Don’t enter into any bonuses they a big con. I’ve wagered 20 pounds 5 days running for a Christmas “bonus” and every day it’s been 1 or 5 free spins- the lowest you can get and each day the free spins have been zero so that’s 5 days of bonus zero. also different bonus you get a free spin wheel and every day that is 1 free spin nothing. Go to ladbrokes they know what a bonus is. These think bonus means zero. Also look out for Mackie really patronizing and terrible attitude Also very unhelpful, rude and dismissive. So no I won’t be contacting to discuss as I’ve done this and got him. Avoid site at all costs

I deposited $450, but after realizing their slot games do not have the ‘Bonus Buy’ Feature, I asked them to refund my deposit to source. They said they do not process refunds, and I have to submit a withdrawal request.Problem is, I deposited with my debit card then they are telling me I can’t withdraw via debit, so I have to submit an Interac E-Transfer request. After waiting for 3 hours, my withdrawal request was declined and they asked for plenty of documentation before I can take my money off the platform. They are saying it can take up to 3 business days for verification, plus another business day for the withdrawal request! Their customer service team also has 0 interest in providing solutions.I STILL haven’t gotten my money back and will probably have to do a chargeback for my unplayed deposit!Stay FAR away from this app!

These good reviews are clearly bots .All I’ve done is deposited the gameplay is nothing but a scam. Constantly spins dead same sequence on every slot and as new user I realized all these casinos are now scammers. You can’t trust the government or these elite companies no more since covid. They will just drain your bank balance . The gameplay is totally unfair and if I get one more message how they’re regulated I will end up in jail. Your all corrupted the lot of you . False payoutsHaving placed a superstake roulette bet , I then got told the multiplier I won only applied to the base bet. Having raised this they then told me the multiplier was a silver not gold mutiier – I never saw either on the online screen – this means the multiplier only applied to the base bet. Either way the payout of £68 is still short inline with their calcs. 50×1 plus 17 plus 17 = £88 or applying the superstake and multiplier 1.5 x 34 x 50 plus 17 = £2567, I have raised this with IBAS but don’t play any super stake roulette game having been mis sold the stakes by the online presenter and the non published games rules. The screen image sent clearly shows the winning bet is enhanced

Waited over 14 days now for my winnings to be deposited! Having problem after problem with getting any answers.Customer service has been awful with trying to resolve this issue.I will re-do this review if/when this issue has been sorted.

If I could give a minus I would . Take all my deposits no problem then ask for blood to withdraw waiting for over 7800 pounds to be given to me , which is my money and they refuse . They took my $1000 deposit really quickly then when I turned the $1000 to $1920 and withdraw they asked for government ID, government ID with selfie, utility bill with my address, bank statements with my name on each page, and many other things. Surprised didn’t ask for DNA and sperm samples. Of course to frustrate you to go away and not have to pay. Bit I am not one of those guys. I will sue them in UK or gilbatar courts. And have Igaming ontario investigate them to remove their scammer selves from a Canadian gambling license. Of course who will gamble with them after this experience. The idiots have a piss poor business/ operating practice of making high rollers angry and to go away immediately.

Not sure what’s going on with BV but their Casino has gone absolutely disgusting and volatile. Runs like you owe them. You’ll be lucky to get a bonus round and if you do you’ll get nothing or pennies back when you’re at a high loss. Somethings definitely changed with them. As for their daily free games, you’ll be very lucky to get 1 free spin. I’d stay clear for now.

Rubbish bonuses you have to spend 30 pounds to open a box which give you 5 free spins and nothing so your “bonus” is literally zero and that’s how most of their bonuses work. If you like bonuses look elsewhere these are not bonuses at this site at all

PLEASE AVOID THIS BETTING SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!. I got very tempted with the jackpot king amounts due to them being so high so thought I would give it a try. I only like the eye of horus game so stuck with this from the moment I joined up until today when I self-excluded. In just over a week I spent £250 at £1 a spin on eye of horus, during this time, I never once got access to the feature game and the most I won on a singular spin was £10!!! I don’t expect to win all the time I understand how gambling works, but £250 at £1 a spin with less than £20 return and no feature something clearly isn’t right. I feel like a complete fool and absolutely scammed by these thieves! I have deleted my account and screen shot all my transaction from the start to the end and this company is being reported to gambling commission! I feel like an idiot and completely taken for a mug. DO NOT USE THIS site. They say you get a bonus when you deposit your money. The money you deposit gets put into ‘bonus’ money and then it expires and you lose everything. Total SCAM!!

Mackie, is a very bad customer service representative. He did not help me at all with my issue and did not even want to answer my basic questions in which he kept ignoring and logged out of my chat. He has told me that he will escalate my cases and nothing has happened. This has happened over and over again, some people dont deserve jobs.

So this is an update on my previous review 4 days ago. Unfortunately this company’s service remains shockingly bad. Having followed every instruction to the letter and provided some documents 3 times in order to get my deposit £1000 back, I have received an email today asking me to upload the same document to an account that I closed over a week ago. All the emails are automated so completely useless. I have asked for a call back to resolve this on numerous occasions but I haven’t received one. Incredibly frustrating so escalating to Resolver as advised by Gambling Commission.

I don’t know from where that reviews, may are fake, but I played for 5-7 years and just losting, never recovering my loss and today ask me for extra verification, what’s a joke , I think I lost for last year 10.000£ and the max win was 1000 for me , and if I start playing again every time list 3000 or 4000 £ to give me back 1000£

The Skrill and Neteller payment methods on BetVictor are broken. I’ve consulted them multiple times, but the issue hasn’t been fixed. I have no problems using Skrill on other websites, and it’s not just me—others are also unable to use Skrill for payments on BetVictor.

Site not working properly, keep getting an error message, and my bets are not showing up. Contacted support, and was made to feel stupid for my problem. The support person, Mackie, continuously ignored what I was saying, and did nothing to address the problem. Kept asking about failed bets, when the problem was with the website not working properly. Wasted my time to get nothing resolved.

I have recently tried to sign up but have encountered dreadful service. I have uploaded every document requested but still no verification. Communication is shockingly poor. Having deposited £1000 and requested a withdrawal I am still waiting for this to be refunded to me over a week later. Worst betting company I have ever used!
