DO **NOT** trust! I won the jackpot round on their prize pinball bonus game and they’re saying it was an error and unless I show a screenshot (who screenshots or screen records something like that?) they won’t do anything at all about it. Anything to avoid paying me. Scam artists pure and simple. Avoid like the plague!UPDATE: I spoke to a manager and was given what I deem to be a fair settlement. I’m now delighted with the outcome.

Bad, bad, bad. Don’t often leave poor reviews but there is nothing fair with betfair. Bonus feature is very poor, reels judder, wins are very poor. Gambling has the clue in its name and sometimes you win, sometimes you loose but, every other site out there is better than this one. I am sure I will get a responce about how they are independently checked and regulated but stay away, its not fun trying to play for fun on here. Very very poor site

I don’t understand how this company has got away with its continual fraud over 2 decades.They operate a games “exchange” we’re it’s meant to be punter v punter and ever since it started it never was and never has been punter v punter.It’s punter v Betfair and clearly fixed to fill there pockets.Add to that they say they don’t close winning accounts as they are a “exchange” yet they clearly do.All this KYC nonsense they use to hold your funds too.I could go on.They are rotten to the core this company.Wish another decent exchange would open

Been playing betfair casino for a long time and the slots have changed alot you use to get a bonus about every 30 to 50 spins now it 200 to 300 spins I was playing money train 3 for 4 hours and no bonus daylight robbery not for me now .

Absolutely unbelievably fixed spins. I predicted numerous times that I’d get bonus teased on my last spin, it happened EVERY time. They do it on purpose yet it’s meant to be random. Completely awful, the regulators must have their fingers in their pockets because there’s not a chance I came close to the return rate, I’ve deposited £200 and had no greater win that £2 on 40p Stakes. When I spoke to a customer service adviser he was rude inconsiderate and was not willing to help, as of the betting site its self…don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other better sites to choose from who in my opinion are caring and have more to offer customers.

No better than my last review unfortunately. £40, £50 in dead spins multiple bonuses that literaly paid £0.00!! This must be the new thing to guarantee the bookie profits. We deposit, play for a while in the hope of a bonus to recoup or even win a bit only to be shot down in flames with dead spins and a banner saying unlucky better luck next time, only to waste further money getting another bonus to be told…. you guessed it, the same thing better luck next time. When you think about it less people are playing as money becomes more difficult to manage. In the current climate the bookies still require their profits to operate so the only way they can maintain profit is to take the player for every penny as quick as possible just in case they do have a winner who needs to be paid out. I have today learnt a valuable lesson, if you feel lucky then go ahead play away however be prepared to lose…. a lot! Or like me make that decision to stop or use the safer gambling tools available but make sure you spend your hard earned money on something else. Happy New Year.

Avoid this site. Account closed without explanation, I have funds on there and can’t get to it. Documents sent in but apparently it’s not sufficient, customer service is non existent. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS: How are they getting away with this, UK law needs to get a grip and stop these fraudsters from taking advantage of the rules. They are getting with taking peoples money, Verification process is the key issue which tells me they are using the “documents not sufficient” bs to close peoples accounts and keep our money (my documents are valid on other sites, no issues). Avoid at all costs, if you’ve not had issue with them it’s only a matter of time.

I have £610.00 in my account with these scammers and they are using the fact that I have started using a new card (as my old one expired) and that because I have no deposits from this card they will not allow me to withdraw my monies on it. Clearly they are forcing people into a position where the only way to get their money back is to gamble with it. I have gone thru the totally pointless and useless WEBCHAT several times and am always promised a call back or contact from the finance team but this has NEVER HAPPENED. I have also tried to file a case with Resolver but it appears they will not respond to any cases filed with Resolver so I am now going to file a county court case as it appears this is the only way you can get your money back from this unscrupulous and disgusting company. And FYI Betfair I will keep posting on this website as there is a reason you have nearly 90% bad reviews on this site and you need outing for the thieves you are and to this end I will in my capacity as a journalist be contacting all the racing outlets to report your behaviour as they need to be made aware of all your victims out there.

I signed up to Betair and was told to submit my proof of ID and proof of address by their bot so I did. I was then told to wait 72 hours for this to be processed so I did and didn’t receive any contact from them so I then contacted live chat which was a bot again and it told me to wait 3 – 5 days which I did and still nothing so I finally contacted live chat and demanded to speak to a real person and get this the real person said “I should have contacted them sooner and will now not be eligible for any sign up bonuses” absolute disgrace of a company and I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Be careful and make sure to take a screenshot when your bet is matched if placing a bet on the exchange.I placed a bet which was matched and the money taken out my account to place said bet so you can imagine my surprise when my team won and I went to collect my winnings and found that my stake had been returned however no winnings and no record of the bet having been placed on my account!I duly contacted customer services via the online chat who stated that the bet was showing as unmatched on their end and so there was nothing they could do, I wonder if this would have been the case had my bet lost, I think not!I cant say I am surprised with the amount of negative reviews already posted about these absolute scammers!In summary I would avoid like the plague or if you are using then make sure you screenshot all matched bets as proof that they were made and matched!I would advise using smarkets instead if you are looking for something similar.

Stay well away from Betfair if you are looking for an online casino. I personally have had no issues with withdrawals but the payouts through Betfair casino are terrible. You’ll rarely ever win anything worth withdrawing. I’ve pit thousands through it and had 1 £120 win and everything else is £20 at best. My partner is on Sky Vegas and gets decent wins frequently so that’s where I’m going now. Thanks Betfair but I’m sick of giving you my hard earned money, I’m out

iv never really done very well on betfair wins are few and far between the slots are awful you very rarely get a bonus from slots and that is what you are depositing your hard earned money on you dont get a lot back from betfair it actually seems the most unfairest site thats just my opinion i know its gambling but something back from deposits would be great its set out nice i won 130 after depositing 70 pounds i then deposited a further 150 no bonus nothing back i then deposited another 30 nothing back no bonus the slots are the worse iv played on any site you just want to feel like the slots are fair when you deposit your money

They’ll take your money immediately. But they’ll take forever to return your money. You have no recourse. Customer service keep you waiting for 20 minutes on end.
