Decided to do one of their promotions of 50 free spins no deposit required. Signed up gave them all my details and played the game. After 50 spins I won £10.30, the problems came when I tried to withdraw this money to my bank account. All for a sudden my account was suspended and I received an email saying I needed to provide the following even though I was withdrawing from them: Photo ID (which I provided in the form of a driving licence) – Then they asked for further info: A proof of address – Proof of funds of all cards/e-wallets on your account – Photo of your credit or debit card. Seems they make it as difficult as possible not to pay out. Ridiculous I’d stay well clear of these type of promotions.

Would appreciate if this company would be more scrupulous in their verification checks. I am seeing two soft searches on my credit file and I do not and never will hold an account with you, so I can only guess someone is using my name and previous address to open up accounts.. kinda sucks

I had a bet voided because of a technical issue with the site. Although i was not happy with the decision i had to accept the decision. The person Debbie dealing with my request was polite and helpful and she gets top marks for that, i would say she had more than me to deal with over last evenings outage.

A bet was voided on my account due to error on the start time scheduled start time not matching.Contact to enquire what had created a small negative balance on my account and as well as the explanation the negative balance was cleared a goodwill gesture

I put a bet on a football game which was matched .10 secs later the bet disappeared from my accountWhen I called they said “the bet was voided because of a penalty being awarded”When I explained the bet was matched prior to the penalty being awarded they said “the bet was matched but it shouldn’t have been”Joke company imo

I had a small £2.50 win bet, which showed that I would win £6.90. I was sure I made the bet. However although the horse won I could not find the bet. So I had no winnings.I contacted betfair and although they could not find the bet being placed they offered me a free £10 exchange bonus which I accepted. So thank you

minimum 30 mins (on all 4 occasions) when you get an agent to then take your security details, A further 60 mins minimum waiting to speak to someone. A further 60 mins getting them to partially resolve. Worst cust service i have experienced in a long time, possibly the worst ever

I’m brand new on this site and did a few test bets ,stil unsure of my self and knowing it was a difficult site to bet on ,never betting on line before. Betfair’s biggest problem is customer service. It’s very difficult to get past a robot, but somehow managed it and got a positive result. Thankfully I don’t often get a problem, but if that were the case I’d seriously consider going elsewhere to do my betting. However, in this modern age I assume it’s much the same elsewhere. May venture out to test the waters, but come on Betfair, get your act together.

Absolutely a joke. Slots wait until you are massively down then fail and when come back on show your loss as zero so assume payout is based on your loss so no chance. Twice in last month I have won around about £70 then when going to play my account says Zero so not only have the winnings disappeared but also what was in my account. Spent hours talking on chat to agent what a waste of time. First time money suddenly next day was back in my account second time nothing. Why when they are ripping you off can’t you speak on the phone to them. I would highly recommend nobody risk their money with Betfair.

No customer service details available. Absolutely no agent online and no email address to send message to. It was only about a tiny sum – glad I didn’t have an important issue to resolve. That would have been quite frustrating. Bit surprised, really – expected a lot better but didn’t even get the bare minimum.

I did a single bet. My account was locked on the grounds of safety betting etc. a single bet. Now I cannot even cash out my money. When I try to speak to customer service it takes forever and no one picks up. This looks like a scam. I would not recommend at all.

After having an account with Betfair for 20 years they investigated me for money laundering. They made it a very onerous process where they asked for loads of documents, didn’t contact me when they said they would and it ended up with my account closed as they ran out of time. When I got stressed about the process they put me through and the terrible customer care they informed me that I was suicidal and added me to Gamprotect banning me from a number of companies. I am sure that they know that I am absolutely fine as I had a conversation with them expressing this. I was £30,000 in profit over the previous year so very much wanted to hold an account with them, not be informed that I was suicidal and have my account closed!!!!!!

If you’re thinking about using this site don’t. They reduce your bet drastically if a selection is void or there’s a deduction. And then your cash out is ridiculously low. Go to skybet at least there if your bet is reduced you can cash out what you actually placed on the bet and get your money back.

Great app and fair betting, I had one issue with a bet that the team are happy to resolve for me, never disputed a bet before, as betting is betting. I had a technical issue with the app that had cashed out a bet during me watching the horse race. Was disappointed to find this out after the second race while watching after to find out it has cash out after the first race on a treble I had placed. Which I didn’t cash out. But the Betfair team have agreed to raise a concern about this and hopefully take this into consideration and re and stake me on the bet. Other than this it’s a great app casino and the betting is easy to place. Fair minded betting company
