Bet Victor is a good website for Canadians but not so much for live casinos cause of restrictions, but I mainly play on there sportsbook that sometimes give free 20 dollar bonuses which is fantastic!! keep up the Good work Bet Victor I hope you accept canadian customers for a long time to come!!

For the second time this site has had my review deleted. Why are my reviews being deleted ? because I refuse to give my personal details to them and they say I am a fake reviewer. I have been a member of this pathetic site for a years now and they are having low star reviews removed and having 5 stars promoted. So many iffy 5 star reviews for their site and so many one star reviews being deleted. As for trustpilot allowing this to happen if even worse!!!

l leave this review after having my previous one removed by BetVictor, disgusting treatment after being a loyal customer for 13 years, have happily traded hundreds of thousands of pounds with me to suddenly request "source of income" explained am a semi-retired musician of comfortable means, sent pdf documents of bank statements showing significant wealth and significant trading with BetVictor and other gambling firms also HMRC tax refund, explained could not supply P60 or anthing else they listed but this was not good enough and was told my account would stay restricted till i could……I said I have told you I have provided all I have and if this is not enough to remove restriction may as well close which they did…..disgusting treatment….this is all true so don't dare try getting Trustpilot to remove this, it infringes nothing

Only join the site last week ad I found online that thus betting site was the best. Unfortunately my experience with them so far is a disaster. Constantly been asked to repeatedly send my details
I use my revolut to fund my bets and betvictor have my account still locked because they see it as a unknown card, but were quick enough to take the money when I deposited. I use this card on other betting sites without problems

Wow by far the best site i have used for a casino!!!! Scam scam scam bet victor is a scam site with the same tricks I ve seen all this before from bookies they will verify you electronically you can deposit as much as you like but only when it's withdrawal time they want the id I blame the gambling commission they had the rules in place in 2019 to force these scam gambling sites to verify with id before the account was opened don't use bet victor its a scam

Slots on Betvictor are beyond awful and bonus feature rounds are rare and I mean very very very rare!!!! and when one does hit don't get excited as its full of dead spins so any returns will laughable.
Stick to their sports betting but give their cash cow slots a wide berth as it seems the RNG is stuck on no wins at betvictor.
Just dead spin after dead spin and RTP is always awful, spent many thousands on this awful site wont be back.

After numerous hours of analysing betvictors blackjack tables I have realised how rigged they are. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake, they employ bots on their tables with the same names day after day which immediately join the empty table you will be sitting at and if you move table more follow and manipulate the order of cards by hitting on ridiculous numbers such as 19 against 6 face cards , etc to make you lose. Also they leave the table or joining at the perfect moments to result in dealer blackjacks. These happen so often to be by coincidence. I have seen them double on 20 and hit aces. I can assure you this is not from a perspective of losing , this is from long hours of analysing the betvictor tables. If you have the urge to gamble, you are better off going to a land based casino where you actually have a chance of winning something. Betvictor have took a previous review of mine down and I hope this time trustpilot doesn’t help them as they will be aiding these scammers.

I have been using Betvictor casino for several years. Perfectly happy with the website and the customer service has always been quick and efficient. I don't understand all the 1 star ratings just because people haven't won on the slots? You're not guaranteed to win, especially in the short term, RTP (Return To Player) is based on an average over a very long range forecast of play. Slots are based on a random number generator, it's nothing to do with Betvictor. It's crazy to rate some online casinos five stars just because you were randomly, incredibly lucky and won something during your time there, but rate another one star as you won nothing with them. I play lots of money through lots of casinos. Looking at the whole, larger picture, focusing on the figures, over an extended period of time, the RTP works out in the end. If you have enough money, time and patience, and you stake correctly, it balances out over time, but if you just stick your head in for a miniscule section of that long journey, your experience will be a tiny, microscopic experience of a much bigger picture. Sometimes, that means your limited exposure will be one of 100% losses, or you could dip your toe in for a little moment of pure good luck and hit it big, but to walk away from the casino/slot and use that small snapshot as your grounds for basing a review on or an overall opinion of the slot or casino as a whole is completely irrational and misguided. So Betvictor has just had my old one star review removed from trustpilot, they wanted screenshots and personal information for the bad review to stay up. Reading up on the good reviews they are chasing a high star rating and using dirty tactics to get it. Grow up and be honest with your reviews.

So after joining this so called reputable site, I deposited and got my bonus etc, security checks etc all smooth going. After several wins I was up, why the one star review? so not a moaning loser I have came out up, however this site is a joke!…their bingo has repeat winners and most of them from other sites, there is a very poor selection of rooms , after midnight room selection non existent, no chat hosts, just nothing after a certain time. Their slots are vicious, the last site I seen with such poor rtp was sky vegas, Chuck a tenner in and if your lucky as a new player then run. As you can see from my review I do play these sites and not a one star wonder like the majority of there reviewers.

Betvictor – attempts to scam by charging you for non existent over payments even after proven innocent
Only used betvictor a few times and had won 50.00 GBP on the 28th August 2020 after depositing 10.00 GBP and then after that win i deposited another 10 GBP but did not win anything, then after a couple of weeks i logged in and noticed my account was -50.00, after contacting them they said another 50.00 had been withdrawn on September 8th which paid out twice, id told them that i had not played or won since my win at the end of august and told them it was wrong, i supplied a copy of my bank statement for the whole period of time, what gets me is i am told "Well even if it shows the money did not go to your bank you need to contact the bank to see where the funds went". Which i will not do as i have proven that no funds went to my bank after my initial win which confirms i did not make any other withdrawal. I can only believe it's one of the following , either an employee that is skimming there accounts and making it seem like an error on someones accounts, or that after winning the 50.00 and spending only 20.00 someone is trying to get money back. Sounds stupid i know but think of everyone that has accounts with the total overall wins and loses at a postitive balance, it would soon adds up

@Betvictor, I have been messaging Help @betvictor.com and Cashier @ betvictor.com for over 16 days, i sent them all relevant evidence they had asked for but since then i have been ignored both on the original ticket and on new tickets. Even upon escalation to Step 2 in your policy, i get no reply. I have video screen recorded every email id sent along with my bank statements as it seems that it would have to go to an ADR before i stop getting ignored and get this sorted out.

After researching i believe this has been done due to my account actually being +30.00gbp in total, the thing is it stops being a civil matter when they unlawfully make it so i owe them £50.00.

I would steer clear of this company from now as i have no confidence in them, anyone else that suffers the same should first go to someone like your local citizens advice.

Eventually sorted out and the negative balance removed but did not receive an apology. Be the last time ever use the site again

this is a company I have been with 13 years staking over 5 figures p.a. all of a sudden they requst surce of funds, I provide them with bank statements not only showing significant wealth and but also HMRC TAX refund documents, explain I cannot provide P60 or pension but not good enough…explain I can do no more and if not sufficient may as well close account ..and they did, its us customers that keep them in business but the way they treated me was like they have been doing me a favour,.. plenty of options out there, dont get taken in by the "since 1946" as you are dealing with jobsworth fools who don't have the tiniest idea of "turf accounting"is any more…explained I have no further documentation and what they were given was surely sufficient…cold reply from "Adam" …this is a company that have happily taken hundreds of thousands of pounds from me …if this is how they treat their so called VIP customers go elsewhere, could not have a lower opinion of the "due diligence" team particularly "Adam" who wants to be pointed out by his bosses that if you have no customers he has no job…and the way he dealt with me I hope that day comes soon

Don't know why I waste my money on here. Most I've won is £70. N I've only made 3 withdrawals. First 1 £70, 2nd £ 30, n 3rd 30 n that's it. Since my last wins iv deposited quote alot n not won a thing. £5 was my highest win n then they just take it all from there with like 2p to 5p wins every now n then. It gets to a point now that when I deposit n expect to lose which is no fun. No1 comes on these sites to loose.
