The payments team needs to get their acts together, I submitted a withdrawal request on the 30th of September of $150 and still haven't received my winnings. They kept saying we are having technical difficulties with interac , I think I am being lied to repeatedly because other casinos are cashing me out fine,I need a resolution to this as soon as possible or I would consider this financial fraud

Absolute scam! This company stole my money!! Stay well away from these people!! Absolutely disgusting! I don't usually write reviews but after the short experience I've had since signing up to betvictor (last night) I had no choice, I can safely say I will not be using this company EVER again. I just hope this review helps prevent some people from signing up to this ghastly company and falling for their con.

So the main reason I signed up to this website was because of the Fury V Wilder welcome bonus. Which to anyone this was a no brainer. The promotion was; place £10 on the Fury fight and receive 5 x £10 free bets.

I went on to place the bet, to my surprise no free bets appeared in my account. I managed to get onto live chat where I spoke to two different agents one being the shift manager. It turns out Betvictor has a sister site called 'Parimatch' this was NOT made clear when signing up, so basically because I'd previously signed up to Parimatch I was not eligible for this offer on Betvictor. I accepted i wasn't going to receive the welcome bonus, so I politely asked for my £10 deposit to be credited back into my account so I could withdraw it and be done with them (I wasn't able to cash out from the bet, even though the fight didn't start for another 6 hours..) they still refused and stated "your bet was placed in good faith we cannot allow the money to be returned to your account" I mainly use Paddy Power and Sky Bet, these companies actually do treat their customers right. Anytime I've had a problem they have helped me by voiding bets and re-crediting money into my account if needed, they actually treat you as a valued customer unlike Betvictor. Easily the worst bookies I've ever used complete and utter criminals whoever is behind the scenes at this company hang your head in shame I hope you get what's coming to you.

I know for a fact these people know exactly what they are doing. They are stealing from their so called "valued customers", I can garuntee I am one of thousands who fell for this disgusting scam tonight. I will do everything I can to drag their name through the dirt, I honestly hope they get what's coming to them for taking peoples hard earned money during these difficult times. They deserve everything they get. Sadly they will always have customers because unfortunately that's how the world works, I just hope this review prevents any possible future customers from signing up and making my mistakes. Hopefully you will see them for what they really are. I am puzzled as to why this site has so many positive reviews. I wouldn't be suprised if most of them were fake or written by company employees in order to bury the negatives.

Decent enough but withdrawals can sometimes be an hour and other times days. Doesn’t seem to be consistency in the processing and moving from pending to complete. A good website and apart from a few verification checks, I’ve nothing bad to say. Not needed customer care yet so will review them when I need to.

Pretty hit or miss with regards to withdrawals timescale 1 day they are quick another day slow as hell.

Massive Scam. I just signed up for a place £10 and get 5 x 10 free beta for the fury fight. Placed the bet and then no bnonus, so i scroll down and it says bonus rejected. No reason why and no way to contact. What a SCAM. If you use after reading this then you deserve what you get. Disgusting!!!

One of my favourite casinos. AVOID!! the people saying the positive reviews are fake are telling the truth! Click on the names of people leaving positive reviews , and you will see that they have already left a positive review for bet victor and are dong it more than once !! So when bet victors score goes down a fake positive review is left !! They took my money avoid !! I will take this matter further as regards fake reviews !!

Bet victor like alot of other companys are using the affordability checks to restrict winning customers. They think we dont know this . The affordability checks are floord on so many levels its embarrassing. I might have no money but my partner might have 5 million for example. They are so patronising they think the public are incapable of looking after themselves so they have to babysit us. Not to mention the strange customer service staff .the only thing you get from them is scripted nonsense. *UPDATE* After leaving the below review suddenly Bet Victor were able to resolve the situation. I have updated to two stars because they managed to fix the situation but the customer experience has been shocking and I most likely will not be continuing to use their service. I firmly believe had I not spent hours chasing this I never would have received the cash into my account.

I signed up to BV through a refer a friend offer – the offer clearly stated “Share a 100 cash reward”. After more than 2 weeks of back and forth over the sign up promotion and the person who referred me receiving their bonus, I was assured by three agents I’d receive the full 50 bonus and still BV are trying to only give me 20 after initially trying to only give me 10! Exhausting to deal with an incompetent company who do not honour their own promotions.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever signed up to and so disorganised. I’ll be reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority also for lying in their marketing communications.

Have used the site on and off for a wee while. Not had a single win. Slot games seem to be rigged. Play same ones in other sites and get the bonus etc. No free spins, offers are rubbish. Will be giving it a miss from now on. Wouldn't reccomend

I am having to re write this review as BetVictor requested Trust Pilot to remove my previous review and they did, but Trust Pilot wont remove all the FAKE positive reviews that have swamped this page.

Anyway to Recap, My Experience @ BetVictor, Dead Spin After Dead Spin and Teased with 2 Bonuses until your money is all gone. Try a different Casino and save yourself time on Trust Pilot and filter out the Fake Positive comments in future. And if Trust Pilot removes this comment then I would suggest they change there company name to feefo.

Also a Casino with a 4.2 out of 5 rating, c'mon people, do you honestly think there are that many happy people losing money ? lol

Integrity issue.
I made a wrong accusation against Betvictor. I placed a bet on both team to score. I mistakingly picked "No" and when both team scored I was expecting my account to be credited thinking I won the game. I sent message to Betvictor to accuse them but I later discovered the error was from me. I picked "No" instead of "Yes"/ Having realised my mistake, I tendered an apology and to my surprised my stake money for the lost game was refunded. This is an integrity issue. Betvictor is the best! Thank you.

All I will say in this review is that do not believe all you read as I have had 2 reviews removed by BetVictor and this appears common practice whenever anything negative is written about them and I strongly believe this to be common practice by them…nothing I said infringed guidelines and I even stated that after having my first review of them removed…..LOYAL CUSTOMER TREATMENT OF THE VERY WORST

I have been betting with Betvictor occasionally for over 7 years but today I closed my account with them because they demanded to see my last 3 months bank statements before I could continue betting with them. I thought it wasn't right that they should see them and I think I did the right thing by closing my account through online chat.

Joined Betvictor roughly 2 weeks ago.. started winning on horses and got restricted, typical lousy bookmaker wont see this on other bookmakers.. they have fast fund withdrawals but they can take 24 hours to 'process' it from their side before they approve it.. overall a very horrible experience from my side. disappointing.

They make you jump through hoops to actually process your withdrawals. Terrible, scammy company. I tried to withdraw a large amount (£4000) and as soon as I did, they requested my documents which is clearly not allowed according to the gambling commissions website. Then, when I provided them with all the relevant documents, they stop responding to emails and their customer service team tell me that they can't tell me anything because they're not a part of that department. Apparently they need to 'call' me. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my account to be reopened and each time a document has been accepted/denied, I have had to chase them to give me a response. Scammy scammy website. STAY AWAY!! The positive reviews are clearly fake. Doing more digging, the same has happened to a lot of people. They love you depositing money on the website but then want to stop you when you try withdraw. I'm contacting the gambling commission and seeking legal advice

The site itself is ok but it seems impossible to win, I don't even expect to win at any Casino tbh but I DO expect to have a little enjoyment. BetVictor have tweaked the Pay-out percentage on the slots I would say. You would think they would let you win at least a little bit to keep you playing for an hour or so but NO, the only way is down where the Balance is concerned. Much better online casinos to play at anyway in my opinion. Shame really because the Site itself is ok and I think the withdrawals are trouble free. Although I've only withdrawn a very small amount just to Cut my loses one time. I've come to the conclusion that I cant be arsed any more trying new casinos ( I QUIT ) they all win in the end. I am up though thanks to BET365, I used to play just Poker on that site but one day I tried the slots for 10p a spin on Blazing Bells slot and F knows what happened but I think I hit a 5000x lol. Very disappointed with the level of play I have received, have spent an awful lot of money in the last few months and have never ever gotten a jackpot, customer service can be hit or miss. They have gained hundreds of euro's through my gameplay and never received anything over one hundred euro. Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money fast!!

Absolute con. If you win they'll "re-settle" your bets as losses because you won too much. If you're winning particular bets they'll remove those options for you so you cant bet on them. Thier tactics are predatory and should be illegal.

Updating as i cant reply to lies from the company below. It's not that the bet was resettled. Its that you've emptied the balance and just stolen the money. Even if the bet in question was resettled as a loss and an honest mistake the other 2 bets that won were still settled as losses because you dont want to pay out when people win. Still haven't heard from your team about this, was told i'd be emailed and haven't been. Its just all lies isn't it, you dont like it when people actually win so you you just steal their winnings and hope they'll go away. I wont go away you'll pay what you owe. Poor service, like it or lump it would best describe the level of customer service. No loyalty bonuses, I’d go to virgin, live betting before here.
