I have played on many online casinos in my life starting back in 2002 and considering the experience I just had over the last 50 spins on 3 different roulette games using a certain well known pattern, I can almost (and I use the word almost because certain means 100% and I’m more like 98% certain) guarantee you that this casino has rigged roulette games.If they rigged roulette you can be sure they rigged other games too.Do not play here, its not worth the risk. Check trustpilot gambling category, go to casinos, order the sites by “most reviews” and then look for a casino with at least 4 or more stars. I usually do this but I didn’t check betfair before I started because I’d heard the name so often I assumed it was completely legitimate. But I now have serious doubts about this.This isn’t based on the fact I lost money. It’s based on probability and my past experiences of roulette games. What happened to me here was way out of the norm.

Dreadful customer service and there poker deals are extremely rigged . They will tell u Random number generator selects the cards . One you cannot defy probity without odds manipulation (CHEATING) Hand clashes and suck outs well beyond true odds. Worth pointing out no tests are done on the source that the RNG uses for selecting the cards.It doesn’t take a lot to have say 100 hearts and 10 other suits if you want a heart selected and its still RANDOM Mmmmmm. Don’t be fooled they CHEAT to increase rake and will not agree to independent testing of true probability.

Had a betfair account for over 10 years. Out of the blue I was permanently self excluded. Contacted there on line 16 times. Got a different reason every time. This also excludes me from paddy power,skybet and poker stars because they are all linked. Every agent just wants to get you off the phone and move on to another call. Customer service is shocking

Would give it a minus star if possible. Got scammed on the cash out market. Placed a bet on an underdog team and when that team was winning 2-0, I tried to cash out my profits but Betfair site conviently went down for at least 20mins due to ‘technical issues’ apparently. By the time betfair site conveniently started working again the score was 2-2, therefore losing my pofits and my money. Betfair customer services said it’s in their T&C’s that cash market is never guaranteed. Avoid using this platform.

Betfair poker like all other poker sites is rigged.they all use the same algorithms. So many consistent bad beats v chip leaders. Go all in against chip leader, you’ll probably get beat, chasers get rewarded. Played a few sites, they’re all the same. No one would play like most Betfair players play on a real table, because they’d get laughed off , calling all in with 8/4(I kid you not) and hitting full house with 8’s and 4’s. Don’t waste your hard earned because Betfair will reward the sh!te players. It’s not like real poker, it’s a sham

With costs soaring, you will only win what you wager. So if you deposit 10 you’ll get 10 after £30 you will think you are going to win only to be scrubbed off with a crap return of £20 greedy gits. Avoid stay away don’t get even play if you are desperate, this is what the rich are thriving on, they don’t care that you lose, as long as they can still live care free lives. I have had a Betfair Account since the early 2000’s and have four other telephone accounts I have never had a Paddy Power account.Paddy Power run the Casino Arm on Betfair since they merged in 2016 and are the biggest fraudsters and con merchants you will ever come across as every single game in the Betfair Casino is rigged its not even a close call.Paddy Power are knowingly defrauding every single player in their Casino and getting away with it(the Gambling Commission don’t care)every time I play a certain game I start off losing and it gets worse every time its legalised theft.I would say the RTP of the Betfair Casino run by Paddy Power is running at around 10% on all Casino games(that’s being generous)so my advice as it has always been on my numerous reviews of Betfair and Paddy Power is DO NOT under any circumstances play any Casino linked to a Bookmaker especially Paddy Power and Betfair because they are all rigged every single one of them.In my opinion its better to find a stand alone Casino which I have done whose RTP is genuine and who treat their players with respect unlike Paddy Power who should have had their licence revoked years ago because they are by far the worst and most Corrupt and Fraudulent Bookmakers any bettor will ever come across as it says in the title its an X Rated Warning from me to beware and not play under any circumstances any Casino linked to Betfair and Paddy Power.

Joined a couple of days ago and withdrew £220 got an email this morning to say my account was suspended and I need to upload documents I uploaded them and within 20 minutes my account was back active and my withdrawal is now pending to my bank was a bit sceptical after reading all the reviews but customer service was great

Very bad company. They closed without notice my account babbling about violation of terms and conditions but without refer exactly what’s the violation and without giving any evidence. But the very uncorrect behaviour is that they don’t refund the amount available on the account.The customer service is nothing but a word of mouth so it’s impossible to contact the management not even in writing.

I hit 2 bonuses on the same game at 2 seperate times on the same day neither of them triggered, so I disputed it via live chat to be lied to, the game was Ted cashlock. Daniel specifically told me you need a bear on each line which is not true I play this game all the time on multiple different sites and you only need 6 or more bears no matter how they are placed to trigger a bonus. After being on the chat for over an hour he told me he was looking into it further and just disconnected me off the chat! At that point it was clear they wasn’t going to pay out for the mistake even after seeing my screenshots. I’m absolutely fuming shocking customer service and to be lied to is just beyond a joke when I’ve spent a fair amount over my time with them!! I Won’t be using them again! Well, what can I say?! I’ve been using this company for more years than I can remember and with very few problems. Sure, they don’t always have the best prices but the website is easy to navigate and their systems are quite efficient. However, in the last year, I decided I was missing out on their promotional offers by simply opting for their discount scheme. So, I started to do a mixture of out and out gambling and mixing that with using their promotional offers. That has been my only change. I’ve still lost money! In fact, in the last few months I’ve lost around £400. Straight from my bank to theirs. Guess what? Betfair have sent me a message today saying they are giving me no more promotional offers! And guess what for a second time? I’m not going to give them any more of my money. So, I’ll close my account. Even after all these years. Avoid these mobs because I’m guessing that since they have been taken over by Paddy P. they have become moronic, money-grabbing, s**** who only want things to go one way. Their way.

Do not comply with Gambling Commissions.gov.ukhad a new account and did not play it for around a week due to work commitment, logged in to finally have a play, deposited £10, no issues, no checks, account was fully verified ( so it says ) . played my £10 and won a whole £60, not life changing money, just a small win, i withdrew it, all went through fine. Logged back in the following day to see my account was suspended for ID check, and the money revered, this actually goes against – LCCP 17.1.1(2) – A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal..did say this to live chat agent who was clueless and just kept copy and pasting the same script too me, i also advised them – Bookmakers must not permit customers to gamble before they are verified and have up to 72 hours to request documents if this can’t be done automatically upon account opening.Thereafter, withdrawals mustn’t be denied.again just kept copy and pasting the same script. They did not release the funds so i will stick with bet365 as i never have a issue with them, too top it off, Betfair are still sending me promotional emails which is also against the law. I think betfair need to read up on the laws of gambling

They Gave me a free £2 Loyalty bet for the Exchange (even though Id only used the Sportsbook) but when I tried to use the bet on the exchange, it still debited £2 from my balance.So I got in touch with customer service after evading the silly robots they try to palm off on to people.I asked for a refund as Id made a mistake probably of my own doing, but even so I thought it would not be a problem.How wrong I was! The agent stated he had no power to refund my money.
