I won a 20p bonus on their wheel, went thru to use it and all of a sudden it’s used £1 of my balance without warning. Went thru to chat and was basically told that it’s my responsibility to be aware of what i stake, as the stake was set higher than the 20p I clicked thru to, which is why it took extra money from me. It’s a scam, you think you’re spending the free balance but they are tricking you into spending more. What’s bad is that the customer service agents told me it’s my fault and they wouldn’t even let me raise a complaint, besides not giving me my money back.

I’m sorry but the cutbacks on the value offered by Betfair has forced me to close my account. I haven’t moved anywhere else as I am unsure which online betting account offers the best value.The removal of best odds guaranteed was the final straw for me, after the removal of other decent value offerings. Each year they chip away at what they offer and the odd free £5 bet or increased places (1/5th a place not 1/4) anymore is just pointless. I am just a single individual so it probably won’t make a jot of difference. I have been betting for over 40 years and will not use Betfair until they start being reasonable to customers.

Bunch of ignorants morons, live chats are like having a one way conversation with a parrot. They say ” allow me 5/10 minutes to check your account” and then disappear and forget you’re waiting on the other side. Most ignorant people I came across. I am with bet 365 now, in my opinion is the best of the lot of them put together. “BET FAIR” who ? Ignorant prats, avoid.

I made a deposit. my account after the deposit was immediately suspended. i uploaded documents, they were checked for several weeks. i forgot about the account. today i write to support in chat, they tell me your deposits are not available and give me this message: Since your account was closed you were requested a bank statement to refund your deposits back.But since you have not provided any bank statement showing your deposits to your Betfair account yet the balance from your account was deducted by our security team.If you don’t log in to your account, your money is just stolen by the company. it’s not surprising because they are all Indians.

Got a text inviting me to 20 free spins for a £5 deposit and play on King Kong cash bananas. I opted in and played £5. I made a loss of £2.50. I didn’t get my 20 free spins. I contacted support and told I didn’t opt in. They are wrong as I did before playing the game. I acted in good faith. They refused to award the 20 free spins just £2 worth. I closed the account. Absolutely crazy so easily could have given me 20 spins to keep me as a customer even if they believe I didn’t follow the ts and CS. Thought I’d pay them back with a poor rating as that totally reflects my opinion of them.

Been with this company for a long time. If I could have given zero stars I would have! Was playing fishing frenzy even bigger catch. Got 10 free games and the play button disappeared from my screen after one spin! Did live chat with an agent who offered me £1.00 as a “goodwill gesture” but wouldn’t give me my free spins and practically called me a liar! Wouldn’t bother using again! Absolute joke!

Soon as you get anywhere near a win they disable all your markets so you never have a cash out offer and then right at the last minute switch it on so it is worth pennies, should be investigated, i have hours upon hours of video evidence and screenshots of these cheating me

Very easy to create an account. money transferred immediately from my bank to betfair. the issue occurred when I tried to withdraw my money. I was advised the amount had been transferred. it never arrived but was no longer showing in my betfair account. the timescales are misleading. After several days, my account was suspended and I was asked to upload ID. my money has still not been transferred to my personal account. PLEASE AVOID

Even my account has been closed because i could not provide the documents required by Betfair. My funds in Betfair has been refunded to my Skrill account. It was a great one year experience to work on Betfair. An unique betting website in betting industry. I just love Betfair

As per everyone else I also rate this company one star, they will let you gamble and when you win and try to withdraw they randomly don’t pay out. The money disappears into thin air once you hit withdraw it’s an online scam.Anyone experiencing disappearing withdrawals report it to online scam awareness as this could be a member of staff switching accounts so they received payments.Do not be scammed !!Report it!!

Allowed me to deposit £500 GBP whilst self excluded. I had a serious gambling problem, I managed to sign up to paddy power with a couple of details I changed which was wrong of me. However the problem I have is that I would have never passed verification, so even if I did win I would have never gotten anything. Luckily I have recovered a bit now and when I look back I couldn’t believe the pit I was in, I could not control myself. It was ridiculous that I just handed over this evil company £500 for no reason. If by a miracle I had even won something back when I did this..they would have asked me to verify myself properly. They also take weeks to respond to you. If you are going to be dumb enough to gamble online, use a company that does seem to care about their customers more.

Too much going on as all I wanted was to put a bet on horse racing & found other things too much of an intrusion for me. Apparently after finally re-opening my account with Betfair. The group that owns Betfair/PaddyPower and Sky bet flutter.com have permanently excluded me without any reason. I was able to access my account for two days then when I tried to update my email address phone number they closed my account without giving me any valid reason.

Had a problem with bonus and they fixed it straight away Betfair give you bonuses every week not just when you sigh up I’ve had accounts with a few different betting sights but there bonuses are poor compared to Betfair so I would recommend Betfair to anyone who visits these sight to give them a go

This a review for customer service. I had a wonderful experience today with Cintia who spent a long time helping me through some access issues for an account which I had not used in a long time. it was a complicated issue with details being out of date and the account had been closed with a balance on before I spoke to her but it was all sorted in the end normal statement that I don’t usually leave reviews etc but Im old enough to recognise exceptional customer service anywhere

What on earth have Flutter Entertainment done to Betfair? I have been a BF customer since their inauguration in 2000, the sums of money in and out of my account are really quite scary to even think about. I recall a day when you could physically speak to someone when you had an issue, now I doubt even if this Trustpilot review will ever be replied to, they are now just one of the many growing number of facelsss organisations in this world.Somehow they recently duped/decieved me into some silly promotion that I imagine was through one of their relentless spam promo texts, which resulted in my account being put onto some 8% exchange comission deal, I quite honestly would never in a million years have agreed to this for some silly free £2 promotional bet. The issue is now resolved (after much of my time and effort) and i’m back to my 2% standard rate.Purely because of the trouble I had in trying to communicate with them, i’ll now give them a complete boycot as you will not get any form of customer service from these guys, it’s just non existent now.Just like insurance companies, they are more concerned with getting new customers through the door rather than looking after their core existing ones, it’s quite shameful really, I did get an eventual apology from them for my inconveniences after spending half my day getting it rectified.(Apparently) it was own fault that they’d charged me 8% commission on my returns instead of the usual 2%. A great company if you like to be treated like a number and not a person, they’ve simply become a machine, bring back the good old days when the old owners would call and offer hospitality invites to various sporting events!
