Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. For a bookmaker to do this and have me miss racing’s biggest day in Australia is pathetic. If U lose and just give them money it’s ok but if U want Ur winnings it’s crap

These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

Cheaters, scammers and thieves.I received from their free play game one free spin and I used it on one of the megaways games.As I opened the game and spin the free spin suddenly game catched error and I had to refresh the game.Had to do it about 4 more times and when I finally got to the game it showed me that this one spin must triggered bonus on the game and I collected around £13.So basically the whole thing with the game error was because unexpectedly I won something more than few pence.From this point no matter what kind of game I opened after a spin again error.I can understand that one game can have some issues but not 6 of them.And it proves to me that casino has complete control over the games.Thats unbelievable what they are doing of course for the people who supposed to make sure that the games are fair (which obviously they not ) it's no big of the deal that casino choose which customer can play certain games and how much they can win.Thats scamm site with rigged games.Complaining to the gambling commission is pointless as they must be aware of this kind of situations as they are one who gave licences to those thieves.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.

The befair exchange ok, the sportsbook part is a joke, poor value always lower odds than other companies, there give u boost, but only takes u to the same on offer elsewhere, please don't use, other companies far far better, don't encourage them to take u for a ride, if no turnover no option but to improve prices etc,and the gambling aware is a joke, only comes in to play if you win,its about time the gambling commission looked in to them, when run short of funds a notice tells u to deposit, that's shows how much it cares about its customers welfare

I went to play slots with £1 left, but without even selecting anything my balance completely went! The account activity is too vague to identify what happened. I believe this was a bug, and I wouldn't be surprised given how rubbish their app is. I won't be touching this website or their app again, in case this happens and I lose more money.

Well I've been on this site for a couple of weeks now and still can't find a problem . Won 160 last night on spins and it's the most I've ever won on any slots . I opened an account with an offer of £60 in free bets when you stake £10. I did. My £10 stake won and I got my free bets. Used £4 and had a winner. 2 days later my account was suspended the reason being I had to verify who I was. They wanted a bank statement utility bill picture of passport and bank card. It's easier getting into Thailand! I send a picture of my passport and get a message that the account had been verified and all is well, it wasn't. So I go onto a chat online to try and sort it out. They said they needed the passport
picture again plus all the other things mentioned. I ask why and they say it's to verify who I am. I've got 5 other betting account's and none of them ask for personal information like this. In my eyes they had no intention of giving £60 in free bets they just want you to sign up. I said I wanted to close the account they said they would give me my £10 back but not my winnings!! We shall see? Do not trust this betting account there are plenty of good ones out there and this isn't one

Their advertised phone number no longer exists, I cannot reach them and the helpline says log in to resolve the problem. I cannot log in.

Still enjoying this site , and no im not working for the company..Im a granny sat at home playing a few games like anyone else . I don't expect to win every time I go on ..but tbh ..ive not lost a great amount either. I won again today 160 played the 10 so left myself with 150 to withdraw. Was expecting to be let down and fingers crossed they paid it out . Well they come up trumps again within 4 hours I have my money in my PayPal account . They treat exchange customers with distain, like a captive audience that they don't need to do anything for, like nationalised industries in the 1970s when you waited 3 months for a phone to be installed.

They've got four hours downtime this morning that was apparently planned, but they didn't communicate this downtime in advance.

I've had two plays on betfair and twice I've come off winning ..not alot but enough to enjoy the games . If you play with an open mind then your not disappointed. Have been here for 3 days.

But based on my early experience its been great. I love there sports promotions, very clear and always credit as states very quickly after bet settlements. Withdrawals processed within 12 hours, in my account was within 24 hours after this.

Livecasino is what it is, all casinos let these latvian providers operate through them, the casinos pay the winnings out that's it.

Everyone's negative views on slots well I can't really say anything as to be honest I've been on alot of sites and slots are what they are too, it's not a charity.

Placed a bet on a greyhound race where there was a non runner and no r4 all bets are voided apparently buried deep down in their terms and lost £120 put through my complaint and ended up with a £5 free bet
