exact bet was offered cash out on livescore someone tell me bow that is possible because when I spoke to betfair live chat I asked them how that is possible they suspended my account n reduced all my deposits to 120 rather than unlimited oh they didn't block me I wonder why hahah like I'm gonna put loads cash in there ever again scams they are trust me stay Away from most them these days to much dodgy doodles around

Stay away from Betfair they should be called bet unfair. All the games are fixed, when you spin you can clearly see how it changing the landing symbols I have complain several times and they keep saying nothing wrong with the game yeah right. All they do is just keep taking money from you. Wish I knew how to shut them down maybe with my screen recorder time play that might help and hopefully they end up paying massive fine at around over 4 million pounds…. So I say it again stay away from this non fair site 1000% big no…
