I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

Just fake the reviews say it allPaddy power and bet fair both run by the same company. Both places a complete rip of. Paddy Powers reward club is fake spend 100 pounds and get 5 pounds off free spins. OK so first you won’t win with your 100 pounds on minimum steaks. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. As well as it being incredibly frustrating and unnecessary , it gives the impression that they might go bust at any minute.

I cannot stress this enough.Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments. All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being £1200 down with no bonuses or features! To finally get one and receive £80 from it. Got the usual generic message about the RTP and what not! Am I that unlucky 😕…?????
I joined Bet Victor approximately a year ago, and at first things weren't too bad, I lost a little money but I had some good days. In the last 6 months I have done nothing but lose, all the time. I never get ahead, never have any House Money to play with. The slots I like playing payout nothing, so I try something different, but they're all the same. I have no idea how people are winning Hourly Jackpots, or Daily Jackpots. I can't even win €5. My usual stake in only €0.10 ,and yet today I managed to deposit €80 , and I lost it all without getting one decent win. Absolutely no Value for Money, I'm so disgusted with Bet Victor. If I could get one good day, and get back some of the money I lost, I would close my account straight away… but I cannot see that happening. I believe that the offers they give New Customers are good because they need to keep replacing people like me who have no option but to leave because they will just keep on losing continuously…

I would like to add some advice to anyone thinking of joining Bet Victor or any other Casino. When you have signed up, tell them that you want your Account Fully Verified before you make a deposit. If they won't do that, move on somewhere else. If they tell you that it is Fully Verified, check it out… for example, deposit €20 , play a little, then withdraw €10. If that works you shouldn't have a problem, but don't deposit any more money until your withdrawal is back in your Bank. Otherwise ,they have no problem taking money from your Account, but if you have a win ,you can find it very hard to Verify your Account, no matter what Documents you send, they will more than likely to find some problem with them and drag it out as long as possible.
Try this and see if it works for you, you have nothing to lose 😉

Today was the final straw with Bet Victor.
I was playing live roulette and while my bets were just £2 or less, the wheel spun normally with no freezing/buffering. As soon as I increased my bets to £10 plus, the wheel froze every time, then (mostly) gave me a losing number. To test it I reduced my bets to less than £1 and the wheel miraculously operated normally again. This has happened many times in the past… Its just one big scam and they are allowed to get away with it by toothless regulators.
I have closed my account and have withdrew my remaining cash. It wouldnt surprise me if they delay or withold my withdrawal out of spite. Please please stay away from these crooks!!
Ps. The customer service people are friendly enough though.

If you are in Canada do not play with them at the moment. As others have mentioned here they are not processing any withdrawals for Canadians. The only method they offer is interac, however they are not allowing their payment provider (Gigadat) to process the withdrawals for them. Gigadat has confirmed there is no issue at all with Interac payments – it is an issue on BetVictors side. In the meantime they are not offering to pay Canadians using any other method , meaning they are simply allowing deposits without any way to pay people winnings.

BetVictor just replied to this review saying they have no issues with payments at the moment. However that is not true and I was on live chat earlier today where they acknowledged that they weren't able to send interac payments yet. They told me the same thing that they did last week, which was that they hoped to be able to make payment next week. I also have emails from Gigadat confirming that BetVictor has not been approving them to make interac payments.

Everything takes far too long. Waited for an hour to be spoken to on the live chat to hear my withdrawal reverse will take up to 24 hours. Wanted to reverse the withdrawal because it was taking too long to hit my account and was pending all the time. What a mess site, only joined but already want to leave it.
