I told before all 5 stars fake. nobody real or verified accounts here.l am thinking trustpilot also taking money from them and helping them to scammed gamers. They have paid trust pilot to deleted my reviews and they did. Nothing returning don’t waste your time when you started win the games vibrating or freezing.

Absolutely disgusted with this company My daughter is very very poorly has a serious mental health condition And was excluded from this company by us in 2020 for 5 years she also is on GamStop My daughter managed to use her own details and her own card to deposit on this site which they accepted she manage to deposit £200 until we noticed and asked them what they were doing taking her money when she is excluded and on gamstop They said it’s her own fault!!!When I spoke to Sian she told me that as soon as my daughter used her card it would of flagged up and not been accepted This didn’t happen My vunerable daughter who isn’t in the right state of mind and very poorly did not understand what she was doing in the midst of an episode. They are now ignoring me and refusing to refund her money They should never have allowed it to happen in the first place.I’ve sent over 10 emails and I’m being ignored My daughter has since attempted suicide. I didn’t want it to come to this but someone had better contact me ASAPEDIT : this below bet victor reply is not real I’ve messaged live chat and sent loads of emails I’m just being ignored now as they will not accept their fault or refund my daughter avoid at all costs I’ve contacted gambling commission and I have messaged complaints and escalated this!

Signed up but accidentally selected the wrong opt in offer. Went on to live chat and didn’t have to wait long to talk to a human. Anyi, was very helpful and quick. Anyi told me to place a bet according to the rules of the opt in offer I actually wanted then credited my account with the bonus menu straight away. Great service.

I got help from ethan on live chat he did an amazing job as for gaming i had been doing ok but yesterday i found that each time you deposit money they raise the lowest amount for quick depost i ended depositing £40 instead of £20 i lost £100+ in less than 30 minutes

Garbage this site just takes like I said in the last one. I’ve deposited 3 times and haven’t had a bonus or a win over a few pounds. You can tell something is off. OK great the customer service people are wonderful. That’s nice to have but a little fairway would be better. They keep taking about rtp or whatever we’ll mine is like 6 percent. There is no win a little lose a little. Its just money going away in 2 minutes with no chance of winning. Go to Ladbroke or party casino. Or any other site where you at leat have a chance of winning. I literally confused the poor bloke cos hed never seen the issue i had ( technical website issue relating to prediction game ). Not only did he fix it – he then, got me the free bet i was unable to use & was out of date ( i didnt know ) & placed a bet for me as the system could not ,how cool is that !? never had help like that its normally copied & pasted from a script . Complete farse of a company steer clear. Account closed for no reason at all after depositing money. They just said it was a business decision.and was about to win a bet and they closed the account. Highly advise to stay away from BetVictor and go to other sites paddypower skybet etc as I never had a issue with them

One of the best online casino experiences I’ve had in Ontario. Good odds and pleasant app. No trouble depositing or withdrawing or setting limits. I do wish they had better bonuses and promotions, but that is just me wishing!I haven’t played on BV for a month or so since I’m trying to get off online gambling but I will always have a fond memory.

Opened a new account deposited some money and won £1300 which I immediately withdrew. The withdrawal was cancelled shortly after and I was asked to send in verification documents it has been 5 days and my documents are still pending verification. Worst experience with a gambling site, I won’t be using them again Edit- I have now been told it will take 6 days to verify documents!!
