These people are going from bad to worse. And the 5 star reviews below are a total con sent by themselves. Sportsbook side of the company ate the worst on the planet by far and is run by one of the muppets for sure. Very inconsistent and can never know when youlle get a bet on. Fine one day for a couple of hundred then suddenly the next day £50 max then 10 then 200 then 10 then 5 etc etc. The muppets of world betting for sure who send in their own reviews. Their management are straight out of the bush.

I spoke with Camilla on live chat today. After having some trouble figuring out an issue, she put my mind right at ease and sorted the issue straight away. No messing about, straight to the point! If I could give more than 5 stars for the review of the live chat I would! But absolutely excellent work from the staff here 🙂 Keep up the amazing work!

I advise everyone to avoid or cancel the site . Just got robbed last night 3k,wouldn’t let me withdraw it. Lost ma bank card so added new card ,same bank account just new card and someone asking me for picture of the bank card that I’ve lost and they would let me deposit but not withdraw. I’ve heard other stories when they changed people’s betting slips when big bets were close to be winner. Avoid it every one

Starting a new account, you can add funds and lose with impunity. However, as soon as you win, and want to withdraw, they need to verify who you are. I wouldn’t be so upset if I had to verify myself before a deposit, but only after a win???? And, their verification system asks you for one thing at a time. They know the bank account the deposit came from, but ignore that information. They ask for a statement. They ask for proof of address. They ask for a copy of your bank card. Then they ask for another bank statement showing your deposit to Betfair, ignoring that in real life you get one statement a month, and that you have to wait for it. Betfair have now lost a customer because of this, and because their document uploader is temperamental. They could do better. They should do better. To make the experience better and fairer to their customers.

So i was playing on Give me gold:rising rewards. I was playing £10 spins because the Gold Mine cart was full to the top and was just a matter of time before it paid out it was bulging! When it explodes you get a Mega, Major, minor or mini payout, the Mega was over £10,000 and lowest the mini several hundred so was guaranteed at lest that. However as i kept spinning the cart was at its fullest only for the game to flash up Restart or Exit. I did this several times but it would not let me spin £10 a spin? HOWEVER, it would permit me to spin 20p,40p and 50p the lowest ammounts and of course the mine cart blew and i was awarded £12.50p rather than the several hundred pounds i would have recieved off a £10 spin!!!! If these slots are not fixed i dont know what is.COMPLETE CON BETFAIR YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!

I made an “instant” bank transfer withdrawal which I was then informed wasn’t instant at all. Spoke to an advisor on chat who consistently lied to me, he initially told me withdrawals take 2-5 days; then backtracked to 24 hours. I then provided a screenshot from their own website which informs that they offer “instant” bank transfer withdrawals. Advisor then agreed with me that is instant, but in “rare” cases they can take up to 24 hours. Disappointing experience being lied to and there being no resolution for this. I would have withdrew through debit card had they not advertised the bank transfer as instant.

Worst company ever….do not bet if you value.1 your money safety2. any resemblence of customer service.i have given some bad reviews of companies in the past, but this has gone to new lows…..Their site failed to process withdrawal….on screen message….niney now missing.spoke to custome care team….and boy, are you fobbed offf…. no help…stonewalled, make you wait….and wIt…then do nothing….just badk to square one….will ot pass you onto someone who can help….no address, email or phone kumber for complaints team… just try again on pur message chat next day….where ive just spent an hour or kore, being told the same thing over again….to be asked to come abcktommorow to same online chat box, for more of the same…..will not follow any reasonable request, will not offer any gesture of goodwill for incovienice and poor service…..i have nevr had worse customer treatment…..they tkqe any fun form gambling, try elsewhere. where thye may actually want to be reasonable, help for taking your money…

Given them 2 star as their sportsbook and exchange are good, other positives they are trustworthy in terms of holding and paying your money, have regular promos, and withdrawals are fast.Now to the beef. Please avoid all their slots. They run the worst versions of all main slot titles i.e. low RTP versions and the ones with hotfix patches (which mean they’ve been patched to stop win runs on them). Please before you consider playing go into the information screen within the slot which tells you the RTP and version details.If you are a slot player better playing MrQ, B365 etc who dont employ this underhand tactic. The difference in RTP is HUGE and is the real difference between you hitting any bonuses, having a decent chance of winning, even over a low cycle, to being almost guaranteed of hitting zilch and losing.TBH how the UKGC let them get away with it (and by no means are they the only ones) stumps me, more interested in stopping auto play and annoying play time reminders, than concentrating on this biggest issue. Simple fix would be to force operators like Betfair to show the RTP and version number clearly on game load ups – they would soon change up.You’ve been warned folks and hope this has saved at least a handful of you a few £ who have read this and regularly play slots.

Complaint about Raivis on Crazytime. Terrible host. Keeps braking on the wheel and collecting customers money. Lora on the other hand very professional and played a good fair game until the handover with Raivis. Something has got to be done about these hosts who are basically stealing. This is the third one I’ve complained about this week with no response as yet.

Worst casino ever you do not win at all completely controlled slots it pays out after a while of you spending atleast £5/600But it should be random not for them to decide when you win but it clearly shows that’s the case. All controlled nothing random about it complete scam. Maybe uk regulated and licensed but doesn’t mean they aren’t a bunch of con artists like those other foreign sites. They clearly are. The lady I had was very helpful as I had gone threw a promo of a 10 bet get 10 bet free but when I went to put bet in I was offered a boost I did not know taking the boost would mess the promo up so I spoke with anamaria who was excellent in understanding my situation and they honoured the bet in credits I did say though if your offering a promo you shouldn’t be offering anything else on that bet that would loose you the promo I’m not sure if it’s pure genius or or a genuine mistake on betfairs app so if you do go for promos make sure you read the terms of that promo all of them as they have so many ways to get you out of the promo happy days ahead

They still let me gamble on their site even though I had a gambling freeze on my bank account. If this is not irresponsible I do not know what is so they do not help. Irresponsible gambling on their website unless you are with gamb stop and the win to lose ratio is too high High

An absolute joke of a service, had used my account for many years and lots of money spent, I stopped using account as was using another one as main account, checked my email and had over 50 emails over months from betfair offering me £30 free bets to come back when I finally decided to take them up on offer they now tell me it’s expired even tho they sent me the same promotion every week on email since September 2024 makes zero sense to then refuse when I come online and try to claim the promotion. I will not be using this site without it as you have used the promotion to encourage me back then refused it.

TBH its the best site out there thou i do like 365 pitch graphics and goal alerts….but betfair for punting its easy to navigate and find the bets i like to place …you cash out and money in account within seconds …talking to the robot is annoying somtimes but this is the way i suppose ….cash out respoce also great had nighmares on other sites …..

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I had a simple question about a bonus and was met with canned responses and a clear lack of understanding from the support agent. It took three different attempts and being bounced between departments to even get close to an answer, and even then, it was vague and unhelpful.

I applied for their 50-1 promotion for Harland to have a shot on target if you opened an account.I followed the link and deposited £5 toOpen the account. I then got a notification to say I needed to deposit £10. I added another £5 via Apple Pay but they have refused to honour the promotion. Impossible to speak to anyone, all contact us via a useless chatbot.Do not deal with this company, total rip off and terrible customer experience!
