minimum 30 mins (on all 4 occasions) when you get an agent to then take your security details, A further 60 mins minimum waiting to speak to someone. A further 60 mins getting them to partially resolve. Worst cust service i have experienced in a long time, possibly the worst ever

I’m brand new on this site and did a few test bets ,stil unsure of my self and knowing it was a difficult site to bet on ,never betting on line before. I had a bet on the dogs not reading everything all the information it give me back with possible increase winnings ect ,how and were to place bet I thought I was right doing what I did I got it wrong while I did win something I didn’t know how so I spoke to live chat who was clear and understanding he give me the answers I wanted to my questions also shown me how I’d come to getting the winnings I did he explained clearly and it was a great experience and I’m definitely looking forward to using the site more often I really want to get better at understanding the on line betting and I’m enjoying this site it being m

Betfair’s biggest problem is customer service. It’s very difficult to get past a robot, but somehow managed it and got a positive result. Thankfully I don’t often get a problem, but if that were the case I’d seriously consider going elsewhere to do my betting. However, in this modern age I assume it’s much the same elsewhere. May venture out to test the waters, but come on Betfair, get your act together.

Absolutely a joke. Slots wait until you are massively down then fail and when come back on show your loss as zero so assume payout is based on your loss so no chance. Twice in last month I have won around about £70 then when going to play my account says Zero so not only have the winnings disappeared but also what was in my account. Spent hours talking on chat to agent what a waste of time. First time money suddenly next day was back in my account second time nothing. Why when they are ripping you off can’t you speak on the phone to them. I would highly recommend nobody risk their money with Betfair.

No customer service details available. Absolutely no agent online and no email address to send message to. It was only about a tiny sum – glad I didn’t have an important issue to resolve. That would have been quite frustrating. Bit surprised, really – expected a lot better but didn’t even get the bare minimum.

I did a single bet. My account was locked on the grounds of safety betting etc. a single bet. Now I cannot even cash out my money. When I try to speak to customer service it takes forever and no one picks up. This looks like a scam. I would not recommend at all.

After having an account with Betfair for 20 years they investigated me for money laundering. They made it a very onerous process where they asked for loads of documents, didn’t contact me when they said they would and it ended up with my account closed as they ran out of time. When I got stressed about the process they put me through and the terrible customer care they informed me that I was suicidal and added me to Gamprotect banning me from a number of companies. I am sure that they know that I am absolutely fine as I had a conversation with them expressing this. I was £30,000 in profit over the previous year so very much wanted to hold an account with them, not be informed that I was suicidal and have my account closed!!!!!!

If you’re thinking about using this site don’t. They reduce your bet drastically if a selection is void or there’s a deduction. And then your cash out is ridiculously low. Go to skybet at least there if your bet is reduced you can cash out what you actually placed on the bet and get your money back.

Great app and fair betting, I had one issue with a bet that the team are happy to resolve for me, never disputed a bet before, as betting is betting. I had a technical issue with the app that had cashed out a bet during me watching the horse race. Was disappointed to find this out after the second race while watching after to find out it has cash out after the first race on a treble I had placed. Which I didn’t cash out. But the Betfair team have agreed to raise a concern about this and hopefully take this into consideration and re and stake me on the bet. Other than this it’s a great app casino and the betting is easy to place. Fair minded betting company

No documentation is needed at the start to sign up, deposit money and then gamble. However, when you want to withdraw the money then your account is suspended and you need to show your driving licence, the card you used and copy of your bills. Its very unprofessional and poor way to do business targeting people to gamble further as its hard to withdraw. Havnt had this issue with any other sites except this one.

Only my second ever foray within Betfair. I have 2 winners and they have taken my £1523 money for bets i have lost. But will not pay out my winnings, Two lay bets. I have been communicating via live chat (Virtual Assistant) as there seems to be no other way to communicate – no numbers etc. Why are the regulatory authorities onto this Company!? Perhaps they are as incompetent , dare I say corrupt as what this lot seem to be.

BE AWARE ! This company is run by criminals.Once you deposit you won’t see your money again !!!No matter you win or loose you won’t see your money again!!! They allowed me to open an account deposit without Id,once I lost one bet, they suspended my account without asking for more private information. Then I provided all documents requested, like ID, driving license, proof of address, proof of incomes but it did not help, they closed my account.So no account and no deposited money. How on Earth such a scam could be legally operated in the UK.

Their help desk is always active and the staff very good. I did have one incident where I laid bets at 1.01 to withdraw some of my winnings but nothing happened. They weren’t matched as lays but they changed them to win bets and I lost my money which confused me completely so I gave up. To be honest I have no clue on how that happens but apart from that I am very happy with their service

Happy to accept my deposit, as soon as I go to withdraw they suspend my account….Live chat first person is very rude and cuts the call…. Second “advisor” tells me to re upload my lifes history to access winnings that are my own and then tells me could take 48-72 hours to review… By then my new player bonus is almost run out.Very hard to navigate site, out of date graphics… Avoid this betting site!

Absolutely terrible.NO contact number- absolutely NONENO email (not ONE email address)Only a message box that can literally (incredible as it may seem) take an hour and a half before you actually connect to an agent who knows nothing and just raises a ticket which is never answered.Stay well away from them as I have been trying to gain access to my legitimate funds for a month and still have runaround.Have 4 unanswered tickets with some folk telling me it takes MONTHS to reply.When you start winning you will find you cannot withdraw your funds. Even small amounts!
