I enjoyed playing here before, some fair payouts until I spent over £200 – only play max 0.20p a spin. I don’t win anything, no bonus, nothing. I had one bonus paying less than £10. Hundreds and hundreds of dead spins. Very disappointing! Over a week I’ve been depositing everyday!!!! I will stop now, be aware!

So they sent me this offer. Deposit wagering and get 30 spins free. So I deposited, wagered, done 200 spins on big bass. NOT A SINGLE SCATTER. Took my money, got free spins. Won 20p out of them. How can scamming people be Legal? If you won something before they will make sure you don’t win again until you pay it back. It’s ridiculous, 200 spins no scatters. Thieves blocked my account as soon as money was deposited, will be reported to ibas and gambling commission, will file a legal case and will have my bank to file a claim for stealing my funds , why do this

If you want to learn how this company treat their customers read the 1 star reviews not the meaningless 4/5 star reviews about customer service.As with other dubious bookmakers they will move the goalposts as soon as you start making any money, and withdraw supposed loyalty and bonus offers.It is a bit of a contradiction to offer a loyalty club and then when you sign up to it and start winning it is removed from your account.Says it all that they can pay ex-football managers to endorse them with cliched radio ads but treat customers with contempt.There are bookies out there who offer much better prices and don’t screw their customers. AVOID.PS. Typical copy and paste response from the bookie. They don’t actually mean a word of what they say.

Very pleased with customer assistance. Spoke to Max and helped me with both issues I encountered. Closed my account with Betway as they have no customer care service at all . Spent over 24hrs in total on their bot assistant , countless emails and waited 3 weeks for withdrawal. So at the moment I’m very happy and impressed with Bet Victor

My partner won £160 off a 20p real cash spin and played through £40 of the winnings (they could have just withdrawn straight away). Ended up at £125. So it seems card withdrawals are now instant for visa direct and MasterCard send, bank transfers are also daily at most 24 hours, that’s such a big improvement,I can’t think of any downside to this site anymore apart from maybe betting on tennis ,there seems to be a huge delay in placing in-play bets.

Restricted/removed my welcome bonus as soon as I deposited money. Contacted customer services and they wouldn’t answer why, just cut and pasted an irrelevant answer to a different question, removed my welcome bonus after depositing money through the welcome bonus link. Customer services not able to answer my question so had to make a complaint and now have to wait 2 weeks. Have withdrawn my money again and highly recommend people avoid this site like the plague along with all other BV Group owned gambling sites (Bet Victor and Heart Bingo are the 2 I’m aware of)

RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH AND MORE RUBBISH. The games are clearly very rigged. 500 plus spins on a number of games, not a single bonus. NOT even one. And this isn’t the first nor the third time. If that is not rigged I’m not sure what rigging. They come with this crap that it’s random, when it’s clearly obvious it isn’t. Liars, watch them come with their copy and paste comment. To add, it seems a lot of the 5 reviews are about customer service, which is laughable in the fact, I have been waiting for someone to respond to me for over an hour now. Gave up so maybe this is were I will get a response. You have been warned don’t bother with these lot.

Ethan took on board my misunderstanding about the requirements you needed to meet on the welcome bonus. He looked into my account and saw that I had wagered enough to qualify and although I didn’t follow the process of depositing £20 but instead deposited and wagered £10 on two separate occasions he managed to process the bonus.Thanks Ethan.

The fake positive reviews stays coming. Unbelievable how Trust pilot is allowing these low life to get away with it. Shop around for prices,there’s plenty to choose from. Bet Victor I put £1500 on Tyson fury back in dec 2023. STAY WELL AWAY!!!! I signed up to bet victor and was interested in the promotional offer, I made a qualifying bet but once it was settled I never received the bonus. I messaged them and I was told they restricted my account…. I was a new customer and had no previous history with them. They told me they just chose to restrict me and had no reason for it. The same happened to their sister company bat talk sport, which I placed a 40 pound bet. I’m now 60 pound out of pocket and they have no reason as to why they have restricted my account. STAY AWAY

UPDATE:I had three bets placed which were all done while the site was experiencing issues, out of the three bets. The bet that WON was voided the two that lost settled as is , LOL How does is this site 4.4/5?Terrible customer service, scammed me out of 350$, won’t return the money then threatened to close my account when I said I was going to social media for this with my proof.Now we’ll get a response from them on here to message their help email, which only gives generic responses and are extremely unhelpful. Reopened my account after self exclusion then deposited money but after trying to play a game I got an error message because they want me to verify my account. I’ve sent the documents which typically are never good enough. Part of the verification process states I can’t deposit until I’m verified but these thieves have let me deposit and won’t give me my money back because I’m not verified. Disgusting behaviour from a so called big company. They also give me email addresses to email a complaint to which don’t work

In the past i gave Betvictor a 5 star review now ive dropped it and im hoping betvictor arent going the same way as every other gambling company,Yesterday i passed 2 horses running at pau onto a friend of mine, He had 20ew ALERIC at 8/1 wins at 13/2…20ew KENDAYA at 12/1 finished 3rd at 3/1..And a 10 ew double now the first horse run in 3.15 race the 2nd in 3.53 race,Now at 1.49 my friend received an email instructing him that after a review by traders his account was restricted,Come on Micheal Tabor before the horses have run? Mr tabor knows gambling is all about having an edge which he had with Patrick Veitch ,Hopefully this is just a blip as tobefair betvictor are a lot better than most
