At the beginning I got up to over $200, tried to withdraw and their crap site would only let me withdraw $30, tried to withdraw that, but their crap site wouldn't let me withdraw that, played and lost everything with 30/40 straight losing spins of a few different games, then deposit after deposits of zero payouts, no scatters, after all that, I decided to check online and found 98% of Player's posted bad reviews, now that would explain the crap on this Casino, so excluded for 6 months.
Not sure when my time is up, if I will return, but read what everyone has to say about this Casino.

Was told didn’t need to send any paperwork When spoke to customer services to verify account. Had a couple of good wins then asked for it. Took days to verify documents. Ended up playing with some of winnings and losing some. Definitely intentional on their part. Poor customer service

I’ve had no problems.
Signed up and deposited £40. Ended up winning £100 so withdrew. A few hours later I decided to deposit a further £30 and won £200 so withdrew that.
Was processed almost straight away. Money was in my bank the next day.
I Enjoyed the games.
Wasn’t asked for ID before withdrawal.

Go ahead deposit your money. You won't get the bonus promised or free spins promised. False advertising . Scammers. I contacted their support and nope ' we can't do anything until you make more deposits. That's a scam if I've ever heard of one. Their support team , chat line people or computers is useless . Customer service has tidy but the game play wins on gonzo quest was unbelievable bad. No real wins and bonus.

Go on a site that you have a realistic chance of winning money on.

They will reply with a copy and paste message on how there games are regulated and are fair but there is no enjoyment in just losing money with no wins.

Over all experience i would advise is just to stay clear from this site

They are in the same family of businesses as racebets, so will impose restrictions on your account right away. I received an email telling me I could only bet at starting price before I had even placed a single bet!
Obviously that's no use to anyone, one can do that anywhere and get all sorts of bonuses and free bets with sites like bet365 or william hill or sky, so there is absolutely no reason for a horse race punter to join betsafe.

I use this site for sports betting, odds are fine, the withdraw, takes some time. One con is the slots(+18) and live games, slots have limited betting options, they look old, also they don’t pay a lot, live games are fine, but for example the “lucky wheel” game or “dice duel” livestream stops after the game, that makes me feel sketchy, as well as in the livestream, the world time is displayed few minutes above than it should be. I am a fan of evolution gaming rather to betgames. Never had issues with withdrawing there. I recommend this site.

Closed account as they changed there rules without telling customers about first past the post they don't do anymore.so asked them to send my balance in my account to my bank but they want copies of my bank statements that I don't have as I have a paperless bank account I do phone banking sent then picture of debit card attached to that account and driving license but they still refusing to put my balance in my account. Avoid this dodgy bookie like the plague

I wrote review about this casino in the past. So clearly this casino still don't give me anything to win, I spent around 1000€ and it give me to win ONLY 100€ and 150€ not more than that. After I reach 150€ wining it just starts eating all the money even if I play it other day. This 150€ it is like a maximum limit?! This is ridiculous.. On other casinos that I play it is not working like this. My decision : not gonna play this casino anymore.

Do not play this casino, in other casinos i loose money, but at least sometimes it gives me something back. even on their promotions that they offer it is very low chance to meet wagering requirements. On other casinos is much bigger chance to wager the bonus codes. On betsafe i deposit a lot , but they don't want to give me anything, just some little bonuses that worth nothing. I can't even enjoy the games, because this casino just eats all the money very fast. Not recomended!

Very bad casino all they want is too catching money an d never give back. I deposit 600 euros on slots not the same time and i didnt get a good win. Betsafe are terrible company that withhold paying your money back. I have never had a problem with any other company like this. I have tried for nearly 48 hours tonhet my money returned and it’s still not been done everything I have done gets refused. I get paperless statements and whenever I have sent copies of evidence from my internet banking they refuse it so I am in. Aposition that I cannot get my money returned and basically I will not ever see my 200 pounds again it is getting to the point where I will have to go to the small claims court to get it. They have no contact numbers and I was driving yesterday and couldn’t answer there call amd when I answered I can take the call now the guy didn’t call within the next 2 hours before he went home. All of the staff in chat are useless and I have not heard from the conplajnts team. So basically I will not ever see that money again. Avoid BETSAFE at all costs as you will never see your money again and you cannot win as they will nit return.

Scammers, dont play there. I was playing there for many years but I didnt do withdrawal. Finally I decided to do it, they told me to send few documents like bank statement etc I had to ask bank to send it home and pay for it. Anyway I did it and they still didnt let me withdraw money. It s a joke.

After 3 hrs i try to login and doesnt work. I go on livechat and they told me they will send to the departwment the problem! After 1 hour i receive this email!

Perhaps I was just lucky (reading through the dismal reviews) but I only ever had one problem. It was sorted out speedily by their customer service, who were quite polite, friendly and extremely helpful. When it came to withdrawals (I used PayPal) they were in my account the very same day. I have had many problems with better known betting sites and I can fully appreciate the concern of fellow punters and their reviews. They are stealing with some ways. After to much time of gambling, i have two missing withdraws. And from that moment, everything went wrong. More than one month, discussing with email asking and looking for sensitive information… After giving all the necessary information, again asking strange things, until i leave the case, and give my money to them. Be careful: maybe in the beginning, you think that they are ok. But after when you start winnings, then will start the problem. DON'T TRUST THEM

Very poor. Firstly, their website is very outdated. Their marked offer is extremely poor. However, I had 500 GBP on them so decided to try it out. I managed to make over 2000 GBP in a week, then they started to limit my bets drastically. Ok, I do understand betting company doesn't like to lose money, but they don't limit stakes to people who lost a lot, do they? So you can imagine, games I was able to place bet of about 200 GBP, suddenly I am able to make only about 20 GBP.

And it's okay, I was already moving to new bookie…but is this kind of company is worth of your time? Ohh yeah, they had my account suspended also, they were telling me that they have some technical issues with my account and they will fix it very soon. Account was verified so I just requested to withdraw my money and I will go somewhere else. Guess what, they couldn't even withdraw my money and they had no idea why!

So, is it worth to play with amateurs who can die very soon? Doubt it.

Stay away from them.
Won a bit of money, then all of a sudden, i cannot login to my account.
They have ''Restricted my account'' for ''Unknown reason'' and now i cannot login, withdraw, or do anything with my account. And they did all this without notifying me what so ever.
